MasterChef Australia: Fan favourite fails to make the top five in heartbreaking exit after disastrous mushroom dish
The 40-year-old from Victoria, who first appeared on season 16 of the cooking competition, faced a 90 minute cooking challenge alongside the six other survivors of the Back to Win season.
But after a disastrous first round when her aioli failed to come together, Snez was suffered from a lack of time.
After serving up a mushroom ragu with polenta the judges were left unimpressed.
Judge Andy Allen complained that the pine mushrooms were dry.

'That impacted the taste and the textures,' he said as he announced that it was Snez the judges had decided to send home.
He continued, 'And in the end the lack of time showed on the plate.'
'I just wanted to survive day one,' an emotional Snez said, adding, 'how did i make it to the final six.'
She later reflected on her experience.
'I felt so good, even though I was eliminated, I felt good,' the chef told Ten.
'I achieved a lot, I cooked with these legends, and I really, genuinely appreciate the judges. It was such an emotional moment and I'm so, so happy about it.'
Last Sunday night, season three's Alana Lowes cooked her final dish in the Doha kitchen as she went head-to-head with Snezana, Laura Cassai and Sarah Todd in a 'dual duel'.
The cook-off paired contestants together to battle it out against their opponent, cooking with the same main ingredient in a heated elimination challenge.
The least impressive dish in each duo sent its chef onto the second round, fighting it out again for a place in next week's lineup.
The challenge placed the contestants literally in a face-off showdown behind benches that were set up opposite each other, upping the tension in the kitchen.
Speaking to Ten of her elimination, Alana said that her second time around in the MasterChef kitchen was filled with food, fun and, above all, fierce friendships, especially with fellow participant Snezana.
'I felt like this was a second opportunity to get into this kitchen and just really have fun with it, enjoy every moment,' she said.
'I would have loved to have gone further, but I just feel so satisfied with what I achieved and the dishes that the judges absolutely raved about,' she added.

The newlyweds shared hundreds of photos on their Instagram Stories, before enjoying a sun-drenched recovery party at a beach club the next day. It comes as The Sun revealed that Geordie Shore execs had planned two specials at the end of this series, with show stars Kyle and Marnie Simpson. Viewers were expected to see Kyle enjoy early days of married life and Marnie's motherhood journey after welcoming her third baby. But now the cast have been told that bosses have changed their mind and it won't be going ahead. A source said: 'They had started filming for them, and all the cast had been booked in for all the filming dates as they were filming their to-camera VTs. "There were 10-15 filming dates in the diary across the whole cast. "Then at the last minute, Paramount had a change of heart and decided they didn't want them anymore." The move has angered some of the cast after they cleared their schedule to be on the show, only for it to be cancelled. "The cast are all fuming as they were getting paid more money to do them, and they had all booked out their time," they continued. "It's not gone down well at all. "Now it looks like Kyle's wedding and Marnie's birth will just be wrapped up into the main series, rather than being two additional specials.' 5 5

And, it seems like there were various degrees of 'brow blindness' that people had, too, from super thin to super thick to barely there at all.

BBC Only Connect fans moan 'standards are slipping' as they spot error minutes into show
Only Connect has returned to BBC Two with a new series, but viewers were left puzzled just moments into the first episode The beloved BBC quiz show Only Connect, hosted by the sharp-witted Victoria Coren Mitchell, has made its triumphant return to our screens with a brand-new series. The quiz programme challenges teams to unravel the connections between seemingly unrelated clues in a battle of wits and knowledge. In the latest series premiere, which graces our screens on Monday nights on BBC Two, eagle-eyed fans were left scratching their heads as they believed they spotted an error early in the episode. Victoria posed a question to one of the teams: "What is the connection between these, apparently random, picture clues?" as an image of snooker legend Ronnie O'Sullivan popped up, followed by a depiction of Rocket Raccoon from the Marvel universe. The contestants quickly deduced that 'rocket' was the common link, a guess that Victoria confirmed as correct before revealing the remaining two images: a drawing of Stephenson's Rocket and a picture of rocket salad leaves, reports Wales Online. But some viewers were adamant that the locomotive illustrated was not Stephenson's Rocket, prompting them to air their grievances on social media. One disgruntled fan tweeted: "First mistake on the new series of @ BBC #OnlyConnect. This is LOCOMOTION not Stephensons ROCKET @VictoriaCoren," attaching a photo of the contentious sketch. Another viewer chimed in with disappointment: "Standards are slipping Robert," while yet another expressed surprise: "And on the very first question too!". "Came here to the #OnlyConnect trending comments to see this! I got the answer in two, but if I'd needed a third this would have thrown me," chimed in another fan. Another viewer also concurred, posting on X: "#onlyconnect Probably says more about me than anything else, but the picture of Stephenson's Rocket in round one tonight wasn't Stephenson's Rocket. It was Puffing Billy. I shall now go back to looking for my life down the back of the sofa." Since its debut in 2008, Only Connect has won over quiz show enthusiasts and secured its place as a staple in British television. The show consistently ranks as BBC Two's most viewed programme of the week, often sandwiched between Mastermind and University Challenge, contributing to the channel's popular quiz night line-up.
