35 Summery Hidden Gems On Amazon

Buzz Feed22-05-2025
A useful waterproof baby carrier if you'd appreciate having your hands free when you take your little one in the pool. It's made of a fast-drying neoprene material (think surf suits) and has soft, padded straps.
A pair of sockless shoe liners because the return of the sun also means the return of stinky, sweaty feet. Bleh! Sometimes, you don't want or need a layer of socks, and that's where these washable and absorbent shoe liners come in handy!
A Sol de Janeiro shimmering body oil with SPF 50 for a dazzling glow without the white cast or the greasy feel — because my sweat glands are already in overdrive the minute temps rise above 80 degrees. And it's Sol de Janeiro, so you know it smells amazing. Duh!
A lavender-scented Downy laundry odor remover to really get into the fibers of your clothing and linens to remove odor-causing residue. If you're sweating up a storm in the warmer months or stinking up your clothes in front of a campfire (worth it for the s'mores, tho!), you'll wanna keep this on hand.
An office chair blanket that'll create a cocoon of warmth (and it's strapped to the chair so it won't fall off), so you can focus on your work instead of cursing the office manager every 10 minutes because they're absolutely blasting the AC.
A mesh V-neck one-piece so stunning and surprisingly comfortable that you'll find any and every excuse to wear it.
A pre-swim hair cream if you plan to spend the next few months in your pool but don't want your mane to look like a dry, tangled mess. This cream protects your tresses from chlorine and can help prevent blonde hair from turning green.
A car seat cover because the inside of your car — and your kiddos' black plastic car seat — can reach scorching hot temps. This works like a windshield sunshade, deflecting the sun's rays to keep the car seat (on average) 26 degrees cooler.
And since we're talking about things to help keep your car cooler in the summer: The Noggle, a personal air-conditioning system for cars with weak ACs that won't reach the backseat or cars that don't have vents in the back. Reviewers say it's great for kids and pets!
A roll-on sunscreen sponge to make the always messy (why is it so messy?!) task of applying sunscreen a heck of a lot better. With this little tool, your hands will stay clean (no more greasy hands!), and the sponge will prevent too much sunscreen from coming out = less product wasted.
A beach towel with built-in sun protection that'll block 98% of the sun's rays, doing a much better job of shielding your skin from the sun than a regular beach towel when you're a toasty towel burrito post swim. It dries quickly and is designed to shed sand with just a few shakes.
And speaking of sun protection, a moisturizing doggie sunscreen with SPF 30 so your four-legged friend, who ofc loves sun-bathing when it's 95 degrees, has some defense against the sun's rays.
A pack of towel bands if you didn't plan to spend your vacation chasing your towel down the beach or the pool deck after the wind blows it away. Reviewers say they take up less space in your bag and do a better job holding down your towel than bulky clips.
A Hershey's s'mores caddy because no summer day is complete without an ooey-gooey campfire s'more. This tackle box has room for all the essentials: graham crackers, marshmallows, chocolate, and roasting sticks.
A pair of fabric strap swim goggles (from Shark Tank!) for kids and adults who are sick of regular old goggles snagging, pulling, and tangling your hair. The wide, stretchy strap is designed to be more comfortable and sit more securely so your little one's not constantly readjusting it.
A hair-identifier spray to make your monthly dermaplaning session as pain-free as possible. Now, you can be sure you're shaving all the peach fuzz to make makeup application smoother and reveal that summery glow. And reviewers say the spray helps the razor glide more smoothly.
A pack of underarm shields that'll soak up sweat before it can stain your shirt. They're also designed to stop odors so you don't look *or* smell like you just sweat through your shirt.
A rechargeable mini air pump so something as minor as the lack of an outlet doesn't stop you from inflating a pool, pool toys, an air mattress, or a splash pad. You can even pack it in a suitcase to deflate compression bags.
A beach cart if you're tired of schlepping heavy bags filled with beach toys, food, towels, tents, beach chairs, and whatever else your family hands you. This roomy cart has balloon wheels so it can roll over sand.
A sand remover mitt because leaving the beach with sand crumbs in every crevice of your body — and all over the car carpets — isn't a summer annoyance you need to put up with anymore. A true beach bag essential!
A pack of light-blocking strips for eliminating the pesky light leakage that happens around the edges of the blinds, even blackout blinds. They attach via magnets, so installation and removal is easy peasy lemon squeezy. Just as easy as falling asleep during a bright summer day or sleeping in even when the summer sun rises at 5:30 a.m.
A pair of quick-dry UPF 50 hiking pants to accompany you on all your outdoor adventures this summer: hiking, fishing, climbing, and more. They're so comfy and practical thanks to a plethora of pockets that they may become your new fave travel pant, too!
Twister Splash, an updated version of everyone's favorite body-contorting game that'll shoot water at you unless you can cover the hole with your hands or feet.
A pack of disposable paper bibs so you're always prepared when you're out of the house this summer. With three layers of protection and an adhesive tab so you can keep the bib attached to their clothes *plus* a built-in crumb catcher, these bibs will make impromptu park lunches, playdates, meals out, and arts and crafts time much less messy.
Laneige's Neo Blurring Powder — a skin-smoothing, pore-blurring, ultra-fine powder if your skin is oily, oily, oily. This semi-matte powder absorbs the shine but leaves your ~glow~ untouched without feeling dry or cakey on your skin.
A cut-to-size aloe wrap because warm weather means you're bound to have at least one really bad sunburn, no matter how hard you try to be diligent about sunscreen application.
A stylishly oversized romper with deep pockets for satisfying the two little voices in your head: the one that demands comfort at all times, and the one that says, "New season, new seasonal wardrobe!"
A durable and portable foldable flip seat to spare your tushy the pain and the wet butt stains that come with sitting on the ground. Use it at the beach, the pool, a tailgate, a camping trip, a sporting event, or an outdoor picnic and bask in the newfound superiority complex that comes with owning one of these seats.
Some dog-friendly ice pops — ice ~pups~ if you will — that your furry friend can enjoy whole. Yep, stick and all! This is a great summertime activity to both stimulate their brain and keep 'em cool.
Or a freezeable dog bone treat mold with a special design that grips the floor so your pooch can't nose it under the couch where it collects dirt and hair...yuck!
A bug bite relief patch if your poor littles get absolutely devoured by mosquitoes every year. These kid-safe patches are infused with witch hazel and aloe to soothe itchy bites and prevent kids from scratching.
A laptop tent because this is how your email finds me: poolside, enjoying the weather, trying to do as little work as possible before 5 p.m. rolls around. If my boss is reading this, that was a JOKE. But really, if you want to work outside, this handy tent will reduce glare from the sun, help keep your machine cool so it doesn't overheat, and then folds down into a lightweight carrying case when the workday is over.
A "Cup Claw" — a bra pad removal tool for expertly removing the padding from sports bras and bikinis. Aaaaaaand it makes reinserting the padding evenly so much easier. (Because why are the slots for the padding always the size of my pinky nail??)
A clear beach tote to handle all your needs so you can seriously relax. It's designed to sit upright and not fall over on the sand. There's a touchscreen phone pouch included so you can order a frozen daiquiri to your lounger even if your fingers are dripping wet. It's waterproof, washable, has adorable bow straps, is carry-on approved, and can hold several full-size beach towels.
A moisture-wicking headband that's meant to be worn under a riding or biking helmet. It'll absorb sweat so it doesn't drip down your face (a sensory nightmare!) while also protecting your hair from damaging friction caused by the helmet rubbing. Oh — it'll even hold your earbuds in place!

You can read more about the skincare benefits of caffeine at the Cleveland review: "I am 60, and I could not get rid of the cellulite on my legs. I started using this product six weeks ago and can noticeably see a difference. I apply morning and evening, before bed for optimal results. It goes on smooth and has a creamy, nonsticky feel. The smell is dreamy, and even my husband has commented on the improvement. It's got a sheer, buildable formula to add just the right pop of color to your look. Promising review: "I rarely write product reviews, but I have to for this one. I struggle with dry flaky lips all of the time. I can't tell you how much money I've invested in products trying to find a lip color that is smooth and not drying. I've purchased wickedly expensive products to try to resolve this issue with my lips, but nothing worked! This product does it all! Granted it doesn't stay on all day long, but it's so smooth and silky. I'm going to buy another one. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed." —Jerri CrawfordPrice: $22.40 (originally $32; available in 13 shades). 31% off a BuzzFeed-reader-favorite retinol body lotion, which is the lowest we've seen it go for! The retinol in the creamy formula helps promote skin cell turnover, while the ferulic acid firms skin for a tighter appearance. Reviewers also note that this works wonders on rough, bumpy skin on their upper arms and legs after consistent use. Promising review: "I could kick myself for not trying this sooner! It is my new favorite lotion... After one night of using this, I woke up to smooth, soft moisturized skin that wasn't itchy at all. This lotion goes on and absorbs beautifully. It's not too thin or thick, and the scent is sensational... It's not greasy or slick and does not have a residue that pills or transfers." —TickTokAlicePrice: $13.80 (typically $19.99) 30% off Tatcha products (a very good deal for them) including on Tatcha's Kissu Lip mask for a really elevated pout-moisturizing experience. And I'm telling you, you're going to love the luxe feeling of putting it on with the pretty gold spatula (which stores neatly in the lid) at the end of the day! While this might be on the pricey side for a lip mask, in terms of schmancy beauty gifts, it's a good bang for your buck!Promising review: "As someone who chronically bites her lips, I needed something that would moisturize my lips, keep them soft, and prevent myself from peeling off any dried skin. At first, I was a bit skeptical as I am with any product I try, but this lip mask proved to be one that was well worth the money spent. I applied it before I went to bed and woke up 8 hrs later with my lips feeling soft and conditioned! Even after applying it in the mornings and going about my day, my lips continue to remain nice and plump (given that I don't drink water from a cup). The smell is a light peach scent that is not overbearing but rather very calming. Not to mention a little goes a LONG way. I bought this lip scrub for the first time in early October 2023 and I just had to order the second one [February 2024]. I applied it day and night, and it lasted almost 5 months, which is unbelievable given that the container is not that big. I completely abandoned the famous Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask for this one— that should tell you how good it is. All in all, I give this lip scrub 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone I know." —Jennifer SPrice: $20.30 (originally $29) — and shop all of the Tatcha deals here 30% off a bottle of CND Essentials nail and cuticle oil to have your hands looking as shiny and flawless as they do when you leave the salon, except without the outrageous salon prices. Each day, work the oil into your nails and cuticles and they will begin to grow and strengthen, so you don't have to worry about weak nails anymore!Promising review: "I had peeling, weak nails for years. Tried everything. I bought this in February. This size bottle lasted a bit more than a month, religiously applying it two to three times a day. I was really seeing great improvement, so I bought another bottle in late March. By May, all the peeling had grown out, and my nails were getting stronger every day. I then bought the big 4-ounce refill bottle because I never want to run out of it again! Cannot recommend this stuff enough!" —DianaPrice: $6.93 (originally $9.90; available in three sizes) 41% off Tarte's Maracuja Juicy Lip Plump, which is the lowest we've seen it go for! This creamy formula packs all the benefits of a lip balm, gloss, and tint — and it even helps plump the lips for a full appearance! Promising review: "My number one 'go-to' lip product. I usually have some sort of issues with glosses, lipsticks and even balms. This is the first product that has worked really well. It lets you add a hint of color and a little shine to your lips that is just the right amount. No clumping or flaking. It adds a coolness to your lips and leaves your lips nice and hydrated." —Tina ZPrice: $16 (originally $27; available in 10 shades) — and shop all of Tarte's deals here. 20% off tons of Supergoop best-sellers, including the wildly popular Glowscreen SPF 40 for anyone who wants a super glowy, lit-from-within complexion at all times. Better yet, it doubles as a makeup-gripping primer, so your glow will shine through your foundation while keeping you protected. Promising review: "I've tried a lot of sunscreen and primers over the last year. I mean A LOT. My skin is super sensitive, acne-prone, and prone to dryness and redness. (Complicated, I know) This stuff doesn't feel heavy and moisturizes really well while not feeling like I'll break out later. It protected my skin from sunburn during six hours at Six Flags. I don't wear a ton of makeup, but the foundation and bronzer I wore didn't budge or crease. It makes your skin glow like [wild], which alone is a bit much for me, but under some foundation, it looks amazing! Def worth the buy and will buy again." — $17.60+ (originally $22+; available in three sizes and four shades) — and see more Supergoop deals here Up to 60% off a satin-finish TirTir cushion foundation reviewers love for getting full coverage without the heavy, cakey feeling. I lucked into a perfect color match on the first try, but I've learned there are sample packs if you aren't sure about the color. The coverage is incredible. It was very lightweight, not heavy at all. It did settle into my under-eye wrinkles without primer, so if you're older, that's something to keep in mind. Overall beautiful and long-lasting. This will be my go-to foundation from now on." —AJ BondPrice: $10+ (originally $25; available in two sizes and 40 shades; also available in a matte finish and dewy finish) — check out more of TirTir's deals here. I have used it for two to three years and absolutely love it. I also get lots of compliments on my skin, and I am over 70." —MartyPromising review: "I have been using this foundation for probably at least 8 years and I love it!!! I have tried a few other foundations over the years and I keep coming back to this one. What I love about it is that it's full coverage — yet still feel lightweight. It's also super easy for me to color match with this foundation. It has SPF in it also which is super nice! Give this a try!!" —SomerPrice: $28.20 (originally $47; available in 29 shades) — and check out all the It Cosmetics deals here. 30% off a retinol eye cream from No7 that can help increase skin cell turnover and reduce the appearance of puffiness at the same time. It also has a dose of shea butter for some lightweight moisture that won't weigh down the delicate skin under your eyes. Promising review: "I have used this for several weeks now not the required amount of time to see your vast difference, but I have noticed an improvement in the skin around my eyes. I can feel an improvement in the texture of my skin and it does moisturize well I like it enough I will keep purchasing it." —Julia WPrice: $11.89 (originally $16.99) — see more No.7 deals here. 20% off a vegan and paraben-free ultra-dark self-tanner because it's too dang hot to be roasting your body for the perfect tan. Now you can get the glow you deserve in just ONE hour! Promising review: "Name the brand, I've tried it. The struggle is so real for me with pink/cool undertones in my skin because every self-tanner gives an orange tint. I used to only use St. Tropez because it was the only one that didn't, but I always got annoyed that it was never very dark. This tanner however is literally the best I've ever used. It's super forgiving with streaks, very fast, and no orange tint. The amount of compliments I get is wild. Literally, this is part of my summer starter-pack, and I'm living my best bronzed life." —LMWPrice: $7.98 (originally $9.97) — see more deals here. 20% off the Catrice "Instant Awake" Under Eye Brightener, which is the lowest it goes for!! It's meant to blend seamlessly into the skin and adds light coverage to dark circles. The color-adaptive formula is designed so one of two shades will work on any skin tone. Promising review: "I used to use the Becca under-eye product and this one is way better. You can sheer it out and warm it up on your hand. Don't need to use a lot and it adds a lot of brightness under concealer." —Ariel O"Took years off my eyes! This product is so reasonably priced. I came across a TikTok promoting this and decided to take a chance since the price was super reasonable. My eyes looked brighter in a good way, and the concealer worked so well that I felt I looked younger. I got compliments from friends asking what I did differently with my makeup. I recommend it." —Monica T. Price: $4.80 (originally $6; available in two shades) — check out more Catrice deals here. 20% off a pack of the Mighty Patch Pimple Spot Treatment, which is a new lowest price ever! They're made of a wound-healing gel called hydrocolloid that can drain fluids from any open pimples and cover any that are already on the surface. Many reviewers say they're practically undetectable and adhere much better to the skin than other brands. Plus, your derm will be very relieved that you aren't popping it! BTW, these work best on open, draining pustules (rather than blackheads or pimples that haven't come to a head yet). You can read more at Cleveland Clinic! You can also score 20% off the brand's wildly popular hydrocolloid nose patches!Promising reviews: "The holy grail of pimple patches. None will ever compare. I've tried different brands. This one I keep coming back to! The adhesion is pretty good. Make sure your face is cleansed and completely dry. I made the mistake of moisturizing on accident first and then the patch doesn't stick well. Don't be like me! Most of the time it works great. Next morning that gunk will be GONE! If it's a little baby pimple/or too early for the patch, then sometimes it doesn't work but that's most likely because it wasn't ready. Anyway, love this stuff and will be repurchasing!!" —LBHero Cosmetics is an Asian woman-founded brand and home of the popular Mighty Patch. Ju Rhyu launched the brand in 2017, and it's since evolved with products such as cleansers, toners, nose strips, and more!Price: $10.08 (originally $12.60; also available in a pack of 72) — and check out more Mighty Patch deals here. 33% off Crest 3D Whitestrips with a no-slip design that'll mold to your teeth and help lighten those coffee stains you thought would be there for a life. You'll get enough strips for 22 days of treatment, which should help your teeth get up to 20 levels whiter! It comes with 44 strips total: enough for 20 regular treatments and two one-hour express review: "I haven't used Crest White Strips in over 5 years. Since then my teeth have stayed really white and I frequently get compliments or questions on how I get my teeth so white. I decided to get a box to boost the whiteness of my teeth. Wow, I was shocked on how much these have improved! Before the strips were really flimsy, hard to remove from the package and were really hard to keep on your teeth — the old ones would slip or bunch up. These are such an improvement! The new strips remove easily from the plastic they are on. The strips are REALLY adhesive! These will not budge! Since I've purchased I have only used about 4 times and I can already notice a difference. Other people have noticed too. I think these are well worth the money and work as good as a professional treatment, I have had friends who have done professional treatments and their teeth are not as white as mine. I highly recommend these to anyone who wants a brighter/whiter smile!" —Vanessa5o5Price: $29.99 (typically $44.99) — and check out more Crest deals here. 30% off Biodance's TikTok-beloved Bio-Collagen Real Deep Mask — it works overnight to refresh your skin. It's infused with hyaluronic acid to hydrate, collagen to maximize absorption and minimize the appearance of pores, and probiotics to strengthen the skin's barrier. Best of all, it turns transparent when your skin is done absorbing the serum, so you'll know when it's ready to take off. Promising review: "Caught wind of this on TikTok and decided to give it a whirl. Honestly, it's pretty solid! It really makes my skin look tight and shiny, like I just came out of a professional facial. It's an overnight mask, so yeah, it does have to stay on for a while, which is a bit of a hassle, but the payoff? Totally worth it. My skin feels more elastic, and the pores look minimized, too. If you don't mind the long wear time, this mask could be a game changer for your skincare routine!" —NalaPrice: $13.30 for four (originally $19) — and see more Biodance deals here. 30% off Sun Bum's sunscreen stick — it's become a hit with more than 9,000 Amazon reviewers. Promising review: "This small-but-very-effective stick of sunscreen was perfect for traveling with us on vacation. I took it to the beach, stuck it in my bag when we went exploring and carried it in my purse when we were in town. The smell is so good; it makes you want to take a bite out of it! Well, I have now found the perfect concealer that gives everything one could want in an under-eye concealer. It covers better than any other I have tried. And yep, it even seems to cover the fine lines! This is the winner! I would definitely recommend." —GGPrice: $19.20 (originally $32) 50% off the Philips Sonicare toothbrush more than 13,000 reviewers swear by. My teeth feel really clean after every brush. I went and got my teeth cleaned this week (dentist) they commented that my teeth were better. As an 80s kid, that's not the norm, this thing is great. Dab it on as part of your night routine, or swipe some on before applying your go-to concealer for an even base. Check out more Beauty of Joseon deals here! Promising review: "I've had this for about a month and have noticed a huge improvement! I started developing dark circles under my eyes over the past few years, so I was looking for anything to brighten my under eyes without relying on heavy concealer. I don't use it every day, as the yellow pigment is a little aggressive. My trick is to apply a generous amount and put my reusable silicone eye patches over top and sleep with it on 2-3 times a week. Now my under eyes look bright and radiant, my complexion looks even, and I feel so beautiful with no makeup on!" —Amanda HermanPrice: $12.90+ (originally $16.99+; available in two sizes) — shop more Beauty of Joseon deals here. 35% off Urban Decay's Iconic Naked 2 Basics Eyeshadow Palette, which is the lowest price we've seen it for! Kind of like how the seven members of S Club worked together to provide timeless bops. Check out all of Mise En Scene's deals here!Promising reviews: "I looooove this so much. The smell is amazing, and it tends to stick around for a while, so I love getting whiffs of it through the day. My hair is softer and doesn't seem as frizzy as before. I put it on after washing my hair and then after it's dry. I tend to wash my hair two times a week, so I'll use it in between washes on my ends to make sure they still look nice and healthy. Great value too; I've been using it pretty consistently since purchasing and I've barely made a dent in it. I'm a medium-toned Black woman and looking for something without a white cast is always a challenge. I have applied it on my bare skin and there isn't a white cast at all! Perfect for liquid eyeliner novices, the felt tip is user-friendly and delivers smooth, precise lines every time. When applying, use the tip of the pen to create a thin line. For a bold, thicker line, apply with slightly more review: "Sheer perfection. Super easy to apply. I was never good with these type of eyeliners, but after reviewing this product I figured I will give it a eyeliner I ever owned. It goes on smooth with a sharp line, no messing up. From the first time I applied it I couldn't believe how well it worked. Cat-eye done in a second or need to re-apply or fixing it later as it stays on nicely all day. I use it with the little black palette from Lorac, which came with primer, and I am not sure if that helps but I put my eye shadow on, then eyeliner and I am good to go. It stays put ALL DAY, just as the name promises. And as other reviewers mentioned, using this product you will be a pro in applying eyeliner in no time. That's how nicely it goes on. Note: This device is not designed to work on deeper skin tones. It also does not work for red, blonde, white, or gray hair. The set includes glasses that should be worn while operating the review: "So far, the hair growth has either slowed down to an incredible amount or completely stopped as of today. I went on a two-week trip mid-March where I couldn't use the device (overseas), and I barely had to shave any of these areas. For reference, before using this, I had to shave every day and would feel the hair growing back/stubble by evening on the same day, as my hair grows super fast. The hair that is growing back is much thinner and less noticeable, and I think with more use it will almost completely disappear. I am SO happy I decided to try this out and I think it was completely worth it, especially for my self esteem. I am going to start using it on my legs soon." —SkaandarPrice: $198 (originally $249) 35% off the popular Kahi Wrinkle Bounce Hydrating Multi-Balm, which is basically a magic wand for your entire face and neck. You'll get the Coanda smoothing dryer as well as the 1.2-inch long barrel and volumizing round brush attachments for iconic blowouts and bouncy curls. Promising review: "The Dyson Airwrap Origin set is awesome! From what I understand, it's the full AirWrap base, with a limited selection of accessories. The reduced selection is not a problem! The volumizing brush, the curling wrap wand, and the flyaway smoother are all so useful. I have fine hair that is very prone to breakage, so a gentle styling tool is ideal, and this set really seems kind to my hair. It has a nice, long cord at 8.5' and swivels well, so you can really move around while using it. The volumizing barrel is very handy to smooth and lift. The bristles are sturdy and a match for thicker hair, though I do take care not to tug or tangle while using it with my very fine hair. My hair is a bit longer than shoulder length, and I find the Airwrap tool makes it so, so easy to curl. You can literally let the Airwrap pull your entire lock of hair around the barrel with minimal hand wrapping. The curls are beautiful and versatile, depending on direction and placement, and your haircut, so you can use this to create a lot of different looks. The flyaway smoother, which also serves as a decent blow drying attachment by twisting the knob around, is amazing. Seriously so, so easy. I was stunned at how well it calmed my flyaways, of which I have many. I don't know how it works, but I love it. This hair dryer makes styling so much less irritating, and it makes so much sense once you get the hang of it. It is a great high high-quality tool and I strongly recommend it for folks looking for low-stress styling with consistent results." —jssnyderPrice: $374.99 (originally $499.99) Or!! 32% off the Shark FlexStyle Air Drying System, which is just $20 more than its lowest price ever. This cuts the time it takes to do my hair in half! I have very thick mid-length hair and I have LOVED the curling tool and the brush dry tool (gives a blowout look). The curls have help up for 3 days for me! Just wild. It's wild to be able to curl my hair while it's still wet from a shower. I've never had any issues with it fading or sweating off, though I do typically do a super light spritz of hairspray just in reviews: "I have thinning hair due to a number of medical issues (thyroid, chemo), with the majority of bald/thin spots at the crown. These are thicker and feel like silk, not satin. They wash well (I wash on delicate and lay flat to dry). Even my daughter comes in, lays on it, and says how wonderful it feels. My hair (I have curly hair) and skin appreciate this pillowcase also. My hair is not a tangled mess in the morning. Great quality." —ChristinaPrice: $39.47+ (originally $82.46; available in three sizes and 23 colors) 30% off a lil' polar bear hydrating eye stick for some sweet, sweet relief when you wake up with puffy, aching eyes. The puffiness is gone. The dark circles are hardly noticeable. My sensitive skin has not broken out. I never write reviews, but this was so good that I had to write a review. This actually works." —BenPrice: $6.99 (originally $9.95; available in two styles and multipacks). 30% off the Kitsch heatless curling rod headband that can be worn overnight for the perfect barrel-curl look. It even comes with scrunchies to keep the ends of your hair in place. Oh, and they're at their lowest price ever! Try dampening your hair with a spray bottle and add some mousse before you wrap your hair around the rod!Promising review: "I was on the fence about purchasing the kitsch. I am very pleased! I wrapped my hair at around 10 pm and unwrapped it at around 8 AM. My curls were so bouncy! I definitely had to wait for them to loosen up which is no big deal because they lasted all day :) it helps to add some product to your hair prior to wrapping it. I added a very small amount of hair paste to my hair and then wrapped. No heat needed! I HIGHLY recommend this product!" —KarismaPrice: $11.19+ (originally $15.98+; available in 12 styles) — check out all of Kitsch's deals here! 28% off a bottle of sulfate-free biotin shampoo that's basically a Celsius energy drink for your hair — it'll reinvigorate your scalp and give your strands a much-needed boost. Biotin can help provide a fuller appearance to your hair, while rosemary and coconut oil are known to nourish and moisturize the scalp. If you're tired of seeing tons of hair falling out in your hairbrush, it's time to add this to your cart. This is down to the lowest price it's been since 2022!Read more about how biotin shampoo could help with the fullness of hair at Cleveland reviews: "I love this shampoo! I had gastric sleeve surgery, and my hair was very, very thin. I started taking biotin and switched to biotin shampoo, as recommended by my doctor. It doesn't make your hair grow by washing it, but it makes your hair and roots stronger. And it worked. After using the whole bottle, my hair was stronger. I had a lot of new growth that was sticking around (the previous new growth fell out early on), and my hair was getting thicker. Eight months later, my hair is back to normal. It's longer and thicker than ever." —Diane J. Huff"This shampoo is like NOTHING I've ever tried in the past. The way my 4C hair comes out after using this is INCREDIBLE. Soft, easy to comb, and super manageable. I've been using it for two years!" —JaeMaple Holistics is a small business that specializes in beauty products with all-natural $9.99 (originally $13.95; available in three scents and three sizes)

We're Gear Experts, and Here's What We Bought During Prime Day

We're professional gear testers and deal trackers, and these are the Prime Day deals we couldn't stay away from. Courtesy of Acofem; Amazon; Sol de Janeiro All products featured on WIRED are independently selected by our editors. However, we may receive compensation from retailers and/or from purchases of products through these links. We're on day three of Prime Day (should it be Prime Week at this point?), and after days of deals tracking on our liveblog and various Prime Day stories, it's no surprise that we too here at WIRED have been shopping the sales. We know a good one when we see one, after all. If it's a sale so good even our team can't resist it, you know you should probably check it out too. Here's everything our team has shopped so far during Prime Day. Looking for more Prime Day deals? Don't miss our guide to the Absolute Best Prime Day Deals and our Prime Day liveblog, plus our various guides to deals on Kindles, beauty tools, Dysons, mattresses, and so much more. The Deals Our Team Is Shopping $400 $260 (35% off) Amazon My Kindle Scribe arrived last night, and I couldn't wait to set it up before bed. Honestly, it's taking all my willpower not to grab it from my nightstand right now and dive into a good book. But alas, I'm on the clock. I've been debating whether to get a Kindle for a couple of years because I love my paperbacks, but I finally decided to go for it when fellow reviewer Nena Farrell sold me on it. Reading in bed, before bed, is difficult for me because I like to highlight and annotate my books, but I can't doze off with all my stationery sprawled on top of me. It's super sleek and slim, and I adore the premium pen that comes with a soft-tipped eraser. It's a bit larger than I expected, but in a good way. The front-lit display can really light up a dark room, but I'm leaning toward the warmer settings. I immediately noticed that it doesn't have color features, which was a bummer, but I think I'll get used to it. Some Amazon deals include a fabric cover, and if you're thinking about getting a Kindle, definitely check those out because I need a cover ASAP. —Boutayna Chokrane I've probably seen one of these at every garage sale I've been to in the past 10 years, passing them up because I didn't want to have to store them. But here I am, paying retail price for not just one pie iron, but two! My family camps every year here on the West Coast (or tries to, anyway), and for the past few years, burn bans have precluded us from cooking anything fun. I'm probably conjuring a burn ban this year just by buying these, but I consider it an investment in my fantasy of making stuffed French toast and pizza pockets, even if that ends up being next year. (If I'm not fed up with storing them before then.) —Kat Merck WIRED reviewer Louryn Strampe bought an Owala 40-ounce reusable tumbler on the first day of Prime Day, and it's already arrived to keep her hydrated until Prime Day (really, Prime Week) finishes its wild run. So far she really likes the handle—she says it's got a perfect groove for her thumb to rest in—and that the slimmer bottom can fit into cupholders when you hop into the car. You can remove the straw and still be able to drink from it, and that straw-free style is leakproof, too. Extra bonus: there's removable rubber seals to make it super easy to clean, which is huge. I had the same tumbler and loved it, but currently can't find it … which means this is a clear sign for me to also purchase one. Have you heard of color analysis? It's a concept where each person has a specific season of colors that suit them best. It's been catching attention on TikTok, particularly from me obsessively searching how I can figure out my season. On the recommendation of other WIRED gals, I asked ChatGPT, which told me I'm a cool summer and that I can no longer wear orange, black, and gold. A different quiz has since told me I might be a cool winter instead and didn't ban black, but now I fear my all-black outfits at dance class aren't what I should wear. (Don't get me started on how many gold earrings I own.) My solution? Dark blue outfits, specifically a new set from CRZ Yoga. A few other WIRED staffers praised the brand's workout gear, and I liked that I could find a nice shade of dark, ashy blue that should match whatever one of these seasons I'm in and won't show sweat or bloat as easily as a lighter-colored set. I scored both a set of shorts and a workout bra in the Butterluxe fabric, and I'm excited to get it in the mail to see if it's as soft as I hope. Courtesy of Harper Collins WIRED reviewer Adrienne So used Prime Day to pick up the Ramona Collection for her son. The classic series is on a serious discount, and it's the perfect book series to pick up when it's a story about a rambunctious 8-year-old when you too have a rambunctious 8-year-old like Adrienne. Snag it on sale for a gift, or to add to the bookshelf of any kiddo room (or your own nostalgia bookshelf—now I'm checking if Amelia Bedelia is on sale on the pretense of reading it to my toddler, but I really want it for me!). Unfortunately, this grooming kit has been the only thing I've bought so far for Amazon Prime Day. As the pet tech writer here at WIRED, my cats are so spoiled. Like, if they were humans, they'd be bad people. (Oh wait, now that I'm writing this, I realize I've also bought a cat tent, treats, toys, and have been seriously eyeing this floor-to-ceiling cat tree.) But anywho, one of my aforementioned cats has super-beautiful, very floofy long hair, which unfortunately for both of us means that sometimes she gets poop stuck on the fur near her behind. I've been a negligent mother, letting her clean up her own mess; wiping her with wet cloths; or once, taking her for ill-fated dip in the kitchen sink. This most recent time, I realized I have to intervene and help her get rid of the stinkiness, so I bought this cordless grooming kit with varying sizes of blades. That way I can make sure I'm being safe while trimming her sensitive areas. She might be resentful of me, but at least she still won't be a smelly cat anymore. —Molly Higgins Washable rugs. Yes, you can shampoo your rugs, and I do often, but when you're potty training a puppy, sometimes you gotta throw the whole dang thing away into the washing machine. I bought this rug at the start of Prime Day and it's already arrived and installed on my floor. My first impression is it's super soft and has been easy to clean (as it should be!), and that it's best to use with a lighter vacuum. —Julia Forbes I have a vision for the extra-large landing at the base of my stairs: workout corner. This adorable workout mat I bought this week is the main inspiration for the space (which is on sale on its own site, but not on Amazon, funny enough), along with a massive secondhand mirror I'll use to check my awful posture, but the big necessity of the space is on sale for Prime Day: adjustable weights. The set I got from LifePro goes up to 25 pounds on each dumbbell, but the single adjustable weights are also on sale if that's more your style. I'm currently on a mission to raise the strength in my left arm to balance with the one on the right, and hoping these can help me get there. I'm also snagging these wrist weights on sale. My family is traveling to Alaska later this summer, and in a development that will surprise no parent anywhere, my 12-year-old is not interested in either owning or wearing any type of boot or appropriate footwear for seven days of hiking in the Klondike. My solution: a can of this waterproofing spray, a pair of old basketball shoes, and a prayer. Who knows if it will work or not; if you want to find out, just look for the family walking around Juneau with a tween who looks like he has wet, muddy clumps of mud for feet. —Kat Merck Courtesy of Sol de Janeiro Remember Regina George's army pants and flip flops? Well, my fellow reviewer Boutayna Chokrane bought Sol De Janeiro's Rio Trio Discovery Set, so I bought the Rio Trio discovery set. There are three different body creams in the package, each one promising different types of results, and my fellow writers have confirmed that the popular Brazilian Bum Bum Cream included in the set smells amazing. I can't wait to see what they all smell like, and to hear which one both Boutayna and I like best of the set. We've validated our purchase with the fact that all three of these are travel-sized, so you can bring them along on your next plane flight. I felt really bad flying through as many K-Cups as I did with my Keurig coffee maker, so kudos to whoever thought to invent a more eco-friendly solution. Pro tip: Buy filters to go with these pods; they make the machine run a lot more smoothly. —Julia Forbes With the impending arrival of our first child, my wife and I are learning that the amount of physical things you can acquire for said child is seemingly infinite. That's why we've been grabbing everything we can from friends and family and scooping up the rest on super sales. Like this very affordable baby mirror, our second such purchase for our second vehicle. We can't wait to get eyes (and keep eyes) on the little tyke, and this is a fun reminder. —Ryan Waniata

34 Summery Amazon Finds

FYI: Amazon Prime Day is coming! A stylishly oversized romper with deep pockets for satisfying the two little voices in your head: the one that demands comfort at all times, and the one that says, "New season, new seasonal wardrobe!" A durable and portable foldable flip seat to spare your tushy the pain and the wet butt stains that come with sitting on the ground. Or a freezeable dog bone treat mold with a special design that grips the floor so your pooch can't nose it under the couch where it collects dirt and A bug bite relief patch if your poor littles get absolutely devoured by mosquitoes every year. (Because why are the slots for the padding always the size of my pinky nail??) A clear beach tote to handle all your needs so you can seriously relax.
