McGregor - wearing sunglasses and a white hat - smiled with his fiancee - who dressed in a blue swimsuit.
They were joined by all four of their children for the snap, Conor Jr, eight, Croia, six, Rian four and Mack, one at a waterpark in Italy.
McGregor whisked his partner away to Sardinia to celebrate his 37th birthday amid a cloud of controversy.
The Sun first reported how the multimillionaire fighter was caught appearing to kiss a mystery woman on a beach in Florida.
Just days later, McGregor was spotted with the same woman enjoying a meal in Fort Lauderdale.
To make matters worse, American rapper Azealia Banks accused McGregor of sending her unsolicited nude photos.
The alleged naked pictures were then posted online - and later deleted - by the New York performer.
Just days later, McGregor was snapped packing on the PDA with Dee -who he proposed to in 2020 but is yet to marry - on a yacht in Italy.
And she posted: "Happy Birthday to the person who always keeps Dee entertained and makes her smile."
Rumours have been rife about the state of their relationship but a source told the Daily Mail: "We are being told to believe that this is a happy, loving relationship behind all the headlines.

"I think a lot of things clearly point to the fact that she is not.
"From early on in the relationship, she has had a great deal to cope with. I would be very concerned with how much she can take."
McGregor has not fought since July 2021 - when he brutally broke his leg against Dustin Poirier.
A toe injury last June also forced McGregor out of his proposed comeback bout against Michael Chandler in Las Vegas.
Further controversies outside of the cage have also kept the former UFC champion from returning to action with his fighting future in doubt.
In December, McGregor was found liable for assault in a civil case against him dating back to 2018.
The court heard how the professional fighter was said to have "brutally raped and battered" Nikita Hand in a penthouse at the Beacon Hotel.
McGregor - who was ordered to pay Ms Hand about £206,000 in damages and pay her legal costs - has since sought an appeal.
McGregor also punched a man in an Ibiza nightclub in June - with The Sun capturing the shocking moment.
But the man - who works for Wayne Lineker - did not press charges.
McGregor has recently claimed he is back in the UFC's drug testing pool in a bid to make a return to the cage.

Ferguson has also been known to have passed on advice to his former players who have moved into management, with may have been a topic broached during their subsequent meal. Carrick had served as manager of Middlesbrough from October 2022 until his sacking back in June. He had guided the club to the Championship play-offs in his first campaign but suffered defeat in the semi-finals, before eighth and 10th place finished in his next two seasons in charge. Ferdinand's podcast with Carrick had included a discussion about Ferguson's impact on his career, as well as his time as a coach at Man United under Jose Mourinho and Ole Gunnar Solskjær.

Rock legend Gavin Rossdale reveals dream of returning to Glasto and why he needs to be on his best behaviour
Gavin Rossdale has spent three decades in the rock 'n' roll spotlight since the release of Bush's debut album Sixteen Stone and admits he's always on his best behaviour now. 'I've been thinking about the kind of people who would pay to do me in,' Gavin laughs as I join him at the Sound Studio in London to celebrate the release of Bush 's tenth record, I Beat Loneliness. 9 'I'm at the point where I'm a really successful working musician. 'I can never go anywhere where I'm anonymous. 'My behaviour has to be really excellent at all times because there's always someone with a camera phone — but I'm not like Kanye West.' The record, with brilliant tracks like The Land of Milk and Honey and Everyone Is Broken, is an ode, Gavin says, to Bush's fans, who have been with them since they broke into the scene in 1995. 'I wanted to make a record for the people who have gotten stuff from our records,' Gavin explains. 'It's about me, but I realised that I'm no different than anyone else. 'I think that everyone is just fighting different battles at all times. But it's important to have so much fun in life. Keep him grounded 'Life is beautiful, but it has its kind of moments where just out of nowhere, people will just f**k with you or life f**ks with you and things happen to you, to people you love. 'So writing a record that spoke to that experience just seemed the most valuable thing to do.' He adds: 'Plus, I don't have any stories of holidays on yachts. So I didn't know what to write about. "Every time I look at Instagram, I go, 'Why is that not me?' Leo [DiCaprio ] has never invited me anywhere.' Gavin is now based in the US but he returned to the UK to walk his model daughter Daisy Lowe down the aisle this month. Back in the US, it's his sons, Kingston, Zuma and Apollo, from his marriage to Gwen Stefani, who keep him grounded. 'My recording room is in the bedroom between two of my kids' rooms,' Gavin says. 'I did a remix of Machinehead, one of our earliest songs, and to be honest, I was impressed with myself. "And my 17-year-old son, who's a really good guitar player, walks in and he goes, 'You're not releasing that?' 'I was like, 'What do you mean?' He goes, 'You're taking legend and you're really destroying it.'' Recalling another grounding incident from Kingston, Gavin adds: 'We were on holiday and I was going on tour two days later. "I had guitars in the house that had been used by the kids and I didn't get a chance to practice. 'I started to play one of the songs and he walked in and he goes, 'Do you want any help with that?' 'I took the bait. I was like, 'Look at this house. This is how we got here!' 'I was super defensive. But he was right. I hadn't been playing so I was a bit fingers and thumbs. "He caught me on an upswing. I was like, 'Come to see our second night on tour and then you'll see, son.'' Bush's new album is the perfect follow-up to 2022's The Art of Survival with Scars and I'm Here to Save Your Life proof that Gavin is still a killer songwriter. 9 He says: 'When you've made a lot of records you do think, does anyone need any more. 'But then you have people say, 'Please don't stop making records.' A girl said this to me outside the back of a gig. 'And that stuck with me.' Next in the works for Gavin and Bush is a UK tour, which will hopefully become a reality next year after they've finished supporting Volbeat. 'The idea of doing that Volbeat tour is to sort of stoke the fires,' Gavin says. 'It's a wild, competitive world. And if you don't take things personally, like for me, I haven't played enough of those festivals. 'But instead of moaning about it, it's just sort of like, get out there, make a great record, do a great show all across Europe and then see what happens.' Glastonbury 2027 could also be in the pipeline — with the festival's next date coinciding with the 25th anniversary of Bush last playing there. 'I thought we did quite well when we played there, but we never went back so it could be time,' says Gavin. 'I would love to play Glastonbury. I still remember that show. 'It's brilliant and it would be 25 years . . .' All the more reason to get Emily Eavis on the blower then, Gavin. While no-one expects the Spanish Inquisition, we always anticipated our list of the 20 best TV comedy sketches of all time to prompt some reader reaction. And react you did, piling in with suggestions (over a 1000 of them) for other great comedic moments. Some, we're shocked we missed out from our list (Two Soups with Julie Walters – of course!) others, well, if we're being pedantic, they're not from sketch shows (Del Boy falling through the bar), but we can't deny they're perfect distillations of TV humour. Here then is a brand-new list, taken entirely from Telegraph readers' feedback. From Mitchell and Webb, to Morecambe and Wise via Hale and Pace; wrap your laughing gear around this little lot. The best Monty Python sketches Dead Parrot is well-known but I wouldn't put it in the top 10 even of Python sketches. Duncan Cameron Two Soups (Victoria Wood: As Seen on TV, 1986) Two Soups with Julie Walters playing an elderly waitress. Rosemary Wildish 'Waitress' by Victoria Wood, which most people call 'two soups', with Dame Julie Walters in the eponymous role is hilarious. Vicki Lester Guide Cat (Hale and Pace, 1989) I vote for Hale and Pace, The Guide Cat. Denise Henderson-Cleland 10 Pound Note (Dave Allen, 1972) One sketch by Dave Allen always receives uncontrolled laughter by non-English speakers. I can't remember the name, but it's the one where Allen and about 20 other people are waiting in a cafe for a vehicle owner to return to a car which has a 10 pound note trapped under one wheel. Excellent! Brit In Exile Working Class Playwright (Monty Python, 1969) Morecambe and Wise with 'Andrew Preview' should be at number one, but one of my personal favourites is the Monty Python parody of the 'Working Class Playwright with the Coal Miner Son'. A hilarious parody. Coming from near Barnsley, and a child of the 50 and 60s it never ceases to make me laugh. Trish Beech The Evil Voice (That Mitchell and Webb Look, 2009) No Mitchell and Webb? The Evil Voice sketch is a work of observational genius. David Harris The Breakfast Sketch (Morecambe and Wise, 1976) Morecambe and Wise cooking eggs, one of the funniest sketches ever made. Almost anything with Dave Allen. Helen Walshe Del Boy falls through the Bar (Only Fools and Horses, 1989) Where is the Only Fools And Horses sketch where Del Boy falls through the bar counter that isn't there? Ian Breach Dame Shirley Bassey performs Smoke Gets in Your Eyes (Morecambe and Wise, 1971) Never tire of Shirley Bassey singing Smoke Gets in Your Eye on Morecambe and Wise. Amazing how she got through it without laughing. Chris Dodson The School Master (1979) Rowan Atkinson's schoolteacher taking the register? Dibble? Ponsonby Minor? David David The Fish Slapping Dance (Monty Python, 1971) Loved the Monty Python fish slapping dance. Love the Harry Enfield football sketch, the Arsenal team of 1936 Vs the current day.
