The investigation has intensified after Kim Soo Hyun filed another lawsuit for spreading false information on June 23. As per a spokesperson from the police, shared in the reports, they are planning on setting up an interrogation with the suspect as well. The statement read, 'We plan to coordinate an appearance date with the suspect (Garosero) and conduct an investigation soon.'
Why have the lawsuits been filed?
Previously, Kim Sae Ron's family and HoverLab had held a press conference, where they had made claims that the deceased actress and Kim Soo Hyun had been in a relationship since she was a minor. The press conference was used to release an alleged audio of the actress sharing details about the relationship with a whistleblower.
They also claimed that the alleged whistleblower was attacked by two individuals and was even offered money by Soo Hyun's agency to keep quiet and not release the audio file.
