Aside from painting, Zainab is a tailor-made perfumer who offers custom-made fragrances based on her artistic insight. She also maintains a lifestyle blog 'Once Upon The Skin,' where she expresses her love for skincare and perfumery.
Zainab also dabbled in the world of acting, with a small role in the movie Meenaxi: A Tale of Three Cities, which was directed by M.F. Husain.

Akhil and Zainab's engagement was in a private ceremony on November 26, 2024, at Akkineni house in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The news came from Nagarjuna when he shared his happiness on social media, saying, "We are delighted to share the engagement of our son, Akhil Akkineni, with our daughter-in-law-to-be, Zainab Ravdjee! We couldn't be happier to have Zainab join our family."
