Pawan Kalyan will be next seen in the much-awaited historical drama. As the release of 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu' nears, lead actress
Nidhhi Agerwal
may have just given fans a major hint about the film's most impactful scenes.
N
idhhi Agerwal recently interacted with her fans on social media. During her #AskNidhhi session on X (formerly Twitter), the actress answered a couple of questions from eager fans. One curious user asked her which scene they should particularly look out for in the film. Without giving too much away, Nidhhi cheekily replied, "Look out for the interval.. post interval and climax shhhh don't tell anybody I told you."
While the actress didn't spill specific details, her response subtly suggests that a scene will feature some big twists. Usually, in big-budget entertainers, the interval and climax are often made to leave a lasting impact, and it sounds like 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu' will be no different.
Pawan
Kalyan will be seen in the titular role. It follows the story of Veera Mallu, an outlaw assigned the task of stealing the famed Koh-i-Noor diamond from the Mughals.
The teaser released earlier showed an epic mix of history, rebellion, and spectacle, with rich visuals and intense performances.
Directed by
Krish Jagarlamudi
and AM Jyothi Krishna, the film has faced several delays over the years but is now confirmed for a July release. Interestingly, 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu' is being planned as a franchise, making this the first installment of a much bigger cinematic vision.
Besides Pawan Kalyan and Nidhhi Agerwal, the cast includes Bobby Deol, Nargis Fakhri, Nora Fatehi, and veteran actor
Satyaraj
in key roles.
Bobby Deol, who has recently received praise for playing negative characters, will be seen as Aurangzeb.
Meanwhile, the film has also led to controversy in recent days. Several Bahujan and Mudiraj community groups have raised concerns about the film's portrayal of Panduga Sayanna, alleging a misrepresentation of the 19th-century folk hero's legacy. The makers have yet to issue a statement addressing these concerns.
The movie will be released on July 24th.

‘HHVM' is not a biopic, but an incarnation of Lord Vishnu and Shiva

Amid swirling reports that Hari Hara Veera Mallu is inspired by a legendary folk hero, inside sources reveal an intriguing truth—the upcoming period drama is, in fact, a fictional tale centered on a divine warrior who safeguards Sanatana Dharma. Following a change in directorial leadership, Jyothi Krishna stepped in and reshaped the film's narrative while retaining its spiritual core. Sources say the character of Veera Mallu draws inspiration from divine elements, akin to how Lord Ayyappa is born from Lord Shiva and Mohini, symbolizing unity between Shaivism and Vaishnavism. 'The title itself—Hari (Vishnu) and Hara (Shiva)—captures the film's essence,' shared a source. With powerful symbols like Garuda (eagle) and Damarukam (drum), the character visually embodies both deities, emphasizing his mission to uphold Dharma. Bankrolled by A.M. Rathnam, known for his grand productions, the film has been made on a lavish scale without compromising quality. The team resisted early rights sales, except for overseas and Hindi markets. Following the trailer's blockbuster reception, distributors are now lining up, offering massive deals. Starring Power Star Pawan Kalyan in a never-before-seen avatar, the film chronicles the journey of a rebellious warrior who defies the Mughal empire. With Krish Jagarlamudi's creative input and Jyothi Krishna's direction, the project has shaped into a cinematic spectacle. The ensemble cast includes Bobby Deol, Nidhhi Agerwal, and others. M.M. Keeravani's powerful music has already struck a chord with fans, while visuals by Gnana Shekar V.S. and Manoj Paramahamsa and editing by K.L. Praveen ensure an epic visual ride. Produced by A. Dayakar Rao under Mega Surya Production and presented by A.M. Rathnam, Hari Hara Veera Mallu is set for a grand theatrical release on July 24th.

‘Superman' X reviews: Fans hail film as poetic, compare it to Sam Raimi's ‘Spider-Man'

The highly anticipated 'Superman' film had its much-awaited star studded premiere—and if early reactions are anything to go by, DC may have just taken flight again. Initial responses from critics and fans on X (formerly Twitter) are overwhelmingly positive, with many praising the film's emotional depth, stunning visuals, and reverence for the character's mythos. The new Superman—the first full outing of James Gunn's DC Universe—has not only struck a chord with longtime comic fans but is being lauded as a spiritual successor to superhero classics like Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy. For many, the film represents more than just another comic book blockbuster; it's being described as heartfelt, redemptive, and even life-affirming. One user reflected the emotional resonance felt across early viewers, posting: 'Superman releasing during what could be the worst week of my life (sic)'—a sentiment met with a wave of empathy and shared catharsis online. Another responded, 'That's about as poetic as it gets, big blue gon save you, you gang (sic),' capturing the almost mythic hope people still attach to the character. One particularly passionate post read: 'May this movie go so f*****g hard that we all leave the theatre with new leases on life (sic),' echoing the impact the film appears to be having in early screenings. Meanwhile, another viewer remarked: 'Never thought I'd see 'The Master' used in something related to Superman (sic),' a cryptic but intriguing note that hints at elevated cinematic references woven into the film's fabric. Though full reviews are still embargoed, the buzz from early audiences suggests Superman might be the DCU's first true critical and cultural triumph in years. If the public response matches the preview hype, 'Superman' could not only reinvigorate the franchise but restore faith in a genre that many had begun to consider fatigued.
