Denise Richards accuses Aaron Phypers of illegally leaking her nude photos
The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' alum, 54, has called on a court to ensure the return of her devices and photos by end of day Tuesday, according to a motion obtained by Us Weekly and TMZ.
'I am in extreme distress and greatly disturbed since Aaron has been repeatedly disseminating private text messages stolen from my laptop after the TRO has been issued and I have warned him numerous times not to disseminate any information from my cellphone or laptop,' Richards wrote in the filing.
The 'Wild Things' actress said the alleged leaks not only qualify as 'abuse and a violation of the TRO,' but that 'the disseminating of nude photographs is a criminal act.'
Richards, per TMZ, is asking that her ex be 'prohibited from using, delivering, copying, printing or disclosing any text messages, emails, photos, notes or other content' from any of her electronic devices.
Phypers filed for divorce earlier this month following what he claims was a fight the couple had over Richards' alleged cheating. She was granted a temporary restraining order less than two weeks later amid accusations of longstanding abuse and death threats.
Phypers has denied those allegations, which he claims are Richards' way of distracting from her alleged infidelity. He says he has only on certain occasions 'forcefully grabbed' Richards in attempt to restrain her, including once when she was allegedly 'punching' Sami Sheen, her 21-year-old daughter with ex-husband Charlie Sheen.
Richards and the controversial 'Two and a Half Men' star, 59, also share daughter Lola, 20. She separately adopted 14-year-old daughter Eloise. Divorce documents, which say Richards and Phypers share 'no minor children,' seem to contradict his recent confirmation that he'd adopted the teen.

Report: Denzel Perryman won't be prosecuted for weapon possession arrest
Chargers linebacker Denzel Perryman was released from police custody on Monday and it looks like he'll avoid any chance of further confinement. TMZ reports that Perryman will not be prosecuted for the possession of assault weapons. Perryman was arrested in Los Angeles on Friday after police found two AR-15s in his trunk. Perryman was on his way to a gun range and it's not clear why he was stopped, but those guns are illegal in California. Prior to the news about Perryman's case, Chargers coach Jim Harbaugh discussed the situation at his press conference. 'He's working through the legalities along with his representation,' Harbaugh said. 'Had a chance to see him yesterday, he's in good spirits. . . . We're just letting the due process play out.' Perryman started all 11 games he played for the Chargers last season and Monday's news suggests he'll be available to reclaim his starting job this year.

Blake Lively accuses Justin Baldoni of leaking details of her deposition, including what she wore, to create ‘a media circus'
Blake Livey has accused Justin Baldoni of 'creating a media circus' by leaking details from her closed-door deposition last week in their ongoing legal saga. Lively, 37, was questioned under oath by the attorneys of her 'It Ends With Us' co-star-turned-rival on Thursday — the details of which were 'immediately' leaked, according to a letter her lawyers filed Monday. 3 Blake Lively claimed Justin Baldoni leaked details from inside his lawyers' deposition of her. REUTERS The deposition started at 10:13 a.m. that morning — and by 10:15 a.m. TMZ published its story revealing Baldoni attended the grilling of the 'Gossip Girl' actress, Lively's lawyers claimed. 3 Lively and Baldoni have been locked in a bitter legal dispute for months since she accused him of sexually harassing her on the set of 'It Ends With Us.' Christopher Peterson / 'Consistent with their goal of creating a media circus around Ms. Lively's deposition, it also appears that the Wayfarer Defendants immediately leaked details from the deposition to the tabloid media,' Lively said of Baldoni's side, which includes the production company of 'It Ends With Us,' Wayfarer Studios LLC. The leaks continued the next day, including 'in detail Ms. Lively's attire for the deposition' and who accompanied her to the meeting, Lively's lawyers claimed. This was to 'misleadingly' create a narrative that Lively 'needed a large contingent of people with her to testify' while suggesting Baldoni was only accompanied by one lawyer, she alleged. The Daily Mail published a story the day after noting Lively was with her older half sister Robyn and her 'Deadpool' actor husband Ryan Reynolds when she walked into the building wearing black jeans and jacket and a light blue cardigan. The two weren't in the room with her, however, when she was under oath during the day-long session that her eight lawyers also attended, the outlet reported. 'The reality is' Baldoni and the other defendants had an army of 13 lawyers there with them, the Manhattan federal court papers claimed. 3 Baldoni's side told the media that he was present for her questioning and other details from the day, Lively's lawyers claimed. ©Sony Pictures/Courtesy Everett Collection Depositions often take place at the law firms of the parties involved and are not open to the public — unlike most court proceedings. While Baldoni asked that the deposition take place at his lawyers' office, Lively won a protective order allowing her to be questioned at a location of her choosing. She was questioned at her attorneys' office on 7th Avenue, the Daily Mail reported. Lively's lawyers claim that a day after the deposition, Baldoni's side posted the 292-page rough draft version of the transcript under seal for a week. Lively's team will have to file a motion to keep it under seal indefinitely. Baldoni's lawyers 'hope to make Ms. Lively defend the continued sealing of the transcript so they can advance a false narrative that Ms. Lively is afraid of her deposition testimony becoming public, which is entirely untrue and deeply harmful.' Deposition transcripts normally remain under seal unless arguments are made for them to be unsealed for legal reasons. Portions of deposition transcripts can also come out during trials. Lively's lawyers argued that the transcript should be erased from the record for now. Lively launched a $250 million lawsuit against Baldoni and others claiming he sexually harassed her on the set of the 2024 movie, which he directed and co-starred in. She alleged that things got so bad during filming that there was a tense sit-down where she and Reynolds demanded he refrain from showing her nude videos and photos of women and that he stop talking to Lively about his prior addiction to porn and his sexual conquests. Lively claimed that Baldoni's team then went on a smear campaign about her which hurt her businesses and her family, the suit alleged. Baldoni — who was on the TV show 'Jane the Virgin' — then countersued for $400 million for extortion and defamation against Lively and Reynolds. Manhattan federal Judge Lewis Liman dismissed Baldoni's claims in June. Lawyers on both sides didn't immediately return requests for comment Monday afternoon.

Brooklyn Mirage closed for year as troubled owner files for bankruptcy
The curtains will fall on the Brooklyn Mirage for the rest of the summer after the venue's troubled owner filed for bankruptcy Monday. Avant Gardner LLC took the drastic step after it faced ongoing financial snags and failed to reopen the prized East Williamsburg open-air concert hall in time for its 2025 season of shows – as newly minted CEO Gary Richards claimed he had no choice but to plunge into a reorganization. 'Two months ago I was brought in as CEO to rebuild the Company's culture and turn the business around,' Richards said in a statement. 'I believe this Chapter 11 restructuring is the most viable path forward.' 3 An aerial view of Brooklyn Mirage. NY Post The company faced a mountain of bad publicity and scrutiny over safety after two ravers were found dead near the Mirage in 2023. Each died after leaving separate shows at the isolated location. The venue has also been criticized as a haven for hard drugs even as Avant Gardner has argued it has strict protocols in place. The business was dinged up after chaos unfolded the same year at the Electric Zoo festival – a three-day event operated by Avant Gardner. The annual set of shows didn't take place last year and hasn't been scheduled for this year. 3 Safety issues have dogged the Mirage. Adam Gray for NY Post The Mirage was supposed to open in May after a massive renovation, but was dogged by delays and will remain shuttered for now, according to the company. 3 The Mirage won't be open until next year. Getty Images The other venues in the sprawling complex, the Great Hall and Kings Hall, will still be operational, but the closure of the Mirage has been 'catastrophic' for the company's finances, Richards said in a court filing, according to Bloomberg. The Mirage is expected to reopen by next year, the company said. Avant Gardner, which is owned by co-founder Juergen 'Billy' Bildstein, owes various vendors more than $10 million, including a cool $1.8 million to South African DJ Black Coffee Entertainment, according to the Chapter 11 filing that paints a bleak financial picture. The company hopes to borrow up to $45 million to go toward the Chapter 11 proceeding and keep operations going, the filing shows. Meanwhile, the company has up to $500 million in liabilities and only at most $100 million in assets.
