PlayStation's epic Memorial Day sale has PS5 games from $5 — these are the 11 best deals I'd buy

Tom's Guide22-05-2025

The long Memorial Day weekend is the perfect excuse to dive into some excellent PS5 games, and the PlayStation Store is giving you the perfect excuse with its new sales event called "Multiverse of Games".
This sale runs until June 5, and packs more than 2,000 deals across PS5 and PS4 games (as well as a selection of DLC content and in-game currencies). There are plenty of epic titles in this sale, including our pick for the best PS5 game you can play, God of War Ragnarök, which is now just $39 (was $69).
At the same time, Amazon and Best Buy are also offering rival deals, so whether you prefer a digital download or a physical game disc, here are the PS5 deals that I've got my eyes on ahead of the Memorial Day weekend.
After more than a decade of waiting, EA has returned to the world of NCAA football in the appropriately titled College Football 25. And this simulation of college football was worth the weight. Offering a slightly more arcade-style pace than its Madden sibling, and letting you play as the biggest schools in the country, it lived up to all those years of anticipation.
Return to a galaxy far, far away in the biggest Lego Star Wars game to date. Experience the entirety of The Skywalker Saga in plastic-brick form and collect more than 300 playable characters as you smash everything in sight. From The Phantom Menace through The Rise of Skywalker, this is the ultimate retelling of the greatest sci-fi sagas ever told.
Dead Island 2 offers players a sun-soaked playground crawling with the undead. Using just about any weapon you can get your hands on, it's your job to slay your throughway Hell-A from the mansions of Beverly Hills to the boardwalk of Venice Beach. Fully playable in co-op, Dead Island 2 is a rip-roaring open-world game full of zombies to slaughter, survivors to assist and loot to collect.
One of the most acclaimed and influential games of all time, Resident Evil 4 has been reborn in this full-scale remake. You play Leon S. Kennedy on a mission to rescue the President's kidnapped daughter in a spooky European village overrun with gruesome enemies. Featuring modernized gameplay and overhauled visuals, this is Resident Evil 4 as you've never seen it before.
Dragon's Dogma 2 is an absorbing fantasy RPG that doesn't pull its punches. Set in a rich mythical universe, you set out on quests that get increasingly complex and challenging. The focus on exploration and deep combat will keep you hooked across its lengthy adventure. Plus, it looks stunning on PS5.
Sonic X Shadow Generations combines a remaster of 2011's Sonic Generations, a love letter to the Blue Blur that remains a fan-favorite to this day, with a new Shadow-focused campaign. It's a strong package, and it was perfectly timed to coincide with the latest Sonic the Hedgehog 3 movie.
Following this year's dramatic Masters tournament, now is the time to step out onto the links and prove yourself a golfing whiz. PGA Tour 2K25 is the latest entry in the annual sports sim series, and boasts the level of authenticity you'd expect from a 2K game.
The anticipated second part of the Final Fantasy VII remake series, FFVII Rebirth is one of the most beautiful RPGs ever made. This game is absolutely packed with content, providing hundreds of hours of activities. At this lower price, now is a great time to give Final Fantasy VII Rebirth a shot. We loved how the side quests and minigames provided a huge amount of depth to the gameplay, and we considered it a must-own PS5 title in our Final Fantasy VII Rebirth review.
Monster Hunter Wilds is the latest entry in the long-running series, and sees you venture into new terrortiy teeming with fearsome creatures to craft. Sticking closely to the series' well-established formula, it combines thrilling battles with deep crafting and customization. And also boats a highly cinematic main story campaign that can be played in full four-player co-op.
Civilization VII makes some of the biggest changes yet to the established formula, and while not all of these additions are necessarily for the best, it remains one of the deepest strategy games on the market. This is a game you can play for literally thousands of hours.

How to watch Charli XCX at Glastonbury 2025: live stream electropop icon online for FREE

Charli XCX might be headlining The Other Stage rather than the Pyramid but make no mistake, as the biggest British artist on the planet right now, she's Glastonbury 2025's star attraction. You can watch Charli XCX at Glastonbury live streams from anywhere with a VPN and for FREE. Charli XCX's Glastonbury 2025 set takes place on Saturday, June 28.► Start time: 10:30 p.m. BST / 5:30 p.m. ET / 2:30 p.m. PT / 7:30 a.m. AEST (Sun.)• FREE STREAM — BBC iPlayer (U.K.)• Watch anywhere — try NordVPN 100% risk free The timing of Brat's release led to the extraordinary sight of the hottest artist at last year's festival being confined to the tiny Levels stage. One year on, we can't believe she isn't right at the top of the billing. The BBC is believed to have had a major say in the decision, though a dispute between the broadcaster and Neil Young — whose headline set takes place at the same time — means it's ended up having to televise Charli XCX after all, instead of the folk legend. It's a mess worthy of Brat. Again, timing prevented Brat from really taking Glastonbury by storm last year. While Charli XCX busted out a handful of tracks from the album, including "Von Dutch" and "Talk Talk", mega-hits "Apple", "360" and "Sympathy Is a Knife" were held in reserve. The electrop phenomenon's setlist is, of course, being kept under wraps, but her recent performances suggest she'll draw mainly from her newer material. However, 2012 banger "I Love It" remains her signature closer. Strap in for a slime green all-out assault on the senses. Below are all the details you need to watch Charli XCX and live stream Glastonbury 2025 for FREE and from anywhere. Charli XCX's set is one of only a select few that will be televised live. It will be shown on free-to-air BBC One, with dedicated coverage beginning at 10:30 p.m. BST. However, we'd recommend tuning in on BBC iPlayer instead, as the platform will be live streaming all of the build-up, including Deftones' warmup set. As well as laptops, the service also has apps for smartphones, tablets and a wide range of streaming devices. Traveling abroad right now? You can use a VPN to watch Charli XCX at Glastonbury 2025 as if you were back home. NordVPN is our top pick of the options and we'll show you how to access it below. Away from home at the moment and blocked from watching the Charli XCX set on your usual subscription? You can still tune into the Other Stage headliner and all other Glastonbury coverage live thanks to the wonders of a VPN (Virtual Private Network). The software allows your devices to appear as if they're back in your home country regardless of where in the world you are. So ideal for viewers away on vacation or on business. Our favorite is NordVPN. It's the best on the market: NordVPN deal: FREE $50 / £50 Amazon gift card Boasting lightning fast speeds, great features, streaming power, and class-leading security, NordVPN is our #1 VPN. ✅ FREE Amazon gift card worth up to $50/£50✅ 4 months extra FREE!✅ 76% off usual price Use Nord to unblock BBC iPlayer and watch Glastonbury live online with our exclusive deal. Using a VPN is incredibly simple. 1. Install the VPN of your choice. As we've said, NordVPN is our favorite. 2. Choose the location you wish to connect to in the VPN app. For instance, if you're away from the U.K. but want to view BBC iPlayer as usual, you'd select a U.K. server from the list. 3. Sit back and enjoy the action. Head over to BBC iPlayer and enjoy! The Glastonbury Festival is only shown in the U.K., so you won't find Charli XCX's Glastonbury set in any international listings. There's good news if you're currently on holiday in the U.S., Australia or Canada from the U.K., however. You can download one of the best VPN services and tap into your FREE home coverage of Glastonbury 2025 through BBC iPlayer. We recommend NordVPN. Or if you're content only to listen to Charli XCX's set, you can do so via the BBC's 'pop-up radio station' BBC Radio Glastonbury via BBC Sounds on web browsers. Inside Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez's Venetian vows

Welcome back! It's a hot one, so I'm sure you're cooling down with water. Turns out, picking the right bottled water isn't all that easy. One reporter tested out seven kinds and crowned his favorite. On the agenda: Seven successful men shared with BI how they optimize their mornings. Luxury gyms are becoming the new third space for many young people. Partiful, Luma, Paperless Post: How online invitations became a splintered mess. Newly built homes are changing, but homebuyers really want these four features. But first: Wedding bells. This week's dispatch Inside a billionaire's Venetian vows We're all just nosy, huh? It's why the world has been watching as Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and former newscaster turned philanthropist Lauren Sánchez got married in a not-so-private event spanning three days in Venice. "This magical place has gifted us unforgettable memories," Bezos and Sánchez, who met in 2019 and got engaged in 2023, said on their wedding invitation about the floating city. Some 200 guests were expected to attend the festivities in one of the most romantic cities in the world, the city said in a statement. And A-listers were spotted as they touched down, including Tom Brady, Oprah Winfrey, Kim Kardashian, and Ivanka Trump with Jared Kushner. There's no telling how much the billionaire's wedding celebration will cost, but reported estimates range from $11.5 million to $35 million. Luxury wedding planner and founder of Italian Knot, Roberta Camille Lione, told BI that although the latter figure feels a bit high, it's "not impossible — especially if the couple is sparing no expense across accommodations, logistics, entertainment, and design." Still, not everyone is thrilled that Bezos and Sánchez have picked Venice for their wedding. Local protesters have erected signs across the city, including one that reads, "No space for Bezos." (Get it? Because he founded Blue Origin.) They've also said they plan to disrupt the nuptials. However, Jessica Testoni, who runs a small souvenir stall in Venice, told our senior reporter on the ground, Joshua Nelken-Zitser, that she hopes it's not the last celebrity wedding to happen in her town. "On this occasion, I'm happy Bezos and Sánchez are getting married here," she said. "It helps businesses like mine." It's an interesting perspective given this behemoth of a wedding is happening during so much economic anxiety. That said, whether you're watching on purpose or by sheer force, despite the secretive nature of the nuptials, here's one thing we know for sure: this type of extravagance may only come once in a lifetime. Morning routines FTW Seven successful men — from across industries including venture capital, equity research, and advertising — shared their morning rituals with BI, from running long distances to making latte art. Most said they're early risers, waking up between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. Many said they started their days with exercise, though some shared creative habits like journaling. Tea or coffee is essential. The all-inclusive third space For many people, luxury gyms have become more than just a gym. Popular franchises like Equinox or Life Time offer amenities that go beyond fitness, like complimentary childcare services, tidy workspaces, and sometimes, poolside bars. Even if it takes extra saving or tight budgeting to afford a $200+ a month membership, these luxury gym goers say it's worth it. More than a gym. Only threw this Partiful 4 u Young people are sending invites to everything from "Love Island" watch parties to scheduled cry sessions. There's a whole class of apps to support this invitation overload — Partiful to Luma and Apple Invites, to name a few. While it might not matter which platform your party invite is on, the glut of invitations is making it harder to understand what's expected of us at each social gathering. The new RSVP etiquette. Hot home trends for 2025 American homes look a lot different these days. Many newly built homes are not just pricier, but they're smaller, too. That doesn't mean buyers are sacrificing comfort and quality, though. The National Association of Homebuilders surveyed 3,000 recent and prospective buyers and found four home trends shaping homebuying right now. From smart tech to large kitchens. Lauren Sánchez Touches Down in Venice for Star-studded Wedding With Jeff Bezos Wearing Vintage Alexander McQueen

Lauren Sánchez and her fiancé, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, have arrived in Venice, Italy, on Wednesday, ahead of their three-day wedding event. For their first appearance in the city, Sánchez wore a vintage Alexander McQueen dress from the brand's spring 2003 collection. Sánchez donned a black one-shoulder evening gown by McQueen with a fitted, floor-length silhouette. The dress featured diagonal white beaded stripes that create a dynamic pattern across the entire garment. Originally, the dress had a mermaid-style cut that hugged the body and flared out at the bottom into a train. The former TV news anchor has a penchant for McQueen. She notably wore a white McQueen bustier top to Donald Trump's second presidential inauguration on Jan. 20, paired with a suit. Bezos' fiancée has been working with celebrity stylist Molly Dickson for the past year. Dickson dressed her in a white Oscar de la Renta gown for the 2025 Vanity Fair Oscars party in March. Sánchez and Bezos are celebrating their wedding with a lavish, multiday event in Venice, Italy, drawing global attention and a star-studded guest list. Leonardo DiCaprio, Kim Kardashian, Oprah Winfrey, Eva Longoria, Katy Perry and Ivanka Trump are among the expected attendees of the event. Bezos' and Sanchez's wedding in Venice continues the city's custom of hosting extravagant ceremonies and is planned to wrap up on Saturday, culminating in a final evening celebration at the Arsenale. Bezos' and Sánchez's relationship began in 2016 when they met through Sánchez's then-husband, Patrick Whitesell, but their romance became public in January 2019 after both announced separations from their spouses. Over the years, they have maintained a close and affectionate partnership, often seen together and sharing a strong bond marked by mutual support and shared interests, including aviation and philanthropy. They got engaged in May 2023 after nearly five years together.
