Yung Filly faces further sexual assault charges in Australia
The YouTuber and musician, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, appeared before Perth District Court in western Australia on Friday.
The 29-year-old social media star has been on bail since October 2024 after allegedly sexually assaulting a woman in a hotel room after a gig last year in Perth.
In March this year, he pleaded not guilty to three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm, one of strangulation and four counts of sexual penetration without consent.
Court documents filed on Friday revealed he faces two new counts of sexual penetration without consent.
No plea has yet been entered for these charges.
His case is due to be heard at a 10-day trial starting on 20 July 2026.
During his initial court hearing in October, Barrientos was granted bail with strict conditions and a personal undertaking of 100,000 Australian dollars (£52,000), as well as a surety of the same amount.
According to court documents, he pleaded guilty to a reckless driving charge on 5 December.
He had been caught driving at more than 96mph on the Roe Highway in eastern Perth on 17 November.
Barrientos rose to fame as a social media personality and rapper and has appeared on several BBC shows. He is known for working with Beta Squad - a YouTube collective.
He has also appeared on Soccer Aid and The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer on Channel 4.

An Australian airdresser has faced backlash after sharing a video touching and playing with a cruise ship worker's braided hair. Perth hairdresser and salon owner of Circles of Hair, Sharlene Lee, was on a seven-night cruise of the Greek Islands aboard the Ritz-Carlton earlier this month. Ms Lee, who has been a salon owner for more than 30 years, befriended one of the yacht staff members - a woman from South Africa. Ms Lee asked for permission to touch her hair and share their interaction in a video posted to social media. 'Oh my god your hair is beautiful, how long does it take for you to do this,' Ms Lee said. The woman explained it took seven hours for her hairstylist with the help of her husband to complete the braids. Fascinated with the woman's braids, Ms Lee was seen grabbing her hair, twirling it in her hands, and even stroking the woman's head. 'Omg it is so beautiful. Is it heavy? Oh my god, this is so good,' Ms Lee said as she tried to style the woman's ponytail into a bun. Ms Lee said the braided style was not something she could do in her salon in Perth and asked the woman how much it costs to braid her head of hair. To much of Ms Lee's disbelief, the woman said she paid a total of $30 to have her hair braided which included $10 for the synthetic hair and $20 for the labour. Ms Lee asked a second female worker, who joined the conversation, why she did not have braids as she reached to touch her hair. The worker dodged Ms Lee's touch and jokingly claimed horse hair was used to create her colleagues braids. 'Horse hair?,' Ms Lee said. 'Is this horse hair? Are you wearing a horse?' The video ended with Ms Lee embracing the female worker, stating 'this girl, on the Ritz Carlton, has been amazing and she has the most amazing hair'. Social media users were not impressed with Ms Lee's constant touching, with many claiming she was invading the woman's personal space. 'The lady clearly looks uncomfortable with her touching it over and over again! Touch it once and ask the question,' one person commented. 'White women should not be going around trying to touch the hair of people of colour. Is commonly known that this is disrespectful,' a second person wrote. 'Please don't reach over and touch peoples may say you got permission however I seen the second lady recoil when you took the liberty to try and touch her head,' a third said. A fourth person added: 'She let you touch her hair which is fine but there's a point where you let go. Not keep flipping it upside down and on top of her head'. A fifth person wrote: 'You're treating her as if she's part of an exhibition.' Ms Lees fired back at the comments, claiming she asked the woman for permission before touching her hair and sharing the video to her social media account. 'She asked me to touch her hair and we then did a video,' she said. 'She absolutely gave me permission babe no questions about that.' Many others backed Ms Lee and argued hairdresser's should be allowed to touch people's hair. 'Stop gas lighting. She is a hairdresser. It's innate to handle hair etc & most importantly she has consent!,' a second person commented. 'Y'all complaining about the hair touching but the lady doesn't seem uncomfortable at all,' a third chimed.

Music teacher allegedly challenged underage girls to kiss each other during game of truth or dare
A music teacher allegedly instructed two underage girls to kiss each other during a game of truth or dare before she sexually abused one of them, later telling the teen she was 'so in love with her' but would have to wait until she turned 17. Adelaide educator and flautist Janelle Colville Fletcher is standing trial in the South Australian District Court over the allegations regarding the teenage girls. She has pleaded not guilty to one count each of sexual abuse of a child and communicating with intent to make a child amenable to sexual activity. Prosecutor Chris Allen told the court Fletcher allegedly dared the two girls to kiss one another while in her early 30s, the Adelaide Advertiser reported. After one of the girls went to sleep, Fletcher then allegedly continued to engage in sexual acts with the other girl, the prosecutor told the court. Mr Allen accused Fletcher of engaging in 'two or more' sexual acts with the girl and continuing a relationship with her for several months. He referred to text and email exchanges between Fletcher and the teen, which allegedly included the teacher telling the girl she was 'so in love with her'. She is also accused of actively attempting to conceal her behaviour by allegedly instructing the girl to disguise her name in her contacts list. She also allegedly told the teenage girl not to speak about her. 'Right now we can't be open,' she allegedly wrote in one text. 'We have to continue as we are, in secret. I don't know if that is fair on you.' Mr Allen also accused Fletcher of giving the teenage girl several gifts for her birthday, including underwear, and taking her to a photo booth. The girl ended the relationship with Fletcher a few months later, the court heard. Both of her alleged victims are expected to give evidence at trial.

Shocking twist after two teens were charged over the death of a Queensland millionaire during an alleged violent break-in
Two teens charged with the murder of a man found dead in the front yard of his home have lengthy criminal histories and were allegedly involved in at least two robberies in the days prior. Zdravko Bilic, 57, the husband of skincare mogul Gry Tomte, was allegedly stabbed outside the couple's home in Warana on Queensland 's Sunshine Coast, on Monday. Emergency services rushed to the scene after a neighbour reported Mr Bilic was unresponsive in his front yard. He is believed to have been stabbed twice in the stomach after he allegedly confronted a thief breaking into his $2.5million five-bedroom home. Police made a breakthrough on Thursday morning when they charged two teenage boys, aged 15 and 17, with murder. One was arrested as he got off a bus, while the other was arrested on a street on Wednesday night. New details emerged when the teens appeared in Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Thursday, where they were remanded in custody. The court heard that both the parents of one boy were in prison, while the other teen was in foster care. It's understood both teens were known to police and the Department of Child Safety, The Courier Mail reported. Police will allege the boys were involved in another break-in on the night of the alleged murder, and another in the days prior. 'We will be alleging a number of break-and-enters for the boys,' Detective Inspector Chris Toohey said. 'The vehicle was a stolen car from Brisbane, there were linked offences to that car and they have been charged with some of those offences.' He added that investigations into Mr Bilic's death continue. Police have also located the alleged murder weapon – a knife – which is undergoing forensic testing. The matter has been adjourned and will return to court on September 10. Thursday's breakthrough came as Ms Tomte, the founder of HÜD Skin and Body clinic, opened up about the heartbreak of losing her 'entire world' of 28 years. 'We were complete opposites – and together we made a whole. 'He selflessly, and with much pride, stood in the shadows and pushed me forward. 'But apart from being my world, and that of his family and close friends, he was so much to others too.' She recalled how one neighbour described him as 'the whole street's favourite person.' 'If you've had the privilege of being in Zed's presence, you'll know that he was literal sunshine. And the world is a little less bright without him in it,' Ms Tomte said.
