The newlyweds - who met while Hanni worked as a storyline writer and researcher on Coronation Street - shared a passionate kiss as white confetti fell on them after the romantic ceremony.
Several of Jack's soap co-stars were among the guests - and actor Andy Whyment even took to the stage to sing a few songs as the celebrations went on into the night.
In a series of clips shared on guests' Instagram Stories, Andy could be seen accompanied by a band as he sang Half The World Away by Oasis.
Meanwhile Lucy Fallon posted an adorable clip of the sweet gesture Jack did for his new wife after their ceremony.
Heading outside to be covered in white confetti, Jack ran out in front of Hanni to pick up the train on her dress and lay it out for photos.
Elsewhere pictures showed the utterly stunning interior of the cathedral for the ceremony, as well as a small orchestra playing music for arrivals.
After the cathedral ceremony, guests got into a vintage red double-decker bus to travel to the venue for the evening celebrations - where everyone partied until 1am.
Jack's Celebrity Big Brother co-star Chris Hughes was among the guests, and gave an insight into the menu for the meal, which consisted of burata, lemon and thyme chicken and cheesecake.
Guests enjoyed their meal in a stunning high-ceiling venue featuring arches and stained glass windows, with beautiful white flower bouquets on each table.
They were also greeted with individual goodie bags at their seats in elegant white gift bags.
Jack and Hanni were seen arm-in-arm as they took to the white dancefloor later in the evening for their first dance as husband and wife, with a band playing behind them.
As the newlyweds and their guests partied late into the night, actress Samia Longchambon really let her hair down and seen dancing while on her husband Sylvain's shoulders on the dancer floor.

Other Corrie stars in attendance included Samia Longchambon, Colson Smith, Ben Price, Alan Halsall and Jayne Danson.
Jack, who won Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year, previously revealed he took part in the show in order to pay for the wedding.
A source previously told The Sun the pair were going all out to make sure it was their 'dream day'.
'Jack and Hanni are having their big white wedding at Manchester Cathedral on Saturday,' a source said.
'They have gone all out to make sure it's their dream day and there has been no expensed spared.'
'It's a very grand setting getting wed at the cathedral, and it will be packed with guests, including many of Jack's Corrie co-stars.'
It came after Hanni got wedding ready during a girls' day out at The Ivy restaurant for her hen party earlier this month.
Hanni, who was a colleague of Jack's as a storyline writer and researcher on Corrie, looked stunning in a high-neck white lace mini-dress as she danced the night away to live music.
It came after she enjoyed lunch and cocktails at The Ivy, where she posed for snaps with her pals and drank from a giant 'Bride' straw - with her hens all wearing Jack masks.
Taking to her Instagram Story on Sunday, Hanni also revealed that she and Jack had been at a lesson for their first dance, as she shared a mirror selfie of the pair in a studio captioned: 'Hungover but dancing through as Mrs Shepherd to be.'
She captioned her hen party snaps: 'The non hen party party, two weeks before the wedding. 25 years of a special friendship with these beautiful girlies, how lucky are we.
'I love you all so much, thank you for throwing me a non hen party party it was perfect. The next time I see you I'll be walking down the aisle.'

Does John die on Emmerdale and is Oliver Farnworth leaving the ITV soap? Future 'sealed'
John Sugden is played by actor Oliver Farnworth and he's been at the centre of a massive storyline after trying to kill multiple people in the village so he could save them John Sugden might have arrived in Emmerdale just a few months ago but he has caused a storm of chaos in his wake. Oliver Farnworth, who previously appeared in Coronation Street, joined as the enigmatic John - but trouble was ahead. Speaking at the time of him joining the show, Emmerdale 's Producer, Laura Shaw, shared: "We are thrilled to have an actor with Oliver's talent and presence join the Emmerdale family. "The Sugden's have always been central to Emmerdale, and introducing a new member opens up exciting possibilities for future storylines. Mysterious John's arrival will no doubt create a stir in the village for Victoria and the wider community." It comes as a final showdown looms for John on Emmerdale - with three characters involved. Oliver also added: "I am absolutely delighted to be joining the cast of Emmerdale. The show has such a rich history, and the Sugden family is integral to that. I'm looking forward to bringing my character to life and working with such a talented and dedicated team." Since his arrival, John has struck up a romance with Aaron Dingle - and the pair are now married, despite Robert Sugden's desperate attempt to keep them apart. Robert is the only one suspicious of John, with everyone convinced he is a good person. We known John has killed Nate and nearly killed his ex Aidan, as well as causing Jacob to fall ill so he could save him. He has also orchestrated a number of things against other villagers, letting them take the blame so he could act as their support. Tonight's episode of Emmerdale - which is already available on ITVX - will no doubt leave fans concerned what the future holds for both a fan favourite character and also evil serial killer John. Oliver Farnworth's future has yet to be revealed on the show but there has been talks of a downfall soon for John. Amy Walsh - who plays Tracy - appeared to address Owen being framed, telling us: "It's a bit of a rollercoaster. There is a shift with some new evidence that comes into play, but we don't know if it's evidence planted by John. "Someone else might be put in the frame by John and it's neither of them, Cain or Tracy. So there is another twist and turn there. To be honest we're still filming stuff so we have only just been filming the bits where Tracy is accepting that it's not Cain and they're thinking who else it could be." From spoilers for next week, we do know that John is alive, as he tries to persuade a sceptical Aaron to go easy on Robert. But could John's exit from the village come sooner than he thinks - and will he get away with his crimes?

Continuing their promotional tour, the actress, 39, dazzled in a sequin gown while Jamie, 66, opted for an elegant red cape dress. Lindsay teamed her show-stopping dress, which featured an embellish bust, with a quirky guitar handbag - a nod to her character in the film. Freakier Friday - which is a sequel to the 2003 film - sees Lindsay Lohan and Jamie embroiled in quadruple chaos as they swap bodies again - 22 years after they first traded places. Now, Jamie Lee has revealed why there was such a long gap between the two releases as she admitted she has long had her eye on a follow-up movie. Appearing on Wednesday's The One Show, Jamie revealed they had to wait until was old enough to have a teenage child for the sequel premise to work. 'The truth is that Lindsay had to be old enough to have a 15-year-old daughter, people would ask me about the movie over and over again,' she shared. 'And finally someone in Australia said, ''well she is'' and I was like ''what do you mean?'' because I know her as this young girl so I don't know how old she is. 'So someone told me and I was, like ''Oh! well maybe we can make the movie. Let's go!''' Freakier Friday - which is a sequel to the 2003 film - sees Lindsay Lohan and Jamie embroiled in quadruple chaos as they swap bodies again - 22 years after they first traded places Lindsay was just 15 years old when she first portrayed Anna Coleman in Freaky Friday alongside Jamie Lee, who played her on-screen mother Tess Coleman. Harper highlights her disgust as she's heard reciting mock wedding vows, in which she brands her soon-to-be step-sister 'a little demon thing with an obnoxious accent'. A flash forward to Anna's bachelorette party sees her and mother Tess Coleman sit down with a fortune teller (Vanessa Bayer), who warns them they may learn another lesson by 'walking in each other's paths'. Laura Anderson put on a quirky display in a cut-out lilac gown Fans had an agonising wait for a sequel as Freakier Friday is only now hitting cinemas 22 years later, with Jamie Lee revealing it was because of Lindsay's age Anna and Tess then find themselves caught up in yet another 'freaky' body swap incident - only this time, it's not just between the two of them. The next morning, Anna discovers she's swapped bodies with daughter Harper, while Tess, aka 'Grandma', is now in the body of Anna's step-daughter Lily. Quadruple chaos then ensues as the foursome try to navigate their new roles with just days to go until the wedding. Chad Michael Murray is also returning to his role as Jake as the two teenage girls also hatch a plot to try and get Anna to reunite with her first love amid the wedding chaos.

Katie Price reveals her family's fears about her weight loss as her stepdad Paul voices his concern
Katie Price has revealed her family are worried about her drastic weight loss with her stepfather Paul voicing his concerns. The former glamour model, 47, has sparked concerns among fans over her rapid weight loss in recent months, revealing she weighed just 7st 12lb back in June. Speaking on her podcast The Katie Price Show, Katie has revealed that her family have echoed the concerns, but she insisted she is 'happy'. Katie appeared on the episode with her sister Sophie and her stepfather Paul, who voiced his concerns about her weight. 'Look how thin them legs are, terrible they are, my hand can go round them,' he worriedly shared. However, Katie replied: 'They're obsessed with my weight,' before Sophie also voiced her worries, adding: 'You are thin.' Katie then insisted that she is 'happy' but Paul replied: 'No it's not right, it's probably that vaping c**p.' The TV personality admitted her parents have shared their concern that she might have an eating disorder - which she denied. Sophie then told Katie that their mother Amy had called her to share her worries over her continuing weight loss. Sophie said: 'Mum called me the other day and said I'm going to have a word with Kate because she's too thin. I think mum saw a picture on Instagram and she wasn't happy.' However, Katie again replied: 'My legs do look thin, but I like it,' putting an end to the conversation. Katie has an extremely close relationship with her stepfather Paul, who has been in her life since she was three years old and she now shares his surname, Price. She has a distant relationship with her biological father Ray Infield, who left the family when she was an infant. Katie's mother Amy has previously admitted she believes her daughter suffers from body dysmorphia amid concerns over the star's weight loss. Body dysmorphia, or body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), is a condition where a person obsessively worries about apparent flaws in their appearance. Speaking to Vanessa Feltz on her TalkTV show in 2023, Amy confessed that she 'absolutely hates it' when Katie goes under the knife. When Vanessa asked her for her feelings on Katie's surgeries, Amy said: 'I absolutely hate it and she knows it. 'I think she, and I got her to admit it the other day, "you've got body dysmorphia". I don't know what it is. 'You know you look all right but why do you think you need to tweak this, tweak that or have a tattoo or change her hair?' Last year, Katie explained that she has never been happy with her body while speaking on The Louis Theroux Podcast. 'I always said I haven't got body dysmorphia but there's definitely something, I don't know what it is,' she shared. 'I've never looked in the mirror and thought I'm pretty or whatever.' Katie has undergone an array of procedures over the years, including rhinoplasty, a silhouette facelift, 3D, veneers, a face lift, and lip fillers and Botox. But the media personality admitted that a botched Brazilian butt lift (BBL) remains her most painful and regrettable procedure to date. Opening up to Katherine Ryan on her What's My Age Again? podcast in June, she said: 'I tried that BBL abroad where they take your own fat and put it in your bum.
