
Large mural brightens communal area in Jersey
"Hopefully they will feel proud showing their masterpiece to their families and friends on Monday," she said."We are delighted to have supported the mural through our Community Boost initiative."It said the money contributed through the initiative went towards the wood panels and paint for the mural.Pat Robson, managing director of Art in the Frame, thanked the Ports of Jersey for sponsoring the wall as the charity celebrated its second birthday.He said to mark the occasion, an exhibition called All at Sea was being unveiled on Thursday."It features the art and craft work of more than 20 local artists, some of whom are our regulars, while others are new to the gallery," added Mr Robson.
