This comes after 'The Kardashians' star shared her exact breast augmentation details on TikTok, including the plastic surgeon who did the procedure.

However, Dr Dubrow in an interview with 'TMZ' shared that the media personality could have used this moment as a chance to also educate young girls about the risks of getting plastic surgeries.
'So, I'm very happy that she's admitting to having that done but I think a year ago she said she regretted it,' the celebrity plastic surgeon said.
In one of the episodes of 'The Kardashians' in 2023, the beauty mogul admitted that she wished she never got her breasts done.
Dr Dubrow added: 'So the message you're giving out … I think she should say it's great, but I think it's important that she caution people. She had it at age 19. Age 19 is not cool to have a breast augmentation, right? It's pretty young.

Grannies football tourney founder launches new online show

LIMPOPO – Touching and transforming lives is what Beka Ntsan'wisi does best, and now, she is doing it again through social media. Affectionately known as Mama Beka, she is the founder of the Grannies International Football Tournament. Now she has returned to broadcasting with a new online show that is already reaching thousands of viewers across Facebook and TikTok, recently surpassing one million views. Her new programme, Katekani na Mama Beka, is a motivational talk show featuring pastors and inspirational speakers who aim to uplift and encourage audiences. Mama Beka says the show was born out of public demand; longtime fans of her former radio show Sisumuka u Vangama on Mughana Lonene FM urged her to start her own platform. The show airs live every Thursday from 18:00 to 19:00, and on Sunday mornings from 07:00 to 08:00. It also includes live performances by local musicians such as singer Felicia Majozi and keyboardist Mohale Majozi, among other notable artists. 'It was never my plan to start this kind of show again,' she admits, 'but people kept asking for it, and my younger brother, filmmaker Sam Ntsan'wisi, encouraged me to seize the opportunity.' Widely regarded as 'the mother of the nation,' Mama Beka has launched a new initiative, the Va Mhani Football Tournament, catering to women aged 30 to 50. An international edition of the tournament is scheduled for March next year in Mexico, with teams of women from across the globe expected to participate. ‘Becoming a Sdudla': Fitness coach Kopano Mokhele gains 30kg to walk in his clients' shoes

In a radical and deeply personal fitness experiment online coach and content creator Kopano Mokhele has been deliberately gaining 30kg with plans to lose it all by November in a bold attempt to better understand, connect with and ultimately serve his clients. The Johannesburg-based trainer, known for his digital fitness community, says he was inspired by a documentary he watched years ago featuring coaches who intentionally gained weight to empathise with their clients' struggles. One such show is Fit to Fat to Fit, which follows trainers who abandon their healthy lifestyles to join their clients in the trenches of weight loss. 'Even though it's not an original idea, the first time I saw a trainer deliberately gain weight was from a documentary, maybe 10 or 15 years ago. I'm just the first person to do it in this day and time in Africa. I knew this was going to help me grow as a coach, so that I can become more impactful to my clients,' said Mokhele. Mokhele said the idea was born from frustration over clients hitting a wall in their fitness journeys which, in fitness terms, is called a plateau where progress stalls and motivation fades. 'I always get to a point when coaching a handful of my clients where we hit a plateau. I know they can break it because it's all mental, but maybe there's a language or influence barrier. So I stopped talking to them or through them and decided to talk from them by embarking on this journey,' he said. Mokhele has amassed more than 116.4K followers and 1.3-million likes on TikTok.
