LeAnn Rimes claims she became 'a target' during Eddie Cibrian cheating scandal

LeAnn Rimes knows all too well about airing out her dirty laundry. The country star didn't always have the tools to properly handle the public backlash she often faced - especially when it came to her very public affair with husband Eddie Cibrian. "I realized very quickly that there are a lot of women who've been hurt. Like, I've been on both sides of that coin — I've been cheated on, too, so I know that feeling," Rimes told Flow Space in a new interview. "But so many women don't know what to do with that anger… I was a target that was just easily projected upon. And once I realized that, things got a lot easier." "Instead of taking it so personally, it's like, look: This is not all my pain to carry. I know what I'm responsible for in the situation and making amends for that. But you know, the world's pain is not mine to carry, and I think that really got thrown at me for a long time," she added. "I felt very alone in this world for a long time," she continued. "I don't necessarily feel that way anymore… I don't feel like I'm ever in hiding." Rimes and Cibrian met while filming the Lifetime movie "Northern Lights." They were both married to other people at the time, but pursued a relationship anyway. After both divorcing their spouses and tying the knot in 2011, Rimes faced a wave of hate. "Starting as a child star [I had] all this protection," Rimes, who will star in "911: Nashville" this fall, told the outlet. "But it was like, if I want to live a fulfilling life, I've got to learn how to let that guard down. To me, it was either I was going to die, or I had to confront it. It was complete survival." These days, Rimes and Cibrian, who shares sons Mason, 22, and Jake, 18, with ex-wife, Brandi Glanville, are living life to the fullest and have learned healthy ways to co-exist as a blended family. "I think I've gone from survival to thriving to — if there is a level up from thriving — to truly living. I think that's where I'm headed," Rimes said.

Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman on Motorcycling Through 17 Countries in Long Way Home

Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman have been road-tripping together for over 20 years. In 2004, the actors—who met on the set of 1997's The Serpent's Kiss and quickly bonded over a shared love of motorcycles—drove from London to New York City, via Europe, Asia, and North America (connecting the final leg, from Siberia to Alaska, by plane). This 19,000 mile journey was documented in their acclaimed TV series Long Way Round. Having caught the road trip bug, in 2007 they then rode from John O'Groats in Scotland to South Africa's Cape Town for Long Way Down. Then in 2019, they drove from the Southern tip of Argentina to Los Angeles for Long Way Up. Last year, McGregor and Boorman got on their bikes again: Setting off from McGregor's home in Scotland, they hopped into mainland Europe, through 17 countries, ranging from the Nordic and Baltic to the Alps and the Arctic Circle, before arriving back at Boorman's abode in England. The result is Long Way Home—Apple TV+'s travel documentary that doubles as a gentle glimpse at two old friends appreciating the countries at their door-step. Below, McGregor and Boorman talk us through Long Way Home, how they decided on the route, and what locations stood out to them. Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman, who have traveled much of the world by motorcycle, explore locations closer to home in Long Way Home. Apple How did you decide on the route for Long Way Home? Ewan McGregor: It was when we were in Bolivia doing Long Way Up. Charley Boorman: We had a particularly trying few days in Bolivia. We really started dreaming about roads that are much smoother. EM: When we are doing trips we always start dreaming about another. I think it's a sign that we're doing something we really love. It's like we don't want it to end so we have to start dreaming about another. We'd often talk about the parts of the world that we hadn't been to. I'd always looked at going to Scandinavia and a lot of the countries we go through on this trip.

Anthony Anderson reacts to Donald Trump wanting to host UFC fight at White House: 'You f---ing crazy?'

Anthony Anderson has some thoughts on Donald Trump wanting to host a UFC fight at the White House next year. While guest-hosting Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday, the Black-ish star reacted to the president's announcement last week that he is considering holding a fighting match on White House grounds in honor of the United States' 250th anniversary next year. To which Anderson quipped, 'UFC, which stands for: you f---ing crazy?' But, honestly, the actor wasn't exactly opposed to the idea of two people duking it out on the White House lawn — and knew exactly who it should be. 'I actually agree with the president,' Anderson noted. 'There should be a UFC fight at the White House between Donald Trump and Elon Musk.' He couldn't help but imagine the 79-year-old Republican politician and tech billionaire's potential face-off. 'It'll be Golf 'Clubber Lang' versus the Ketamine Machine bitch slapping each other in the octagon. Who's with me?' Anderson said, riffing off the names of Mr. T's character in Rocky III and Tommy Morrison's character in Rocky V. 'Now that would make America great again.' Trump, who is friends with UFC president Dana White, floated the idea of a celebratory UFC match in honor of the U.S.'s milestone anniversary while speaking in Iowa last week. 'Does anybody watch UFC? The great Dana White?' Trump told the crowd, per the BBC. 'We're going to have a UFC fight. We're going to have a UFC fight - think of this - on the grounds of the White House. We have a lot of land there.' White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt appeared to confirm the fight is on in a July 4th X post, writing, 'It's going to be EPIC!' In the wake of Trump's announcement, former UFC champion Conor McGregor expressed his desire to get involved in the action. 'Happy 4th of July, USA,' he wrote on X. 'Excited with President Trump announcing a UFC fight event at the White House. I would be honoured! Count me in!' Watch Anderson react to the UFC fight in the video above.
