The latest disclosure from the FBI has confirmed Epstein died by suicide and comes as the DoJ released the last footage of the financier alive.
They believe no one else was involved in the financier's death and said there was no evidence of any "client list" used to blackmail powerful figures.
Investigators found "no credible evidence … that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals" and no "evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties".
The financier was in prison as he waited for a major trial over sex-trafficking charges after decades of sick activity with minors.
Following his death conspiracies spread online and whether Epstein's death was a suicide became an open question.
Andrew had feared to ever return to the US given the possibility he could be arrested.
A pal of the Prince had previously told The Sun: 'He used to be Air Miles Andy but he'll never risk going to America again.
"Since the whole thing blew up, he's only been to Bahrain, where he has friends. There hasn't been a single golf trip to Spain or holiday abroad.'
Andrew, 64, paid millions to Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre in an out-of-court settlement three years ago, while denying sexual assault accusations.
He stayed at Epstein's New York home, and was accused of taking part in an 'underage orgy' on Epstein's Caribbean island.

In 2020, the FBI asked the Home Office for help to quiz Andrew but that investigation was paused last year.
New CCTV from inside the prison Epstein was detained in shows a grey-haired Jeffrey handcuffed in an orange jump suit being led to his cell by a guard at about 7.49pm.
The pair move down a small flight of stairs on the left of the frame and walk to the right across the common area as they head to the cell.
CCTV footage doesn't show Epstein's cell door but it would capture anyone walking to it, the DoJ said.

Other than the guard leaving, no one walks across the common area towards Epstein's cell or away from it.
At approximately 10.39pm, a guard appeared to walk in the direction of Epstein's cell and then reappeared within view of the camera at 10.41pm.
This is believed to be the last time anyone entered the area of Epstein's cell before the next morning.
Guards can be seen walking around the common area at around 6.30am on the 10th as they deliver breakfast.
At approximately 6.33am, more guards enter the common area and walk towards the area of Epstein's cell - presumably after he was found dead in his cell.
The disgraced financier was found hanged in jail on the 10th, but speculation has been rife that others were involved.
FBI deputy director Dan Bongino pledged to release the footage after it had been a Donald Trump campaign promise.
Bongino wants to end all debate by releasing proof that no one entered or left the cell before the suicide.
Andrew faced recently being dragged back into public focus after he was named in High Court papers when a former Barclays boss tried to overturn a regulator's ban.
High Court files revealed Andy emailed Epstein in February 2011 saying 'we'll play some more soon'.
But in his disastrous BBC Newsnight interview, Andrew said he ceased contact with Epstein in December 2010 after they were pictured in New York.
Andrew was infamously pictured with his arm around her at Ghislaine Maxwell's home in London in 2001.

A father who lost his life in the tragic Texas floods had desperately clung to his 'babies' as the waters ravaged the RV park where his family was vacationing. John Burgess, 39, was found dead after the deluge swept him away from the RV park with his two young boys. Their mother was also take by the floodwaters. Family members confirmed John's death and recently announced that his wife, Julia Anderson Burgess, 38, was also killed in the floods. Their two young boys - James, 1, and Jack, 5 - are still missing. The couple's daughter, Jenna, was staying at a nearby camp that wasn't impacted by the floods. She has been found safe but was left to deal with the tragedy. Witnesses said the father's haunting last moments were spent clinging to a tree while trying to save his sons. Lorena Guillen, the owner of the Blue Oak RV Park in Kerr County, told the New York Post that she saw John hold his children before the floods swept them away. 'My husband was in the water trying to ask them, "Please throw me your baby!" The man was holding tight to his babies, and he just got swept away,' Guillen recalled. Guillen said the family had come to the RV park to celebrate the holiday weekend and the kids were 'so excited' to be there. She recalled the haunting images she witnessed during the floods, including when she rushed to the riverside to see multiple RVs washed away. Guillen and her husband awoke in the middle of the night to a rescue team on their property. 'My husband and I ran down. By then, the first level of the RVs was already washing away. The river went up about 10 feet at that time,' the park owner said. 'A family of five was stranded because they were the ones closest to the river. Their RV was floating away. It was pitch black, it was so dark.' She said emergency responders recovered eight bodies from her property and the neighboring RV park had 40 missing people. Authorities have issued a massive search and rescue operation since the tragedy, as the death toll has hit over 100 victims. As officials comb through the rubble for bodies and survivors, dozens of families have been left to grieve the lives lost. Tributes have already begun to pour in for the Burgesses, as many hold out hope for word on their two young sons. Michael Schwab, a family member, confirmed the deaths on X. 'These past few days have been devastating for my family as we continue to mourn the loss of John Burgess, and have been praying for Julia Anderson Burgess and their two sweet boys,' he wrote. 'We were deeply saddened to learn this morning that my cousin Julia Anderson Burgess's body has now been found. We continue to pray for their two boys who are still missing at this time.' Julia was a teacher at Liberty Elementary in Liberty, Texas, a small town of just about 8,000 outside of Houston. Liberty shared a tribute for Julia writing on social media, 'Our hearts are with the Burgess family -- please continue to pray.' White House challenged over Epstein client list claims
The White House has been challenged over its declaration that no Jeffrey Epstein client list exists. This challenge follows Attorney General Pam Bondi 's previous statements that she had the list 'ready to review' and it was 'sitting on my desk'. During a press conference, Karoline Leavitt was questioned by Fox News ' Peter Doocy about the Department of Justice 's new memo stating no further investigations into other individuals would be launched. Democrats call for violence to counter Trump agenda and tell lawmakers to prepare to 'get shot'
Democrats have begun a full-blown freakout over their voters, who have determined they must be willing to 'get shot' and 'want blood' from their resistance to Donald Trump. The party, completely out of any institutional power in the wake of Trump's resounding win in November, remains directionless has it heads toward the 2026 midterms, with polls showing their approval with their own voters at rock bottom. Now, they're fearful that their voters may have taken their hatred of Trump too far, telling them to potentially bend the law or even resort to violence to resist the president. 'Our own base is telling us that what we're doing is not good needs to be blood to grab the attention of the press and the public,' an anonymous Democrat lawmaker admitted. The voters' solutions: follow Newark Mayor Ras Baraka and New Jersey Congresswoman LaMonica McIver, who both put themselves in legal trouble to visit an ICE detention facility. However, another anonymous liberal told Axios that even that wouldn't be enough, with one saying 'civility isn't working' and to man up for 'violence.' 'Some of them have we really need to do is be willing to get shot.' 'The expectations aren't just unreal. They're dangerous,' said one more. While House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries is being savaged for poorly photoshopped promo pictures and even posting holding a baseball bat, some Dems worry there's nothing they can do to satiate their base, which they say is 'white, well-educated and live in upscale' neighborhoods. 'We've got people who are desperately wanting us to do matter what we say, they want [more],' said Illinois Congressman Brad Schneider, who says he's desperately tried to beat back voters who want yet another impeachment of Trump. One thing they hear consistently is that they want the Democrats to get down and dirty and try to beat what they see as Republicans' own game. 'This idea that we're going to save every norm and that we're not going to play [Republicans'] game...I don't think that's resonating with voters anymore,' another anonymous Congressmember said. Ro Khanna, a California Congressman who ranks as one of their more outspoken progressives, went against the grain, preaching the need for pragmatism. 'The most effective pushback to Trump's unconstitutional actions is to model a reverence for the Constitution and the rule of law,' he said. The Democrats believe that their voters' attitude will keep Donald Trump in power. Just months ago, approval of the Democratic Party hit a brutal record low as Democrats are split over how to take on President Donald Trump in the first few months of his second term, new polling finds. Among Americans overall, the Democratic Party's favorability rating stands at just 29 percent, CNN found. It's the lowest favorability the party has seen since CNN first started conducting its polling back in 1992. It's also a 20 point drop in approval since Trump left office more than four years ago at which time approval of the Democratic party was 49 percent. It's also a ten point drop from just before the November election. At the same time, a new NBC News poll released Sunday similarly found only 27 percent of voters had a positive view of the Democratic Party. That was the lowest positive rating in NBC News polling history dating back to 1990. The CNN polling released in March was conducted just days before ten Senate Democrats joined with their Republican colleagues in a vote to advance a stopgap spending bill to avoid a government shutdown in a move that has deeply divided the party even further. Some Democrats are now calling for Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer to step down as a Democratic Party leader while others have said he should be challenged when he's next up for reelection in 2028. The record low approval of the Democratic Party has been driven by increased dissatisfaction from within, the CNN polling found. Just 63 percent of Democrats or Democratic-leaning Independents had a favorable view of their own party, a drop from the 72 who had a favorable view of their party in January and 81 percent when President Biden took office. Democrats are also torn over the direction of their party should take, the polling found. Among Democratic-aligned adults, 52 percent said that the party leadership is taking the party in the wrong direction while 48 percent said they are taking the party in the right direction. At the same time, a growing number of Democrats want the party leadership to do more to stop the Republican agenda as Trump barrels through the first two months of his second term. The polling found 57 percent believe the party should do more to stop the GOP agenda while just 42 percent believe party leadership should work with Republicans.
