As part of its ongoing commitment to youth empowerment, Gulf Bank has successfully concluded its sponsorship of the The Influencer 'AlMoather' Plus program, organized by LOYAC Academy of Performing Arts (LAPA) – a subsidiary of the non-profit organization LOYAC. Aimed at youth aged 15 to 19, the program provided participants with a unique training experience focused on enhancing their public communication and leadership skills.
Running from June 15 to July 2, 2025, the intensive program featured a series of workshops and interactive sessions covering a broad spectrum of topics, including effective communication, leadership development, public speaking and presentation, photography and video editing, digital marketing, and podcast production.
Throughout the program, participants engaged in a dynamic and enriching learning journey filled with practical challenges and interactive sessions. They gained essential skills in public speaking, content creation, and creative expression, while also building self-confidence and developing their storytelling and impactful communication abilities.
Guided by a team of experienced trainers and media professionals, the program equipped participants with the knowledge and tools needed to create a meaningful impact within their communities. The Influencer 'AlMoather' Plus served as a dynamic platform that united ambitious young individuals, broadened their perspectives, and empowered them to thrive in their personal and professional journeys.

Over the course of five days, participants were immersed in real-world work environments across a diverse range of sectors, including Medicine, Aviation, Judiciary, Tourism, Engineering, and more. The program provides high school students with the opportunity to shadow professionals across dynamic industries, helping them explore their interests, develop key skills, and align their academic ambitions with meaningful future career paths. 'This initiative reflects our deep belief in the impact of early career exposure and practical experience in shaping informed, confident, and adaptable youth,' said Mr. Saad Abdulla Al-Kharji, Executive Director of QCDC. Aligned with the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030, the program plays a key role in building a knowledge-based society by preparing youth for meaningful engagement in the labor market. Participating entities ranged from Hamad Medical Corporation and Al Jazeera Media Network to Qatar Airways, North Oil Company, Ooredoo Qatar, Snoonu Trading and Services, Qatar TV, Qatar Olympic Committee, and the Investment and Trade Court, and various other leading institutions in the public and private sectors. Diverse sectors contributed to the learning experience, allowing participants to understand workplace dynamics and gain practical insight into careers aligned with Qatar's strategic priorities. Qatar Career Development Center Qatar Career Development Center, founded by Qatar Foundation, aims to help the youth, particularly but not restrictedly students, across all Qatar's education system's tracks and stages, including the youth with special needs, to identify and fulfil their education and career goals. The center offers them high quality bespoke career development programs, services and activities, seeking to mobilize, educate and support them on how best to make and implement sound career decisions and plans, grow and develop professionally, and achieve their life goals in such ways that best contribute to Qatar's development and prosperity. In addition to the youth, Qatar Career Development Center targets a diverse group of individual and organizational stakeholders collectively referred to as the influencers of youth. This group primarily includes career practitioners and human capital professionals, academic advisors and administrators, parents and policy makers.
