The evening in the Welsh capital marked the first time Noel and Liam Gallagher shared a stage in 16 years. Their setlist didn't disappoint, with it being full of their biggest hits, which kept the crowd happy all evening. And critics were also full of praise for the performance, with national news publications unanimous in giving the gig five stars. You can read more about that by clicking here. We interviewed fans for their instant reaction to the gig when they exited the home of Welsh rugby on Friday night, and the feedback was unanimously positive. There was a euphoric atmosphere at the Principality Stadium (Image: PA ) One fan described it as: "Biblical. Epic." Another added: "That's the best gig ever. The best gig ever. It was worth every penny, £1,000, worth every penny." A third told us: "Unreal. I've waited my whole life for that and it was ten out of ten. "I did the first gig, that was the most secure one. I'd see them again in a heartbeat." Asked what their favourite song was, many agreed that it was the song which finished the show, Champagne Supernova. "Live Forever got me quite emotional. Live Forever and Champagne Supernova I felt very emotional." Jamie Davies, 39 and Sam Perry, 37, both from Torquay, and Dan Lall-Sachdev, 39, from Taunton, Richard Burnell, 41, from Barry and Lee Price, 42, from Sully, said they had an amazing time. The group of friends from Torquay They said: "We've waited 30 years for that, to get them back together, to be here for the first night is unreal. It was unbelievable. "They were crystal clear, technically they were on point. Liam was fantastic, absolutely amazing. Blown away by his vocals, absolutely incredible. "Champagne Supernova was the best song. Many described the tickets as being 'worth every penny' (Image: PA ) Tickets for the Oasis reunion sold out across all venues due to huge demand when they went online earlier in the year. However, there are still several options available for fans trying to snag a last-minute spot. Limited last-minute tickets can be bought from the official Ticketmaster resale site, where fans who can no longer go sell their seats, although these tend to go into and out of stock quickly. Elsewhere, resale sites like Viagogo, Vivid Seats, StubHub and Twickets are selling tickets for various dates with prices from £121, although fans should always bear in mind that many official sites, such as Ticketmaster and Live Nation, discourage the purchase of resale tickets. Two Doors Down star spotted with Danny Dyer at first night of Oasis reunion tour
The Scots funny man snapped a selfie with the Eastenders icon just before the Oasis comeback gig got underway. TV stars were out in force for the opening night of Oasis' reunion tour in the Welsh capital on Friday night. And one of them was a Scots funny man who was clearly buzzing to be rubbing shoulders with a fellow soap icon. Liam and Noel Gallagher put their more than decade-long rift aside to entertain a crowd of 75,000 at at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on July 4 in what was the first night of the band's first concert in 16 years. Among the throng of music lovers was Two Doors Down favourite and Go Radio host Graeme 'Grado' Stevely, who hilariously accosted Eastenders actor Danny Dyer, 47, known for playing Mick Carter in the much-loved soap. Grado, 37, who played Alan in the BBC sitcom, shared a snap of the pair on his Instagram Story before the comeback gig got underway. Dyer kindly stopped for a selfie with the actor-turned-wrestler before the tunes came on. The Ayrshire funny man, who also plays PC Hugh McKirdy in Scot Squad, flashed a huge grin as he posed with Dyer, who looked the image of coolness in a navy over-shirt and shades. Meanwhile, Grado sported a black Adidas ' Oasis ' tracksuit top, Nike shorts, trainers, shades and a bucket hat in ode to frontman Liam's infamous get-up, which is often complete with a Parka jacket. Smith, Taggart's Alex Norton and Only an Excuse's Jonathan Watson in Two Doors Down, also bumped into another famous face - legendary TV and radio presenter Johnny Vaughan. He shared a selfie with Vaughan with his 91k followers, too, captioned "big wrestlin' fan - interviewed my heroes" alongside a red love heart emoji. Grado, a super fan of the Wonderwall chanters, had also posted a snap of him and Liam Gallagher on his grid earlier that day, writing: "90 mins fae cardiff comeeeee on". It came before Oasis paused their Cardiff gig this evening to deliver a moving tribute to Diogo Jota, leaving fans visibly emotional during a stirring performance of Live Forever. The heartfelt gesture came in the wake of the Liverpool FC star's tragic death in a car crash in Zamora, Spain on Thursday morning, which also claimed the life of his brother, Andre Silva. The tragic news comes just two weeks after Jota married his long-term girlfriend Rute Cardoso in Porto. Though known for their fierce allegiance to Manchester City, Noel and Liam put football rivalries aside to honour the Portuguese forward, with red flares lighting up the stadium in homage to his club, Liverpool FC. The dedication of Live Forever was met with a deafening cheer, as Oasis fans and football supporters alike united in mourning a life cut short. The Oasis Live '25 tour has officially kicked off with two nights in Cardiff with the '90s Britpop legends then heading to play a whole host of sold-out dates across the UK.
