Luke Littler, 18, kisses girlfriend Faith, 19, during walk-on for nail-biting World Matchplay Darts quarter-final win

The Sun2 days ago
LUKE LITTLER planted a kiss on new girlfriend Faith as the darts star continued his quest to become the youngest ever Triple Crown holder.
The world champion, 18, later beat Andrew Gilding 16-14 in the quarter-finals at Winter Gardens in Blackpool on Friday night.

As the packed arena roared, and the tension built for his crucial clash, the camera panned to Littler making his grand entrance.
And his partner Faith Millar, 19, looked every inch the proud girlfriend.
Just before stepping onto the oche, Littler leaned in and gave Faith a tender smooch right there in front of thousands of screaming fans and millions watching live on TV.
It was a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment of affection that immediately sent social media into a frenzy, with fans cooing over the couple's cute display.
And the kiss brought Littler good luck in the end, as he narrowly beat world No.28 Gilding.
Gilding, 54, made it close, going within one leg of Littler, before the darts prodigy hit a perfect 11-darter to win it.
Littler hit EIGHTEEEN 180s, with an average of 103 as he booked a place in the semi-final against either Gerwyn Price and Josh Rock.
Littler said: "That last leg I just had to stay focused and get over the line.
"He won a few on the bounce when I was sat on 15 legs but I just had to do a professional job in the end.
"I didn't really panic. Andrew started to win a few legs, but that last leg against the darts as well, I just had to get over the line.
Luke Littler stuns World Matchplay Darts with one of his greatest ever comebacks against Jermaine Wattimena
"Andrews does what he does. He never goes out of rhythm. It's the same throw by throw and try and match him."
Littler and girlfriend Faith were first pictured together in March.
The 19-year-old is a beautician who met Littler in February.
The couple jetted off with Littler's family to Spain last month.
Littler previously dated Eloise Milburn, who cheered him on at his World Darts Championship debut in 2023.
But the pair split after just 10 months in July 2024 after struggling to make time for each other.

The World No.2 picked up a Premier League title back in 2024 and followed it up by becoming the youngest ever world champion in January.
'The Nuke' now needs to win the iconic major at the Winter Gardens to add his name to another list of icons.
Phil Taylor, Michael van Gerwen, Gary Anderson, and most recently Luke Humphries are the only four players to have completed the prestigious feat.
Taylor, 16-times world champion, is still the only player to have completed the 'Triple Crown' in a singular darting season.

'I'm sorry I never like tried again. I really thought the door was just, like, slammed.' Shakira replies: 'Do you want some home truths… it's obviously the way you go about it and the steps you take in between to come to these conclusions obviously hurt people along the way. ‘I've never had to do so many' – David Moyes fears Everton crisis has left him in uncharted managerial territory

DAVID Moyes claims Everton's numbers crisis has left him in uncharted managerial territory. Veteran Moyes is beginning his 28th campaign in the dugout, leading the Toffees into their new home at the Hill Dickinson Stadium. 5 5 But the Scot says he needs 'five or six' players in the next few weeks - and that requirement was made clear as Everton were crushed 3-0 by Bournemouth at the MetLife Stadium on Saturday night. Moyes, who confirmed he is looking to land Bayern Munich's Moroccan teenager Adam Aznou in a potential £8m move, said: 'We've signed three, so if you take that off, we're still in the need of maybe five or six players. 'That's what we have to try and do. 'In the past I probably have had to sign a lot of players, but I've never had to do so many in one window as we need now.' Moyes suggested that he and the club's new Friedkin Group owners are paying for the chaos of the final years under Farhad Moshiri. He said: 'We're sort of picking up a little bit of what we're at the end of now. 'We had a lot of people out of contracts, a lot of loan players, because of the financial situation. 'So we're having to sort of find a way around that and we're trying really, really hard behind the scenes to get things done. 'But you can see we're going to need it. 'We've got no centre-halves and we're really struggling.' Everton and West Ham to fight it out for Douglas Luiz Quizzed on Aznou, who has made just two Bundesliga appearances but did well on loan at Valladolid in Spain in the second half of last term, he added: 'We have made an offer. Whether it's accepted and all done is another thing. 'But he's a young player, someone who we see having a good future and potential, rather than ready. 5 5 'If I'm being honest, we've tried to actually target more senior players if we can, players who are over the age of 25 with Premier League experience. 'That's not taking us away from the fact that we want to try and buy some young players as well. 'I'm hoping by the time we get to the end of the transfer window, we might have a balance of youth and experience.' Moyes is without Jarrad Branthwaite, James Tarkowski and Michael Keane, leaving him perilously light in defence. And he is already concerned about the impact of the African Cup of Nations that starts before Christmas and will strip him of Senegal duo Iliman Ndiaye and Idrissa Gana Gueye. 5 He said: 'I always want my players to be selected for their country. I want them to represent their countries because I think that's the right thing to do. 'But when they get taken away in the mid-season, it becomes a problem. 'So we will miss them. And it's something which I know a lot of clubs are considering. 'If you're going to buy an African player who's in the AFCON, what's going to happen? Will clubs not sign African players because of the AFCON?'
