Astronomer's chief executive Andy Byron was caught canoodling with his head of human resources Kristin Cabot at a gig last week
It comes days after the kiss scam scandal involving married Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and HR head Kristin Cabot.
Their ducking reaction to being filmed at Boston's gig has caught the world's attention - with millions now talking about an alleged affair.
And while many might seize the opportunity for a public smooch, Messi seemed to go bright red given the circumstances.
Footage circulating on social media showed the Inter Miami star smiling sheepishly, while Antonela, ever graceful, beamed beside him.

With everyone in the crowd cheering "Messi", the couple waved to fans before Coldplay's lead singer Chris Martin serenaded them.
Martin, who had jokingly called out Byron and Caobt's potential 'affair' during his performance last week, thanked Messi for coming and called him "the No1 sports person of all-time".
And it didn't take long for fans online to see the funny side.

Although not spotted in the viral clip, Antonela later posted snaps of the couple's three sons enjoying the show at the Hard Rock Stadium.
Thiago, 12, was pictured wearing a Coldplay cap, while Mateo, nine, wore a snazzy pair of 3D glasses as Ciro, six, cuddled into his dad.
Meanwhile, Messi was serving a one-match suspension for Inter Miami's game against FC Cincinnati on Saturday.
The eight-time Ballon d'Or winner and fellow Barcelona legend Jordi Alba were punished for skipping Major League Soccer's All-Star game earlier this week.
Both players missed Wednesday's match in Austin, Texas where the MLS squad posted a 3-1 win against Mexico's Liga MX All-Stars.
Elsewhere, Humiliated Byron and Cabot quit their jobs at the tech company as a result of the scandal.
And Martin's ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow was hired by Astronomer for a tongue-in-cheek video, in what fans are describing as a genius PR move.

Where Coronation Street fans have seen Aunty Rani before as actress makes soap comeback

Coronation Street viewers have been introduced to Rani Alahan, the Aunt of Dev Alahan, but the actress has actually been on the programme before on several occasions. Coronation Street viewers have been introduced to Rani Alahan, the aunt of Dev Alahan (Jimmi Harkishin), who has arrived just in time for his wedding to Bernie Winter (Jane Hazlegrove). She quickly caused a stir at number seven as she set about taking control of the nuptials and the bride-to-be adopted a posh accent in a bid to impress her. ‌ The character is played by Josephine Lloyd-Welcome and, while she is now taking on a whole new role, this is not the first time she has been seen walking the cobbles of the nation's most famous street. ‌ From 2004 until 2009, she appeared on an intermittent basis as Doctor Patel and was initially seen on-screen with Dev and Sunita Alahan (Shobna Gulati) as she delivered the results of his then-wife's blood tests prior to her brain tumour diagnosis. ‌ Following that, she shared scenes with legendary matriarch Gail Platt (Helen Worth) and Jerry Morton (Michael Starke), when her character visited the former kebab shop owner following a health scare. In 2010, she appeared as an unnamed doctor who checked on Asha Alahan (Tanisha Gorey), who is her new character's great-niece, for suspected meningitis. And in 2012, she was seen Raveena Bhatia, who was the boss of Marcus Dent (Charlie Condou) when he worked as a midwife at Weatherfield General. ‌ At the time, she played a part in his storyline that saw the openly gay character having an affair with Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon), and she spotted them both together in the Bistro. But Josephine's new part comes as Weatherfield businessman Dev, who first appeared on the soap in 1999, made a comeback after six months away. As well as her various stints on Coronation Street, Josephine has also appeared in a wealth of other British television staples throughout her lengthy career. Earlier this year, she appeared as Devika Babu in the penultimate episode of the latest episode of Doctor Who alongside Ncuti Gatwa, and she has also starred in episodes of Not Going Out, EastEnders, Doctors, Casualty, and Holby City. In 2021, she appeared the regular role of Rainbow on the Nickelodeon sitcom Goldie's Oldies. In 1980, she appeared in six episodes of Agony, the sitcom that made a star out of Dame Maureen Lipman, who now plays Evelyn Plummer on Coronation Street. Away from the screen, Josephine has also enjoyed an illustrious career on stage and has tread the boards in productions of Kinky Boots, The Mousetrap and Top Girls. ‌ But Josephine is not the only soap star to have appeared in Coronation Street in various roles before making a comeback in a regular part. Way back in the early days of the show, Jean Alexander played landlady Mrs Webb over the course of two episodes before rejoining in her signature role as the iconic Hilda Ogden. Similarly, Beverley Callard played the one-off part of June Dewhurst, a friend of Gail and Brian Tilsley in the early 1980s before she truly made her mark on the programme as Rovers Return landlady Liz McDonald. Years later, Lisa George played a family liaison officer on more than one occasion before she arrived to play feisty knicker stitcher Beth Sutherland from 2011, and Catherine Tyldesley, who is thought to be making a comeback as former barmaid Eva Price, played a midwife before she landed what became her most famous role. ‌ And in 2004, Alison King played a bored housewife known only as Mrs Fanshaw, who seduced builder Jason Grimshaw (Ryan Thomas) before she returned two years later to take on the role of no-nonsense factory boss Carla Connor. What's more, Jane Hazlegrove first joined the cast as a teenager when she played Sue Clayton in the early 1980s. Her character's family became involved in a dispute with Jack and Vera Duckworth before they left, and the actress came back more than two decades later to take on the part of Bernie. Aunty Rani's debut on the programme comes just as Aadi Alahan (Adam Hussain) is set to leave. We haven't got an exit date yet for the character, but with his father Dev Alahan returning to Weatherfield after months offscreen, amid two big twists for his son, it seems it could be soon. ‌ Aadi was caught up in drama just weeks ago when he planned to take LSD at a party only for someone else to unknowingly take it. That person, Lauren Bolton, nearly died and has yet to find out Aadi was involved. He's been trying to make amends by helping her out, and in upcoming scenes they grow closer - with this no doubt set to end in heartache. Also, Aadi was the victim of theft last week when someone robbed the shop. Of course it soon emerged that Aadi had staged the whole thing, with the help of troubled teen Brody Michaelis. Brody took off with the money, or so it was assumed as Aadi claimed £6,000 was taken. ‌ He was later forced to confess to his stepmother Bernie Winter that this was the amount he was in debt after taking out a loan. He'd taken the money from the safe to pay off said loan, hoping the robbery would allow them to claim on the insurance. Next week the drama continues when Aadi realises the insurance company won't pay out. With the money gone, surely it's only a matter of time before he's forced to explain all to his father Dev. Aadi is facing big trouble once he's exposed for both the staged robbery and the LSD spiking, not to mention the betrayal towards his family with the theft of their money to fix his mistake, without telling anyone. With it confirmed Aadi is leaving the show soon, will this all lead to him leaving home for good?

Digested week: Smirking Gwyneth Paltrow turns Coldplay kiss-cam scandal into a marketing win

She is an actor, a businesswoman, a guru and an influencer, but at heart – let's be honest – Gwyneth Paltrow is a sales guy, who has shown us time and again via Goop how thoroughly she understands how to monetise sneering. This week, crisis PR-style, she lent her world-class expertise to Astronomer, the company that dragged everyone's eyes up to the jumbotron at a Coldplay concert two weeks ago when two of its married executives were entwined where they shouldn't have been. In the immediate aftermath of the scandal, during which the male half of the pair resigned, a widely asked question was: could the mass public shaming of two executives from a company no one had heard of – 'a niche tech startup with roughly 300 employees', as the New York Times put it – be considered a net win or a loss for Astronomer? It was a tough one to judge. On the one hand, all publicity is good publicity. On the other, is being known as the company that brought us two pilloried presumed adulterers necessarily a recommendation for its data and AI services? Enter Paltrow, with her instinctive ability to ride waves of popular sentiment – and former marriage to the lead singer of Coldplay – appearing in a video released by Astronomer's social media team. 'Astronomer has gotten a lot of questions over the last few days and they wanted me to answer the most common ones,' said Paltrow, looking straight to camera with that slight smirk she always wears that seems to say 'members of my family happen to find me very amusing'. A series of questions then appears on screen, including 'OMG! What the actual f-.' To which Paltrow replies: 'Yes! 'Astronomer is the best place to run Apache Airflow.' And so on. It works because it's a knowing, clever spin that owns the outrage – and it's a big win for Astronomer, whose average of 150 likes on its social media posts jumped to 64,000 with Paltrow's video. It may even help rehabilitate the pair involved. Of course, the biggest win was for Paltrow and the impression she gave, brilliantly managed, of being a thoroughly and relatably good egg. Into the same midsummer vacuum where news might otherwise appear, bursts this: Sydney Sweeney discourse! Quick recap: Sweeney, star of White Lotus and the romcom Anyone But You, has appeared in an advert for American Eagle, a slightly creaky US leisurewear brand that like so many mid-range brands from the 90s – Urban Outfitters, Eddie Bauer, even good old Banana Republic – has been suffering from a lack of relevance. The campaign, in which Sweeney lounges in double denim, would seem to be doing what advertising should, which is to get people talking about it, although possibly not in the same sentence as 'eugenics'. It seems like a stretch but the tagline 'Sydney Sweeney has great jeans' – a lame pun on 'genes' suggestive of the possibility that AI is already operating in the advertising space – has been taken up by loud voices on social media as an unsubtle endorsement of 'Nazi' values, in which blond hair, blue eyes and being thin constitute apex hotness. 'Genes are passed down from parents to offspring, often determining traits like hair colour, personality and even eye colour,' intones Sweeney in the ad, leaving off the list resting sulking face, vocal fry and indistinguishability from 90% of other women in Hollywood. All of which probably rules out Paltrow for the follow-up crisis-management video. Let's progress to even shallower water, and words that roll off the tongue like a meditation phrase promising to unlock the meaning of everything: the 'seamless, sculpt face wrap from Skims'. It's an iambic tetrameter and also a new product line from Kim Kardashian, whose amazingly successful shapewear, Skims, advances in a natural progression from body to face sculpting with a new kind of face sling. The sculpt face wrap might look, at a glance, like something you would be given by an A&E doctor after standing too close to the chip pan, but it's actually 'jaw support' that you wear, like a retainer, overnight to hold back the terrible, glacial progression of jowls. According to the company, this item is not merely a piece of stretchy material you might have fashioned yourself out of an old pair of tights, but rather a 'signature sculpting fabric' made of 'collagen yarn', which for £52 a pop and already selling like hotcakes is definitely a real thing that exists. Waking to an experience that used to be integral to British summer but feels increasingly rare: rain on the window and a cold tentacle of air seeping in through the crack. It's a strange relief, and also a teachable moment to my kids enjoying their first summer in this country and who have entirely the wrong idea about the place. It's August tomorrow, and for the past six weeks they haven't bounced once from shorts into sweatpants and jumpers and back again, as the rain boots gather dust and my love of waterproof outwear goes unfulfilled. And while they look out at the rain, grumbling at what it does to the day's plans, I have a first thought out the gate that confirms my final, and total, transformation into my own mother: 'Hmm, good for my plants.' In my house I'm banned from saying 'skibidi', 'gyatt', 'hyperpigmentation' and 'Ohio sigma' – and this week, a new addition has been made to the list. Grandma-like, I've cottoned on to KPop Demon Hunters – a film in which a K-pop group hunts demons disguised as a boyband, which is breaking records on Netflix as the most-streamed original animated film of all time – and am now forbidden by my children from singing Soda Pop, the tween summer anthem from the movie. 'You're my soda pop, my little soda pop/ Cool me down, you're so hot / Pour me up, I won't stop (oh, oh) / You're my soda pop.' Happy summer!

Boozy Oasis fans smash Wembley Stadium record with staggering amount of pints

Oasis fans are making history at Wembley once again – but this time, it's not about record-breaking ticket sales; it's about pints. According to new figures released by Delaware North, the company behind Wembley Stadium's catering operations, Oasis fans have set a new stadium record by guzzling more than a quarter of a million pints of beer per night during the band's current run of shows. That's not a typo, that's 250,000 pints being poured every evening the Gallagher brothers take the stage in London and put on a show many called 'a spiritual experience.' With three out of seven scheduled Wembley gigs completed, and two more lined up this weekend (Saturday, August 2, and Sunday, August 3), the numbers are already staggering, and the final two dates in September are poised to push the total even higher. To put it in perspective: Coldplay fans bought an average of 120,000 pints per show during their 2024 run at the stadium and Taylor Swift's Eras Tour dates sold a comparatively modest 40,000 pints per night. Oasis fans? They've doubled Coldplay's numbers and outpaced Swifties by more than sixfold. With pint prices at Wembley clocking in at £8.20, that translates to £2.05 million in beer sales every night. With approximately 80,000 attendees per gig, the average is just over three pints per person. But with many fans opting for wine, soft drinks, or abstaining altogether, the actual beer drinkers are likely knocking back far more. The logistics behind the scenes are no less intense. Each Oasis show reportedly requires around 4,500 kegs to be moved in and out of the stadium, prompting what The Caterer described as a 'turf war' behind the scenes. With cold storage space running low, catering staff have reportedly resorted to stashing beer kegs in cupboards, under escalators, and in any available nook, a frustrating factor for the cleaning and maintenance teams. More Trending Even the pubs surrounding Wembley have seen a surge in sales as fans flock to them before and after the shows. While some might raise concerns about excessive drinking at concerts, for others, the numbers are a testament to the unique social energy that Oasis continues to command, with old friends reuniting and reliving their rowdy youth. After all, this is a band whose lyrics famously toast Cigarettes & Alcohol — and whose fans now seem determined to toast right back. Got a story?
