HYDERABAD, India — July 25, 2025 — Tanla Platforms Limited, India's largest CPaaS provider, today announced its financial results for the first quarter of FY26.
Key Metrics: First Quarter (April – June 2025)
• Revenue was at ₹ 1041 Cr, grew by 1.6% QoQ and 3.8% YoY
• Gross profit was at ₹261 Cr, with a gross margin of 25.0%
• EBITDA was at ₹ 164 Cr, with an EBITDA margin of 15.8%
• Profit after tax was at ₹ 118 Cr, with a profit after tax margin of 11.4%
• Earnings per share at ₹ 8.82
• Cash balance at ₹ 910 Cr, post payout of interim dividend
Uday Reddy, Founder Chairman & CEO, said, "Our AI-native platform will go live in August 2025 with a leading telco in Southeast Asia, deepening our inroads into international markets. Built on scalable AI infrastructure with an agentic layer, the platform will be seamlessly embedded in the telco ecosystem. NSDL IPO: The three-day subscription of initial public offering (IPO) for National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL) will open this week. According to the NSE, the NSDL IPO will open for public subscription on July 30 and conclude on August 1. It plans to raise Rs 4,011 crore through its Initial Public Offering (IPO). According to PTI, the NSDL IPO only consists of Offer For Sale (OFS) component of 5.01 crore shares and those selling shares under this are — the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), State Bank of India (SBI), HDFC Bank, IDBI Bank, Union Bank of India and the Adminstrator of Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India (SUUTI). Since the public issue is entirely an OFS, NSDL will not receive any proceeds from the IPO. The one-day bidding for anchor investors of NSDL IPO is schedule to open on July 29. NSDL has a price band of Rs 760 to Rs 800 per equity share. MUFG Intime India Private Limited is the registrar for the NSDL IPO. The face value of NSDL IPO is Rs 2 per equity share and the tick size is Re 1. According to the details available, the NSDL IPO is slated to be finalised on August 4. NSDL shares are proposed to be listed on NSE and BSE. The listing will likely take place on August 6. This upcoming listing will make NSDL the country's second publicly traded depository after Central Depository Services (CDSL), which was listed on the NSE in 2017. NSDL's principal shareholders, IDBI Bank and the NSE, are required to reduce their stake in the company to comply with Sebi's rule. Currently, IDBI holds 26.10 per cent and NSE owns 24 per cent stake in NSDL, which exceeds the permissible limit, reports PTI. ICICI Securities Limited, Axis Capital Limited, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited, IDBI Capital Markets and Securities Limited, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited and SBI Capital Markets Limited and HDFC Bank Limited are the book running lead managers of NSDL IPO. IPO rush: 14 companies to hit market this week, eyeing over Rs 7,000 crore

India's IPO market is gearing up for a busy week starting Monday, with 14 companies, across both mainboard and SME platforms and set to launch their initial public offerings. Together, these firms aim to raise more than Rs 7,000 crore. NSDL: Leading the pack is National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL), which will open its Rs 4,012 crore mainboard IPO for subscription on Wednesday. The entire issue is an offer for sale, with a price band of Rs 760–Rs 800 per share. As India's largest depository, NSDL is expected to see strong interest from institutional investors, given its pivotal role in the country's growing capital markets, analysts told ANI. Aditya Infotech: Another notable mainboard IPO is Aditya Infotech, set to open on Tuesday. Investors who subscribed to the Rs 700-crore IPO can now verify their allotment status on the registrar's website — MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd (Link Intime). The IPO saw a strong overall subscription of 13 times, led by Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) who bid 15.12 times their quota. With a grey market premium (GMP) hovering around Rs 5, a steep fall from the IPO opening day, the stock may list at a gain of 2% over the issue price.
