Chris Jericho to headline South Milwaukee's Crusherfest with band Kuarantine
Chris Jericho, who has wrestled for World Wrestling Entertainment and most recently All Elite Wrestling, will not be in the ring but instead on stage with his band Kuarantine.
Jericho has long balanced being a pro wrestler and a rock star as the frontman for his other band Fozzy. Kuarantine first debuted in May 2020, according to the Crusherfest website, with its inaugural release 'No No No' hitting No. 25 on the Billboard mainstream rock charts.
The band's single, 'Silver Spoon,' released in 2022, entered the Billboard mainstream rock charts as the second most added song, the Crusherfest website reads.
'They seem like really nice guys,' Crusherfest Chairperson Peggy Clark said of speaking with representatives of Kuarantine. She said everyone was super responsive and 'they've been nothing but amazing.'
Crusherfest, the bi-annual festival in South Milwaukee celebrating the life of pro wrestler Reggie 'Da Crusher' Lisowski, is happening May 31-June 1 at the Bucyrus Commons, 1101 Milwaukee Ave.
The last Crusherfest was held in 2023.
The first Crusherfest happened in 2019 when the life-sized bronze statue of South Milwaukee native Da Crusher was revealed. The statue was the result of a GoFundMe campaign.
Crusherfest, originally planned as a yearly event, has encountered a few hiccups from the pandemic to construction at the event space, which led to it becoming bi-annual. Clark said talks are still happening to possibly hold it every year.
'I think it's something we'll look at because the excitement is crazy,' she said.
Organizers aren't done with this year's event yet with Clark teasing 'one more big surprise coming.'
She said, 'This might be the biggest one yet.'
That big announcement could come in a few weeks around when the Countdown to Crusherfest fundraising event is held at the Bucyrus Club, 1919 12th Ave., from 3-10 p.m. May 3.
The event will feature food and a full bar along with raffles and auctions. Clark highlighted a few items up for grabs include a chair autographed by Da Crusher and Mad Dog Vachon, a book autographed by John Cena and a Hurricane (the wrestler) Funko Pop.
Live wrestling is scheduled for 7:30 p.m., according to the event page.
Clark said this year organizers put more focus into the music. Here is the band schedule for the event:
Saturday, May 31:
Larry Lynne, 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Blues Addiction, 2 to 4 p.m.
Bad Behavior, 4 to 6 p.m.

These last two bands have a $25 reserved seating ticket with only 150 reserved seats available. Seating assigned on first purchase basis.
A Kuarantine meet and greet is scheduled immediately after the concert on the stage. Only 50 $150 meet and greet tickets will be sold, which grant purchasers a picture with their camera and an autographed item of their choosing.
Clark said 18 meet and greet tickets sold within the first few hours of availability on April 16.
Tickets are on sale on crusherfest.org and will be picked up on the night of the concert. Photo ID is required for ticket pick up.

Crusherfest has hosted many wrestling legends over the years and this year is no different. The following have been announced for this year's event:

Visitors to Crusherfest can enjoy shopping at various vendors selling everything from vintage clothing to handmade art. Clark said Crusherfest doesn't charge vendors who participate in the event.
'We charge them a deposit but if they show up, they get it back,' she said.
Clark noted this year will have a more diverse lineup of food adding in Chinese, French cuisine, and other 'really neat options.' Food trucks signed up include Atwood Hwy BBQ and Sweet Delight selling kettle corn, according to the Crusherfest website.
Clark said many food trucks sold out in 2023 with between 40,000 and 45,000 visitors.
The Mr. Saloon competition returns on June 1 featuring keg holding, trivia, throw-the-drunk, sausage eating and beer drinking. The winner gets a championship belt. Clark said about a half dozen people have signed up already, which is more than competed in the event its first year in 2019.

Zach Bryan's New Single Launches Inside The Top 10 On Multiple Charts
Zach Bryan has released more than half a dozen singles in 2025 alone, and it's not yet clear how many of them will be included on his upcoming project. What is apparent is that his latest single, "Madeline,' a duet with relatively unknown musician Gabriella Rose, is another quick smash for the singer-songwriter, one that returns him to the highest tiers on several Billboard rankings. 'Madeline' Opens Inside the Top 10 "Madeline" launches on more than half a dozen tallies in the United States this week. The tune opens inside the top 10 on three of them, thanks primarily to its quick popularity on streaming platforms. Bryan's duet with Rose opens highest, at No. 8, on the Hot Rock Songs chart. It comes in just one spot beneath that slot on the Rock Streaming Songs list, and at No. 10 on the Hot Rock & Alternative Songs tally. A Milestone New Smash Bryan earns his milestone thirtieth top 10 hit on the Hot Rock Songs chart as "Madeline" debuts. He only needs one more win within the same region on the Rock Streaming Songs list to reach the same landmark there as well. Meanwhile, the newly-shared collaboration marks his twenty-sixth top 10 smash on Billboard's ranking of the most consumed rock and alternative tracks in the nation. Zach Bryan's Many, Many Rock Hits When looking at his total number of placements on these three lists, there's a greater variation when compared to his top 10 successes. Bryan has now scored 47 hits on the Rock Streaming Songs ranking, while he's up to 80 on the Hot Rock Songs list, and two more on the Hot Rock & Alternative Songs tally. Zach Bryan Almost Reaches the Country Top 10 "Madeline" comes close to the top 10 on a trio of country rankings, but doesn't perform quite as well as it does on the rock-leaning charts. The track misses the highest tier on the Hot Country Songs, Country Streaming Songs, and Country Digital Song Sales lists by just a few spaces. The tune also opens at No. 62 on the Hot 100, where Bryan is quickly approaching 50 placements. With Heaven on Top It appears that "Madeline" will be included on With Heaven on Top, Bryan's forthcoming project. Originally marketed as an EP, it now appears the singer-songwriter and Grammy winner may turn it into a full-length effort. At the moment, With Heaven on Top is scheduled to be released on January 9, 2026.

History Made: The First Hindi-Language Top 10 Smash On Billboard's Global Chart
Every so often, a song breaks through and shatters norms of what can be a 'hit' all around the world. It's happened in the past with different genres and languages, and the internet and streaming platforms have leveled the playing field for all musicians everywhere to reach large audiences. This week, a Hindi-language track, 'Saiyaara,' is on the rise on some of Billboard's most competitive charts, becoming a historic smash – the kind that the world hasn't seen before. Faheem Abdullah Makes His Mark Globally Faheem Abdullah's 'Saiyaara' is rewriting the rulebook when it comes to international commercial success. This week, the soaring ballad debuts at No. 10 on the Billboard Global 200 and catapults to No. 4 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart. That leap — from No. 177 the week prior — isn't just impressive, it's one of the largest of all time. The song is featured in the film Saiyaara, helmed by director Mohit Suri and starring Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, and the movie has quickly become a blockbuster in India, and it may soon score a worldwide release. A First for India — and for Hindi According to Billboard, 'Saiyaara' is the first Hindi-language track to break into the top 10 on either of the global rankings. That kind of growth is rare for any cut, and for an Indian release, it's almost unheard of. Indian Soundtracks Enter the Global Conversation Indian cinema and music have long gone hand-in-hand, but rarely has that synergy resulted in a worldwide crossover as powerful as 'Saiyaara' has managed. While songs from Bollywood films occasionally pop up on international charts, none have climbed as high as 'Saiyaara.' The Billboard Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. rankings have made room in the past few years for Korean, Japanese, and Spanish-language hits, but until now, no Hindi song had broken into the top tier, and the tune could continue to climb in the coming frames.
