So what HAVE they had done? All the plastic surgeries the Kardashians have admitted to - in their own words
The 40-year-old reality star unveiled an extraordinarily sculpted look and snatched jawline that immediately sparked rumours of surgery.
Cosmetic expert Dr Jonny Betteridge suggested on Instagram that her face showed signs of multiple procedures—prompting a direct response. In the comments to his viral Instagram post, Khloe admitted to Botox, filler and a nose job—the only surgery she says she's ever had.
She added that she now avoids injectables in favour of 'skin treatments', including collagen 'baby threads' in her chin and neck.
The tweakment places dissolvable threads under the skin to lift sagging areas and boost collagen — but the effect fades over time.
She's also embraced salmon sperm facials, like sister Kim — polynucleotide injections said to firm skin by stimulating fibroblasts.
While Khloé maintains she's never had anything more invasive than a nose job, she's far from the only Kardashian to dabble in tweakments.
Over the years, the famous family has gradually opened up—some more than others—about the procedures they've had in pursuit of picture-perfect looks. Here's what each member of the clan has actually admitted to… in their own words.
Khloe Kardashian, pictured in 2006 and 2023, has been making headlines for her changing appearance ever since finding fame with her family in 2007
Kim: A 'vampire facial'... and a bit of Botox
Despite often being held up as a poster-girl for cosmetic enhancement, Khloé's older sister Kim has confessed to very few nip tucks.
The 43-year-old Skims mogul has long denied going under the knife, insisting she's relied on skincare, laser treatments and the occasional injectable to maintain her famously sculpted look.
'I've tried Botox before. That's the only thing that I've done,' she told ABC's Nightline back in 2010.
She also denied having a nose job, despite speculation, saying: 'I've never had my nose done. What's funny is about my nose, it's my biggest insecurity. I always wanted a nose job, but people think I did—and that makes me so happy.'
More recently, she gave an update, telling Allure in 2022: 'A little bit of Botox… but I've chilled, actually.'
She denied having any filler or implants, telling Allure: 'No filler. I've never had eyelash extensions. I've never done anything. I've never filled my cheeks. I've never filled my lips.'
And in response to rumours about buttock-enhancing surgery, she famously underwent an on-air scan during an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians to 'prove' there were no implants involved.
While she says she hasn't had surgery, Kim has been open about undergoing non-invasive procedures, including the increasingly popular Morpheus8 laser, which combines microneedling with radiofrequency to tighten and firm skin.
Kim, pictured in 2006 (left) and 2022 (right), has long denied going under the knife, insisting she's relied on skincare, laser treatments and the occasional injectable to maintain her famously sculpted look.
'I've done treatments like Morpheus and other non-invasive things,' she told Allure.
In 2022, Kim posted about having the treatment on her stomach, calling it a 'game changer' and adding: 'It's painful lol but worth it!'
She's also, infamously, admitted to trying the so-called 'vampire facial'—a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatment involving blood being drawn and re-injected into the skin —but later said she regretted it.
'It was really rough and painful… it's the one treatment that I'll never do again,' she said.
And like Khloe, she's also rumoured to be a fan of polynucleotide injections—dubbed 'salmon sperm facials'—however she has not directly confirmed using them herself.
For all the scrutiny surrounding her ever-evolving appearance, Kim maintains that the vast majority of her beauty regime involves hard work, and healthy lifestyle, and high-end skincare.
Often seen as the most natural of the sisters, Kourtney Kardashian has admitted to just one cosmetic procedure — and says she now prefers to keep things simple.
The 45-year-old Poosh founder revealed over a decade ago that she had breast implants when she was 22.
'I have had breast implants. But it's not a secret, I could care less,' she said in a 2010 interview with Nightline.
However, having the op is a decision she has come to regret.
'I had my boobs done, but if I could go back, I wouldn't have done it. I was so cute before,' she told Showbiz Spy in 2011. 'I've realized that I was made to look a certain way and I'm considering removing them.'
In 2018, she visited Dr. Jason Diamond of Beverly Hills for a PRP 'vampire facial'. Kourtney shared a social-media video of herself receiving the treatment and said: 'I take my own blood and put it into my face.'
Kourtney has never confirmed any other procedures.
But she did clap back at one Instagram comment accusing her of getting 'plenty of plastic surgery' in 2021.
'No better compliment than a too good to be real kind of compliment,' Kourtney replied, adding: 'Butt shot and Brazilian butt lift, um, thanks. And you were just getting started.'
Kylie: Lip fillers, breast augmentation... but nothing else?
Kylie Jenner may have become a billionaire through her beauty empire, but she's also been unexpectedly honest about her cosmetic choices.
The 27-year-old first admitted to lip fillers in May 2015—having repeatedly avoided confirming it in the past—shrugging off the backlash on Keeping Up With the Kardashians by saying: 'I have temporary lip fillers. It's just an insecurity of mine and it's what I wanted to do.'
She later reflected on the insecurity that sparked the obsession in a 2021 episode of The Kardashians, explaining: 'I was 15 and I was insecure about my lips… a guy said, "You have such small lips." From then on, I felt un-kissable.'
By 2018, she told fans she'd had her filler dissolved—but by 2023, she was back to embracing it.
'I had my one lip insecurity thing… I got lip filler, and it was the best thing I've ever done. I don't regret it,' she told HommeGirls magazine.
Despite ongoing speculation about facial surgery, Kylie has repeatedly denied going under the knife: 'People think I fully went under the knife… which is completely false. I've only gotten fillers.'
But in the Season 3 finale of The Kardashians, aired in July 2023, Kylie did admit to undergoing breast augmentation at age 19—just before her pregnancy with daughter Stormi, now seven.
'You know I got my breasts done before Stormi… I had beautiful breasts… I just wish I never got them done to begin with.'
She added that she hopes her daughter doesn't follow in her footsteps at such a young age: 'I would be heartbroken if she did the same thing at 19.'
Kendall: Denied ever having had ANY work done
Kendall Jenner, 29, has long denied dabbling in cosmetic surgery—insisting any changes to her face are down to makeup, angles, or simply growing up.
Back in 2016, the supermodel hit back at rumours after a livestream of her and Kylie led to a frenzy of online speculation:
'All of a sudden, photos of us came out with headlines like, "OMG Kendall got her lips done and got full facial reconstruction—look at her cheekbones, look at her nose!"… I was like, this is CRAZY.
'As a model, why would I have my face reconstructed? It doesn't even make sense.'
More recently, Kendall reaffirmed her stance in 2023 amid renewed speculation over filler and nose reshaping: 'No filler. No surgery.'
Though many fans and cosmetic doctors have speculated over possible tweaks—particularly to her lips, jawline and nose—Kendall continues to insist her appearance is natural.
As one of the most in-demand models in the world, she's suggested any such procedure would be professionally counterproductive: 'If I had work done, I'd never be able to hide it.
Kris: The mother of all glow-ups... and an earlobe lift
A furore erupted when Kris Jenner's astonishing glow-up went viral—prompting speculation that at 69, she'd undergone a second face lift.
In late May 2025, the Kardashian matriarch appeared in Paris looking dramatically rejuvenated, with a taut jawline, lifted brows and radiant skin, prompting fans to say she looked '30 years younger'—some even mistaking her for daughter Kim.
Soon after, People confirmed the glow-up was the result of a fresh round of cosmetic work by top New York surgeon Dr Steven Levine.
According to reports, the procedure is believed to be a deep-plane facelift—a technically complex operation that lifts not just skin but underlying muscles and tissues for a more natural, longer-lasting result.
Kris has long been the most transparent of the clan when it comes to tweakments.
In a 2015 interview on E!'s Good Work, she said: 'Botox and fillers and laser and things like that.
'I had a boob job in the '80s after four kids… then got them redone smaller a couple years ago.'
She has also denied ever having a nose job: 'I was born with it… They say that about all my kids — we haven't had our noses done.'
Kris's first facelift was famously filmed for Keeping Up With the Kardashians in 2011, performed by Beverly Hills surgeon Dr Garth Fisher.
In 2018, she also underwent earlobe reduction surgery on the show, saying she had always been self-conscious about their size.
And she's leaned into the buzz—even releasing a T-shirt in 2025 with the slogan: 'I'll Have What Kris Jenner Is Having.'
In an unfiltered photo from the Bezos wedding, published by The Sun, fans praised Kris's natural-looking results—noting her glowing skin and lack of harsh telltale surgery signs.
For Kris, cosmetic intervention is just another form of self-care. She reportedly said: 'It's a one-stop shop for me… A massage, a great facial, a manicure and a little Botox and I'm good to go.'

The £1 Primark sale skirt that's perfect for summery days and gives shoppers 90s vibes
SHOPPERS have been left stunned after spotting a skirt that's perfect for summery days in Primark for just £1. The patterned bubble skirt was part of Rita Ora's Spring 2025 collaboration with the retail giant. 2 2 It was originally priced at £14, and described by Primark bosses as bringing a "playful volume to your outfit with its statement silhouette". But with the Hot Right Now singer's new summer arrivals now proving a hit in stores, some of the older pieces - including the puffball mini skirt - have been heavily reduced in the sale. And savvy shoppers have been racing to get their hands on the discounted buys. Posting on the BARGAIN LOVERS 🛍 Poundland, Home Bargains, B&M, Primark, The Range & More Facebook group, which boasts 859,000 members, one fashion fan revealed she picked up two of the mini skirts in pink and blue checked prints. Her buys should have set her back £28 but cost just £2, meaning she saved an incredible £26. Alongside her post, she gushed: "My bargain of the days. Not for everyone but they're cute!" Other shoppers were left just as impressed by her sales haul, as one said: "Good bargain!! I should pop to my local Primark, I like them kind of bargains." "Not bad for £1 each probably look quite nice on", chimed in someone else. A third wrote: "I bought myself one other day and had it on when I went to visit [family] and told her how much I paid for it and she thought I bought it out charity shop." A fourth added: "They seem light for the summery days, enjoy." Primark's mini dress is a copy of a £135 designer version - it'll give you a gorgeous hourglass figure & perfect for date night "Like we had in the 90's", insisted a fifth. Meanwhile, a sixth chimed in: "Like you said not for everyone but with a nice little white vest top they will look amazing, also some things look better on than they do on a coat hanger." Rita, 34, has been a brand ambassador for Primark since 2023, allowing fashion fans to shop her "famous style for less". The star, often seen in designer clothing, said she was keen to honour her roots and love for the high street brand. Her latest 84-piece collection starts from £5 with the most expensive item - a double-breasted blazer - priced at £40. She said she was excited by the prospect of developing her own affordable fashion collection that offered quality and value. after signing a multi-season deal. We told earlier how a "hidden gem" skirt in her latest summer 2025 collection left fashion fans in a frenzy. Many have insisted the £16 buy is so pretty that it's "giving Zara". But shoppers were convinced they'd spotted a spelling mistake on a baby tee from her spring 2025 collection – and you can't unsee it. Why Primark is great for looking expensive on a budget By Clemmie Fieldsend, Fabulous Fashion Editor AS someone who's no stranger to grabbing a last-minute outfit from Primark for a night out, it's about time that celebrities started catching on too. For as long as I've been heading out, Primark has been my go-to for those 'I have nothing to wear' moments, rushing in at the last minute to find something perfect. And I'm definitely not alone - on any Friday or Saturday night, you'll find plenty of shoppers doing the same thing, right before closing time. But no matter what, Primark always delivers. Now, Rita Ora is leading the charge, showing that you can snag a designer-worthy look without spending a fortune at high-end stores. While Rita's not rushing in last minute for a red carpet outfit, she's proving you can achieve the same high-impact style for much less. Looking stunning in her tailored suit alongside her mum Vera, Rita fit right in among the other A-listers dripping in Prada, Dior, and Victoria Beckham - if anything, she looked even better than some of the guests at The Fashion Awards. With Myleene Klass and Roxy Horner already jumping on the Primark bandwagon, I'm sure more stars will be following suit soon enough.

Revealed: Baby names at risk of extinction in the UK as royal-related monikers quickly fall out of fashion - is YOURS on the list?
The baby names rapidly falling out of favour with new parents have been revealed - with a once-popular royal moniker becoming obsolete. For the girls, Jamie is going out of trend the quickest while Jamal is at risk of going extinct for the boys. Each year, baby name database BabyCentre releases its list of the 1,000 most popular names given to children in the previous 12 months - as well as which ones had the most dramatic decline in the ranks. Remy, Liv, Karina and Belle are fading into obscurity for the girls while Emmery, Taylor, Esteban and Idris aren't doing well with the boys. Naming babies after members of the royal family seems to be becoming a thing of the past as Anne, Phillip, Albert and Edward all fell more than 100 places. Catherine took the biggest hit dropping 221 spots in the baby name ranks over the past year. Analia, Erin, Bristol, Lilia, Faye and Remington were among the girl's names that saw the steepest decline. For the boys, monikers becoming unfashionable included Cannon, Camilo, Matthias, Aziz and Louie. Boy names ending in 'aden' such as have been steadily falling in recent years with Jaden dropping 162 spots despite its popularity in the early noughties. Similarly, 80s and 90s names are steadily declining in prominence. Jamie had a secured spot in the top 100 girl's names from 1974 until 1996 but lost a whopping 320 spots in 2024 and other millennial names like Erin, Kelsey, Chelsea, Kendra, and Alexis are following suit. Taylor was a top-100 boy's name from 1988 until 1997 but is now slowly making its way out of the popular 1,000, falling 199 places. Nicknames, like Ellie, Leo, and Max hold positions in the 2024 top 100 however, other other abbreviations are on the way out. While Olivia has been in the number one girl's name for the past four years, Liv is down by a huge 257 spots. Billy, Katie, Danny and Andy are all other nicknames that are quickly falling off the ranks. There are some names that are at no risk of fading away with Olivia for the girls and Noah for the boys - both of which have held a place in the top two for five years. Previously, Baby name consultant SJ Strum revealed which male monikers were the least popular and most disliked in the UK. The name Roger - which has German heritage - was among some of the most disliked baby names in England and Wales. Less than ten babies were given the name last year despite it being hugely popular in the past, according to research by Etsy. It's also bad news for Phils and Wolfgangs - which were both unpopular names last year. Other names on the list are Steve, Colin and Craig, while Derek, Gareth and Tyrone shortly followed behind as some of the most disliked options. SJ Strum, author of Baby Name Envy, told the Metro: 'Name trends are constantly evolving over time, and these names in particular have seen a big decline in recent years. 'Notably, many of these we often think of as 'Dad' names, as a result of them being so popular in the 80s and 90s. 'Now, new parents are searching for more playful and creative names that have unique meanings. We're also seeing an 'upcycling' trend emerge, with more people putting a twist on traditional names. For example, 'Steve', which was once popular for men, is now being adapted to 'Stevie' for a baby girl.' Etsy's research found that parents can be 'put off' by certain baby names if they are overused or if a friend has already taken it to name their child. The company also found that Britons are 25 per cent more likely to name their baby after their grandmother rather than their grandfather. Donald, Barry, Bill, Dale, Gordon and Esteban are other monikers that parents have fallen out of love with, according to the language learning software Babbel. The company analysed all the baby names recorded between 1914 and 1994 in the UK and reported the monikers that haven't made the cut since the mid-90s. Nigel, Melvyn, Norman, Rodney, Trevor and Horace are also proving to be very unpopular choices.

Susannah Constantine, 63, unveils her incredible skin transformation as she undergoes her first 'tweakment' in 17 years - a decade after going sober
Susannah Constantine has unveiled her incredible skin transformation after undergoing her first 'tweakment' in 17 years. The TV personality, 63, showcased the results of a bio-stimulating laser treatment after having the 'realisation' that looking after her skin wasn't just about her vanity now she is reaching 'midlife'. The What Not To Wear star's fresh new look comes a decade after she went sober following a long battle with alcoholism. Susannah claimed her friends have noticed the difference in her quality of skin after trying Alma's £350 Harmony Bio-Boost. She said: 'Reaching mid-life, I realised that looking after your skin isn't just about vanity, it's about vitality. I want my skin to reflect how I feel inside: strong, bright and healthy. 'Even my friends started noticing the difference - not asking if I'd had anything done, just saying how fresh and well I looked. 'That's when I knew this was something special. I also noticed that I didn't need to wear much makeup in my day-to-day life.' The Harmony Bio-Boost treatment is believed to be suitable for those 'looking to address skin laxity, acne, pigmentation and wrinkles'. Susannah's first 'tweakment' in 17 years comes after she tried Botox 'a long, long time ago'. The television personality's latest procedure comes after she explained that a prescription drug her mother took when pregnant had a permanent impact on her looks. Baring her teeth for the camera in October 2018, Susannah exposed the 'grey tombstone' teeth she was left with from birth. The fashion guru explained how her teeth were permanently discoloured by antibiotics her mother took in pregnancy. She said the drug tetracycline – commonly handed to mothers-to-be in the 60s and 70s – has had a lasting effect on her looks. In a candid video posted to Instagram at the time, Susannah took the brave decision to show her teeth while asking for advice on how to deal with the problem. The former What Not to Wear host told her 21,000 followers: 'When my mother was pregnant with me she took an antibiotic called tetracycline. 'And one of the side effects of taking that antibiotic was that the foetus would develop grey teeth throughout their life and as you can see my teeth are discoloured. 'If anyone knows of a solution to these grey tombstones I would be really grateful to hear what you have to say.' The antibiotic, designed to fight bacterial infections, was once prescribed for everything from sore throats and skin conditions to urinary tract infections. But studies later discovered that when taken by pregnant women, the drug can become calcified in the permanent teeth developing under their baby's gum line, discolouring them for good. Later, when the baby teeth grow out, the tetracycline-stained ones move into position and reveal themselves. The unsightly stains can appear as yellow, grey or brown marks as well as white spots and translucent edges, with few solutions available. Susannah said in a video called 'Teeth! Oh what to do?', which has been viewed almost 4,000 times: 'You can't get them bleached because what happens is the white parts get whiter and so the grey parts look greyer. 'And I don't want to get them bonded or veneered because I don't like fake-looking teeth.' One fan replied: 'My hubs has the same thing from his mum taking antibiotics when pregnant. He will never smile for a photo properly, lips always shut.' The Royal Pharmaceutical Society said tetracycline is no longer given to under-12s or pregnant women except in rare cases. It is still used to treat acne and the sexually transmitted disease chlamydia. Susannah's mother Mary Rose, who suffered from manic depression, died in 2008 aged 76. The TV star has described how the mental illness had an effect on her childhood as her mother was 'in and out of psychiatric hospitals' and made 'several suicide attempts'. Revealing a family history of struggles with booze, Susannah previously said on the on the ADHD Chatter podcast: 'I was born an alcoholic, my mum was an alcoholic and my grandmother was an alcoholic. 'I just say that alcoholism is a genetic disorder and it's a mental disorder – drinking too much is a symptom and you might have the same gene. 'Just be aware and if you're worried, I've been through it, I've got the medal, come to me.' Susannah, who is married to Sten Bertelsen, was very much an 'It Girl' in the 1980s, and even dated Princess Margaret's son, David, Viscount Linley for eight years. Susannah worked in America for designer Giorgio Armani before working for John Galliano in London. The presenter met long-term pal Trinny Woodall in 1994 and they began writing a weekly fashion column, Ready To Wear, and founded They became famous for co-hosting the popular TV series What Not To Wear from 2001 to 2005. She tied the knot with businessman Sten in 1995 and they share three children Cece, 20, Esme, 23, and Joe, 24, and have spent their three decades travelling the world.
