Tara Sutaria Feels It's 'Difficult And Lonely' To Navigate The Industry As An Outsider
Tara Sutaria is one of the most loved actresses of Bollywood. She made her big Bollywood debut with Dharma Productions' Student of the Year 2, co-starring Ananya Panday and Tiger Shroff. As she completed over five years in the industry, the actress opened up about how, as an outsider, it is difficult to navigate the business, calling it a 'lonely task."
In an interview with The Times of India, Tara looked back at her journey and shared, 'It took many years to get used to a lot of things and to understand how the industry functions and works… It has also been a very difficult and lonely task to manoeuvre and navigate so many things because when you're not from the inside, you don't have anybody to really discuss things with or seek advice from."
'There have been so many instances in my career where I wish I could have had guidance. I wish I could have had people from inside the industry help me out," Tara further added.
She also feels that when someone from inside the industry joins the business, they already have a lot of knowledge about how it functions.
Tara Sutaria was recently in the headlines during the wedding of her ex-boyfriend and best friend, Aadar Jain, and Alekha Advani. She again made news after rumours of her dating actor Veer Pahariya surfaced. It was reported that the rumoured couple recently went on a dreamy vacation to Italy.
Veer, who belongs to a prominent political family and is the grandson of former Maharashtra CM Sushilkumar Shinde, was previously rumoured to be dating Sara Ali Khan. He later made headlines for his frequent public appearances with Manushi Chhillar.
Tara, on the other hand, was in a relationship with Aadar Jain, cousin to Ranbir Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan. The two parted ways, and Aadar later married Tara's friend Alekha Advani in February 2025. Tara was briefly linked to actor Arunoday Singh post-breakup, but she dismissed the rumours, calling him 'just a friend."
Whether or not Tara and Veer are Bollywood's newest couple, their Italian holiday has certainly caught everyone's attention.

Here's a quick look inside the world's first Ferrari-themed restaurant: Ristorante Cavallino
Located across from Ferrari HQ in Maranello, Ristorante Cavallino began as a humble canteen in 1950. Today, it's a stylish tribute to Enzo Ferrari's legacy — reimagined by chef Massimo Bottura and designer India Mahdavi. Cavallino is located in Maranello, between the Ferrari factory, the Gestione Sportiva racing department and the new flagship store. The restaurant, garden and open-air terrace are adorned with a collection of memorabilia and racing rarities from the company's archives, allowing the public a unique glimpse into the Ferrari legend. Housed in an old farmhouse bought by Enzo Ferrari, together with the land around it that is now home to the Ferrari company (a symbol of Maranello and Italy around the world), Cavallino was originally the company canteen. It was then transformed into a sit and dine restaurant in 1950, and is now the setting for Massimo Bottura's creative cuisine, conjured up by the chef's pupil, Riccardo Forapani. According to Tripadvisor, the eatery serves traditional regional dishes, such as the delicious tortellini del Tortellante, with interesting personalised twists, as evidenced by the Mòdna dessert, a Sacher cake made with sour cherries. The interesting wine list includes plenty of options by the glass, while the decor here has a pleasant vintage feel. The main room is decorated with pixelated Prancing Horse-patterned wallpaper. The high ceiling arches offer perspective and depth, and the squared terracotta floor in shades of red and ivory is inspired by classic Italian trattoria tablecloths. A post shared by Luxurious (@luxuriousbymm) The warm, welcoming atmosphere is enhanced by oak-panelled walls, upholstered yellow leather benches, console furniture individualized with photographic collages of Ferrari engines, and natural linen tablecloths. The walls feature maxi-print images from the Scuderia's historic yearbooks, as well as the front wing of the car in which Charles Leclerc won the 2019 Italian Grand Prix. Located between the main hall and the outdoor area, the Grill Room is a pleasant surprise within the warm surroundings of the restaurant. The wall features a system of grilles which allow guests to watch the preparation of dishes. From the large arched windows, guests can admire the Mediterranean-inspired outdoor patio, dominated by a pergola. It is replete with trees, plants, flowers and aromatic herbs, and is vibrant with all the changes of the seasons. There are also a couple private rooms located on the first floor, and dedicated to those wishing to dedicate themselves to the immersive experience celebrating the history of Ferrari. Both rooms are inspired by the heart and soul of Ferrari: racing and GT. From design sketches of the first Ferrari racecar to Ascari's historic winner's trophy from the 1952 Monza Grand Prix, you can find it all here.

Content creator and actor Apoorva Mukhija, better known as The Rebel Kid, is steadily carving her space in the entertainment world, from appearing on reality shows like The Traitors to starring in Dharma Productions' Nadaaniyan. In a recent interview, she reflected on her experience working with Khushi Kapoor and addressed the comparisons that followed their debut. 'Khushi works hard for it, she deserves it' Speaking about her co-star, Apoorva had nothing but admiration for Khushi Kapoor. 'Khushi is one of the sweetest people I have met. She has an insane work ethic,' she told Screen. According to Apoorva, Khushi's quiet drive was visible from the beginning. 'Even when we were speaking on the sets of Nadaaniyan, she was like, 'I hope people start taking me seriously after this film.' There are people who really want something; she is one of those people, and I am sure there are great things coming up for her. She deserves it; she works hard for it.' 'She'd shoot for 16 hours and still go to the gym' Apoorva recalled their long shooting hours and how Khushi remained focused throughout. 'We used to shoot for 14–16 hours, and she used to still go to the gym; that's commendable. What I picked up from her was work ethic,' she noted. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like 5 Books Warren Buffett Wants You to Read In 2025 Blinkist: Warren Buffett's Reading List Undo Though Nadaaniyan received a mixed response from audiences, Apoorva feels Khushi handled the feedback with grace and maturity. Wimbledon: Ben Shelton requested for extra time off for his ‘lucky charm' sister in his on-court interview, Morgan Stanley obliged
When you make a request for your sister to get a few days off, at a stage as grand as Court 1 at Wimbledon, chances are that the powers-that-be would hear it. USA's rising tennis star Ben Shelton, cheekily enough, must have been aware of what he was doing when he name-dropped his sister Emma Shelton after his third-round win on Saturday. 'I've been playing well this week. It's not just been me here. I have a great team. My parents are here. My girlfriend's here. Also, my sister's here. She's been here for every match that I've played this tournament so far. She's been the lucky charm,' said the 10th-seeded Shelton, a 22-year-old American who has appeared in two Grand Slam semifinals. 'But she has work back in the U.S., starting on Monday. She works for Morgan Stanley.' That drew some boos from spectators as Emma covered her face with her hands. If any of you all have some connects and get her a couple extra days off so she can stay, we can keep this rolling.' The camera panned to Emma in Ben's box in the stands, and she covered her face with her hands. There were a few boos heard around from the Court No 1 crowd too, who were enjoying the freewheeling interview from Ben. Turns out, Emma had nothing to worry about as she is set to stay back in London. In an Instagram story posted by Shelton on Saturday, Ben is heard asking her, 'You got the week off or what?' Emma jumps up and down with her arms raised and a wide smile, and as the camera pans back to him, Ben says, 'Shoutout, Morgan Stanley.' Emma re-shared the Instagram story with an added caption that read: 'Thank you MS, return flight: cancelled.' After his 6-3, 7-6 (4), 6-2 victory over Marton Fucsovics of Hungary on Saturday, Ben Shelton is set for a stiff Italian test on Monday in the fourth round against Italy's Lorenzo Sonego. In a fascinating coincidence, the odds of which must be pretty high mathematically in a field of 128 players of the main draw at a Major, Shelton and Sonego will face each other for the third straight Grand Slam this year. Shelton won both the previous encounters, in four sets at the Australian Open quarterfinal and five sets at Roland Garros in the opening round. While Shelton is yet to drop a set at SW19 this week, Sonego has taken the scenic route, coming through a five-hour, four-minute epic against another American Brandon Nakashima 6-7(5), 7-6(8), 7-6(2), 3-6, 7-6(10-3). While Shelton's request for his sister to get extra days off from Morgan Stanley worked, his hope of playing at Center Court did not. 'I had a lot of fun today. It is always special playing here at Wimbledon,' Shelton had said. 'This is my third time playing on Court 1. It is a special atmosphere. I am trying to make my way to Centre, Court, maybe I will get there one day.' But it won't happen on Monday, as he has been scheduled to play on Court No 1 once again. He played his first two matches on Court No 2. However, if the lucky charm keeps working and Shelton's form holds, the Center Court beckons soon.
