JAKE PAUL has been training off a diet of tasty chicken and the occasional cheesecake in preparation to fight Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer returns to the ring on Saturday night against former middleweight world champion Chavez Jr.

He switched his training from his adopted home of Puerto Rico to Atlanta, Georgia where Paul recently purchased a £29million ranch.
And with him all the way was personal chef Eric Triliegi - who has worked with the likes of Conor McGregor and Ryan Garcia in the past.
Triliegi - an expert in helping fighters cut weight through nutrition - has the job of making sure Paul is fuelled for 12 weeks of training.
He told SunSport: "For someone like Jake or an athlete it's actually very simple.
"We want to make sure he's getting enough carbohydrates so he has enough glycogen storage in his muscles to be able to perform.
"We gotta make sure he has enough fat so we can give him some of that good fat energy as well and then he has to have the right amount of protein so we keep him lean.
"When we do the water load, we like to have him have more muscle mass because water and muscle cell combine, water and fat don't combine.
"So I like to make sure that he's lean with muscle, got enough muscle so when the water load happens, it's doing the right things."

JAKE PAUL'S controversial boxing career rolls on this weekend with the Problem Child facing boxing royalty in Anaheim, California.
Paul will face Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, a highly-decorated former world middleweight champion.
The Mexican, 39, has fought just once in the last four years but has the best boxing resume of any fighter to step into a ring with Paul - bar Mike Tyson, who was aged 58 at the time they fought.

Paul's favourite fight camp meal is chicken marsala - an Italian-American dish made of shallots, garlic and a wine sauce.
He has up to four meals a day - breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks mixed in with smoothies between his sessions.

And if Triliegi fancies treating Paul , he serves up a sweet treat - all still healthy, of course.
He said: "Honestly, I'm not big on cheat meals but I will do a no-bake cheesecake, passion fruit cheesecake, things like that.
"But I use all healthy ingredients."
Paul's last fight was up at heavyweight in November when Mike Tyson controversially came out of retirement aged 58.
He jumped up to 227lb (16st 2lb) before winning on points and now drops back down to the 200lb cruiserweight limit of 14st 4lb.
And Triliegi said: "The last fight camp for Tyson we were having over 3,400 calories a day - maybe a little bit more.
"We were gaining weight, so it was a lot easier. Now with this, he came in camp light around 215, so the weight cut's been real easy, real simple."
Triliegi has to make sure Paul's calories are reduced as the fight edges closer and the weigh-in approaches.
But the chef - who brought out his own book called Fight Food - even tracks the boxer's SLEEP to help him shed the unwanted pounds
Triliegi said: "I monitor everything, his sleep cycle, light, deep, in REM, his training, rest blocks.
"If everything is going smoothly, he can eat the food that he wants, he can eat when he wants.
"But we just monitor a little bit of the portion control. But other than that, we're monitoring sleep, making sure he doesn't eat too late.
"If you eat too late when you go to bed instead of resting, you're digesting so it's taking away from the purpose of sleep so we pretty much keep track of everything."

Former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has slammed the current Club World Cup as 'the worst idea ever in football' in a brutally honest swipe at FIFA. Klopp, 58, appeared to be wholly unimpressed with the path taken by the sport's decision-makers to introduce a newly-expanded 32-team format this summer. The tournament, which is currently being held in the United States, has come in for heavy criticism for adding to what many players and managers believe to be a saturated schedule. It has seen many of Europe's top clubs - including the likes of PSG, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Manchester City and Chelsea - have a truncated off-season due to their requirement to participate in the tournament. Klopp has become the latest high-profile figure to express his disdain for the tournament, pointing out that its positioning in the calendar could see numerous top players get injured. Speaking to German newspaper Welt am Sonntag, he said: 'The Club World Cup is the worst idea ever implemented in football. 'People who have never had anything to do with day-to-day business are coming up with ideas. 'I fear that next season players will suffer injuries they've never had before. If not, then it'll happen at the World Cup or afterwards.' The German, who is now Red Bull's global chief of football, was an outspoken advocate on the importance of player welfare during his time as Liverpool manager. In August 2022, he compared the issue of player welfare to climate change ahead of that year's World Cup taking place mid-season in Qatar. He said at the time: 'If you go to the final at a World Cup and win it or lose or a third-place match you are already quite busy and then the rest starts a week later. 'If all the players then have a break it is not a problem, it is good. It is like a winter break which I had that in Germany as a player a lot, four weeks (off), stuff like that. 'When I start talking about it, I get really angry... It is like with the climate. We all know it has to change but nobody is saying what we have to do.' 'My problem is that as much as everybody knows it's not right, nobody talks often enough about it that it will be changed. Something has to change. 'This World Cup happens at the wrong moment for the wrong reasons.' Klopp also revealed why he opted to turn down the chance to manage the German national team at the end of the 2022-23 season. He admitted that 'it might have been better to do something else' after a disappointing 2022-23 campaign for Liverpool. I lived on baby food for a WEEK - what it did to my body shocked me
A YouTuber has gone viral after claiming he lost a dramatic amount of weight in just five days—by eating nothing but food and drinks designed for babies. San Diego-based Michael Alves, a former college football player, tried the so-called 'baby food diet' in a self-imposed challenge posted to his YouTube channel, Killdozer. The video has racked up more than 820,000 views and documents the 26-year-old surviving on pouches, purees and formula drinks for the best part of a week. Before starting, Alves lays out strict ground rules: everything he eats must be made for babies or toddlers. Drinks must come in child-sized bottles, and all meals must be consumed using baby utensils—including a novelty cow-shaped 'spork'. By the end of the experiment, Alves claims he dropped from 18st 2lb (254lbs) to 17st 10lb (248lbs)—almost half a stone—adding that the experience made him feel constantly hungry, demoralised, and at times physically unwell. 'This challenge sucks,' he says in the video at one point. 'I really don't want to eat any more baby food.' Alves, who has gained more than 500,000 subscribers for his humorous gaming and lifestyle content, appears shirtless at the start of the video for a weigh in and 'physique check'. He is optimistic, claiming baby food 'must have loads of protein because children need protein... I think.' But his enthusiasm quickly dissipates. 'There's no protein in anything here,' he says in disbelief while shopping the baby aisle at Target. 'Do babies not need protein?' Over five days, Alves samples everything from toddler snacks to infant formula and squeezable meat purées—with mixed and mostly negative results. Many of the meals left him visibly recoiling. The mashed carrots, he said, were 'diabolical,' adding: 'Zero flavour at all. And they almost melt immediately in your mouth.' The macaroni and cheese fared little better: 'The noodles immediately disintegrate... and the cheese? Not very flavourful.' Even the infant formula drink he chose proved unbarable. After one sip, he grimaced: 'What the hell are we giving our kids? This tastes like poison.' Only one dish—mashed potatoes with beef and gravy—earned faint praise. 'It still tastes like baby food, but it also does taste like beef. So it's a double whammy.' He adds: 'These meals taste like they were made by aliens.' Alves did, however, enjoy toddler crisps, including a packet of garden salsa puffs which he awarded 9.2 out of 10, calling them the best thing he ate all week. To supplement the low-calorie meals, he also added regular exercise—taking part in hikes wearing a weighted vest, gym sessions and long walks, often with his wife Jessica, 27. Although the final weigh-in confirms he's 6lb lighter, Alves says he suspects much of the weight loss may be water rather than fat. With barely any salt or carbs, the baby food diet left his body flushing out water and burning through its energy reserves. He adds that the sheer lack of flavour in most of the products he consumed made it impossible to overeat. 'I'm starving,' he says at the end of day five. He gives the overall experience a score of 3/10, noting: 'If I didn't have the snacks or Pedialyte [baby formula rehydration drinks], it would've been a one.' Nutrition experts would be unlikely to recommend the plan. Baby food is designed for small children with developing digestive systems and contains limited salt, spices and fibre—not to mention little in the way of protein, unless fortified. Alves notes that even the baby yoghurts he tried were labelled as 'not containing live cultures,' meaning they were shelf-stable and lacked the gut-friendly bacteria found in regular yoghurt. 'I really thought this would be better,' he says. 'Even the formula tastes like poison. What are we giving our kids?' The challenge ends with Alves rewarding himself with a burrito, saying: 'We've got to start giving these to babies.' Alves has seen a rapid rise in fame over the past year, transitioning from sport to streaming. As a former offensive lineman for UCLA, he began posting gaming content and challenge videos under the name Killdozer in early 2025. His fanbase – known affectionately as 'Dozer Purists' – have praised the video's humour, but even die-hard supporters seem unlikely to replicate the diet themselves. 'Please do not do the baby food diet,' he says. 'I'm so glad I only did five days and not seven.' The baby‑food stunt follows another extreme diet challenge that made waves earlier this year. Alves himself has previously gone viral, after consuming nothing but protein shakes for a week. And Oklahoma City based YouTuber Joshua Allard, 25, gained attention after attempting to eat 150 eggs in five days. Allard said the egg-only diet left him bloated, tired and eating up to 30 eggs a day, but also noted unexpected benefits such as improved sleep and reduced appetite. The challenge sparked huge interest online, along with warnings from nutritionists who said such restrictive eating plans are unsustainable and lack essential nutrients. Like Alves's baby food challenge, it showed how extreme diets can lead to short-term weight loss—but may come with side effects and should not be taken as health advice.
