Oasis fans react after leaving first show in 16 years
Oasis fans react after leaving first show in 16 years 'If they fall out after that I don't care' one fan told WalesOnline Oasis fans react after first gig in 16 years There was a sense of euphoria as Oasis fans left the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on Friday night, knowing they had watched a gig that will go down in music history. The evening in the Welsh capital marked the first time Noel and Liam Gallagher shared a stage in 16 years. Their setlist didn't disappoint, with it being full of their biggest hits, which kept the crowd happy all evening. And critics were also full of praise for the performance, with national news publications unanimous in giving the gig five stars. You can read more about that by clicking here. We interviewed fans for their instant reaction to the gig when they exited the home of Welsh rugby on Friday night, and the feedback was unanimously positive. There was a euphoric atmosphere at the Principality Stadium (Image: PA ) One fan described it as: "Biblical. Epic." Another added: "That's the best gig ever. The best gig ever. It was worth every penny, £1,000, worth every penny." A third told us: "Unreal. I've waited my whole life for that and it was ten out of ten. "I did the first gig, that was the most secure one. If they fall out after that, I don't care." Fans in the crowd on the first night of the Oasis tour (Image: Samir Hussein/WireImage ) Another fan said: "It was absolutely amazing. I'd see them again in a heartbeat." Asked what their favourite song was, many agreed that it was the song which finished the show, Champagne Supernova. Kate Stephens, from Merthyr Tydfil, described the experience as "unreal". 26-year-old Kate Stephens from Merthyr Tydfil (Image: WalesOnline ) The 26-year-old said: 'It was iconic, the fact that we have just witnessed that, I actually feel unreal, I actually feel like it's such an out of body experience. "I was so nervous, is it actually going to happen, I was so convinced that we'd get there and they'd be like we've had an argument, we aren't going it now, it was insane. "Live Forever got me quite emotional. Live Forever and Champagne Supernova I felt very emotional." Jamie Davies, 39 and Sam Perry, 37, both from Torquay, and Dan Lall-Sachdev, 39, from Taunton, Richard Burnell, 41, from Barry and Lee Price, 42, from Sully, said they had an amazing time. The group of friends from Torquay They said: "We've waited 30 years for that, to get them back together, to be here for the first night is unreal. It was unbelievable. "They were crystal clear, technically they were on point. Liam was fantastic, absolutely amazing. Blown away by his vocals, absolutely incredible. "Champagne Supernova was the best song. Early doors it was Half The World Away." Many described the tickets as being 'worth every penny' (Image: PA ) Tickets for the Oasis reunion sold out across all venues due to huge demand when they went online earlier in the year. However, there are still several options available for fans trying to snag a last-minute spot. Limited last-minute tickets can be bought from the official Ticketmaster resale site, where fans who can no longer go sell their seats, although these tend to go into and out of stock quickly. Elsewhere, resale sites like Viagogo, Vivid Seats, StubHub and Twickets are selling tickets for various dates with prices from £121, although fans should always bear in mind that many official sites, such as Ticketmaster and Live Nation, discourage the purchase of resale tickets. Article continues below Viagogo and resale tickets Sites such as viagogo, Stubhub, and Vivid Seats allow fans to buy resale tickets from other fans. However, it is important to note that ticket conditions often prohibit resale after initial purchase. Those tickets may not be valid for admittance to gigs. Fans intending to buy tickets for live events through resale websites should check the ticket terms and conditions, to confirm whether resale is prohibited, before they buy. Ticket terms and conditions can be checked with the original seller, such as Ticketmaster or Live Nation. If resale is prohibited, tickets bought second-hand could be voided and admission to the event refused.

This could well include showing his fifth wedding to wife Liz Davies, after he popped the question yet again. And the Deal or No Deal star, 76, is keen to get married again in their new Kiwi home. He told the Mirror of the proposal: 'We've been married a lot. We got married in a civil ceremony in the Cotswolds, then we went to our home in France and an Anglican minister who I knew very well came over and he was going to bless us and he did the whole thing again. 'So this became a bit of a joke with our friends. Oh yeah, we were filming on a cruise ship and the captain married us again. 'We've done four. But we want a Kiwi one. And there's a compelling reason why we should get married again, in New Zealand. We own a chapel. So why wouldn't we?' After two previous marriages he wed Liz Davies in 2009 after three years together. The couple met in 2006 when she was a stand-in make-up artist on his show, Deal or No Deal. Speaking at his wedding about how they met, Noel said: "To start with it was all very professional, but there was a look in both our eyes." Noel Edmonds and wife Liz Davies' relationship started in the TOILETS on Deal or No Deal They were married in a civil ceremony in the drawing room of Lower Slaughter Manor, a 17th century country house in the Cotswolds. Noel continued: 'I have a chapel. I acquired a chapel with the farm and as you can see, it is in desperate need of restoration. It's a fly and wasp cemetery. 'But my project, starting early next year, is to restore it completely and then Liz and I will get married for the fifth time.' It comes as the quirky host insisted that his new ITV1 show is nothing like Clarkson's Farm — because he's not as funny as the former Top Gear star. Noel exclusively told The Sun: 'When we were filming our show, some people who knew about Clarkson's Farm said to me, 'Oh, is it like Clarkson's Farm?' 'And I said, 'No, it couldn't be more different.' First of all, I'm not like Jeremy in many ways, though I wish I were. "He's brilliant. He can articulate an argument beautifully and deliver a sharp, humorous line like no one else.' Noel, 76, went on to crack a joke about his years in the showbiz wilderness. His last big gig was on I'm A Celebrity in 2018, when he was voted out after only nine days. Noel laughed: 'People still ask, 'Noel Edmonds? Didn't he die? Is he still around?' 'Yes, I'm still here — and living life to the full.' 4 For the first time, Noel will be putting his new life in New Zealand in the spotlight Credit: PA
