Influencer's breast implant slid into her ARMPIT after she botched her own boob job with one simple mistake

Daily Maila day ago
A popular influencer has admitted to botching her own boob job through a careless mistake.
Maddison Steiner, who boasts half a million followers on social media, went under the knife last year for a breast augmentation following the birth of her son.
Describing her breasts as a 'deflated B-cup', the 25-year-old opted for 360cc implants placed over the muscle.
The procedure was billed as '48-hour rapid recovery' and Steiner said that she felt ready to return to everyday life by the 72-hour mark.
However, the influencer failed to heed the strict instructions her plastic surgeon had given her regarding her post-op recovery.
'I started lifting my toddler, even though my surgeon had specifically advised against lifting anything — including children — for six weeks,' she told People.
'I misunderstood the instructions and thought it only applied to lifting things above my head, not to all lifting in general,' she added.
Within the next few weeks, Steiner realized that one of her implants had shifted dramatically.
In a horrifying turn, it then slid into her armpit when she got into bed.
Her surgeon swiftly scheduled her in for a revision surgery, which she said was far more painful than the initial procedure.
'My surgeon had to manually stitch the implant pockets to tighten them and prevent further shifting,' she said.
When she woke up from the revision surgery, Steiner admits that she thought she'd been 'botched'.
'I started crying because the way he had tucked my breast to help the pocket heal made everything look very strange,' she said.
However, within a few weeks the implants settled, just as her surgeon promised they would, and she's now thrilled with the results.
Celebrity surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar, who has not treated Steiner, told DailyMail.com that it's extremely important for patients to follow post-op instructions.
'First and foremost, always read your surgeon's post-operative instructions and go over them with the surgeon if you have any questions or confusion about the details,' he explained.
'Most surgeons have protocols in place to improve the outcome of the results to the best of their ability.'
Dr. Dugar, whose patients include Sami Sheen and Dayna Kathan, then shared some of the dos and don'ts of breast augmentations.
'With breast surgery, limited motion and limited lifting of usually anything over 10lbs is recommended in the first few weeks for optimal healing,' he explained.
'Lifting heavy objects causes strain on the muscles and tissues which have been recently manipulated during surgery therefore increasing the risk of bleeding or pulling of the sutures.'
He also said that it's important to weigh up what kind of implants you're getting and not to make any rash decisions.
'Always consider worst case scenario that you are more comfortable with: some patients regret going too small, some regret going too big, some regret scars, some regret loss of nipple sensation, some regret the risks of Breast Implant Illness, asymmetry or overall placement and pole location,' he said.
'Discuss these concerns with your surgeon so you can err on the side for each of these you are more comfortable with.'
And lastly, Dr. Dugar said that it's important to get advice from medical professionals and not internet forums and social media.
'Avoid taking online postoperative advice from social media or reddit or other platforms,' he urged.
'While it's great for transparency for so many people to share their journeys online, it's also dangerous as they could accidentally be giving medical advice without a medical degree,' he continued.
'They are also giving advice from their perspective of one procedure performed on them, instead of a global advice based on treating thousands of patients.'

Coco Austin's latest 'micro thong' snaps leave fans stunned in her wildest post yet

On Tuesday, Nicole 'Coco' Austin stunned her captive, combined 14.4M social media following by sharing gratuitous snaps of her famously curvaceous 'booty' which had been specifically 'requested' by fans. The 46-year-old buxom model left very little to the imagination posing in her star-spangled micro-thong bikini on the Fourth of July while poolside in what might have been Arizona as she had stopped by the spa AZ Body Bar in Gilbert on June 27. 'We asked for the back,' Instagram user @gilramz commented with excited emojis. 'We got the back.' Instagram user @peril_la_tigre jokingly wrote: 'The [1999 Sisqó] song says, "let me see your thong" - yours plain disappeared!' 'That booty has to be deemed one of the wonders of the world at this point,' Instagram user @d_bo_fresh marveled. 'Love ya @coco!' And Instagram user @ang6007 wanted a Kylie Jenner-style breakdown of Coco's secret: 'Seriously what are you doing? Fat transfers? No way your booty is getting bigger over 45. Mine has grown in gym and I know fat transfers help too. Keep it real sis.' Back in 2012, Austin appeared on the sydnicated talk show The Doctors where plastic surgeon Dr. Andrew Ordon performed an ultrasound to scan for butt implants, and he quickly declared: 'Coco's buttocks are 100% real.' However, in nineties-era modeling snaps the Tarzana-born, Albuquerque-raised bombshell Instastoried on Tuesday, her derrière appeared much smaller and more natural. Coco has clearly undergone the same suspicious hip and rear-boosting tactics as celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.
