Britain's Jack Draper navigates first Wimbledon test

Jack Draper advanced to the second round of Wimbledon after his opponent, Sebastian Baez, retired due to a knee injury. Draper was leading 6-2, 6-2, 2-1 when Baez withdrew from the match after 74 minutes, marking a comfortable victory for the Briton. The quick win showcased Draper's improved physical conditioning and strong form, having recently risen to world No. 4. Baez, primarily a clay-court specialist, struggled on the grass, having not won on the surface in over two years. Draper will face Marin Cilic, the 2017 finalist, in the second round, aiming to progress past the third round at Wimbledon for the first time.
