The Sun can reveal the lingering love triangle has erupted since Shakira dumped Conor, as seen on Wednesday's episode, and Harry was her shoulder to cry on.
It led to a huge showdown between the footballer and his girl, Helena.
A source said: 'That old triangle is very much back. In the bust-up, Harry admitted he still had feelings for Shakira.
'He said he didn't plan to act on it but Helena was gutted and furious and told him she was done.
'It all happened the day after Shakira dumped Conor and Megan and Blu arrived.'
Semi pro footballer Harry ditched Shakira after Helena pursued him for weeks.
And last night Harry was up to his old tricks, and his partner Helena wasn't happy.
He shocked viewers as he asked Shakira if they could hang out when they leave the villa.
Harry told Shakira: "I like talking to you… we haven't talked to each other for ages."
"I really think it's a good idea if we hang out on the outside," he continued.

Conor walked past them, and later moaned to Yasmin in the bedroom.

Helena has had her work cut out for her, trying to keep Harry in check.
Harry finally closed things off with Helena last night.
But only after she scolded him for asking bombshell Angel if she was wearing any underwear.
With less than two weeks until the final, Helena appeared frustrated that they weren't yet exclusive.
Harry had entertained flirty chats with a string of bombshells and his ex Emma, and he told the lads he could get Shakira back if he wanted to.
Meanwhile, Shakira ended her romance with Conor and told him she was struggling to get over past situations in the villa, weeks after splitting from Harry.
Conor was then surprised when axed Islander Megan returned to the villa as the latest bombshell, with her claiming they've got "unfinished business".

"As a black woman, I had been shy to disclose, so recently I have been diagnosed with ADHD. And that was something I was very up in the air about talking about." "Because I feel like being a black woman, we have a lot of things already against us. So, to go and chuck in another thing, it is just something I'd rather not tell them about."
