Porsha Drops a Bombshell on Drew's Love Life to a Producer: "Can Y'all Take That Out?"

Yahoo06-06-2025
Porsha Williams sat down to sip hot tea with Drew Sidora on The Real Housewives of Atlanta — but ended up spilling some of her own.
While the two attempted to make amends amid their ongoing friendship drama during RHOA Season 16, Episode 13, Porsha explained that Dennis McKinley "wanted to make it clear" that he's "not the one" Drew was hooking up with. Then, she casually mentioned "the guy, Black, who you're dating or whatever."
Instantly taken aback, Drew asked, "My friend?" and denied the rumor's accuracy. "I would not jeopardize my future with my kids to start dating. I'm going through a divorce,' she replied, referencing her "very messy" ongoing legal battle with estranged husband Ralph Pittman. "That's a friend. Listen, I'm not dating anybody. I don't have a boyfriend. So, for the record, we're gonna clear that."
Later, when a producer asked how Porsha found out "Drew and Black were dating," she blabbed, "Dennis told me," quickly realizing her slip-up.

"Did I say that before? Is that new?" she questioned. "Ooh, was I not supposed to say that? Can y'all take that out?"
Prior to that, the only intel viewers had gotten from Porsha and Dennis' conversation about Drew in Episode 9 was the latter saying, "I'm not the one hittin' it." When his ex-fiancée asked who was, then, all he said back on camera was, "It ain't me." (During and Episode 10 dinner with Porsha and Shamea Morton, Ralph also vaguely alluded to Drew having "somebody else that she was dealing with," who was not Dennis.)
During their ill-fated sitdown, Drew also mentioned internet chatter about Porsha dating a famous rapper to illustrate that they could "throw things out there all day" about each other's personal lives. After denying the speculation, Porsha insisted that her intentions in bringing up Drew's love life weren't malicious.
"Why would you let rumors about you and Dennis linger?" she wondered in a confessional. "If you're dating Dennis, you're dating Dennis. But if you really aren't and you're with Black, claim Black. But instead, I'm met with anger, aggression. It's kind of annoying. Like, I just wanna be good."

Later, when both sat down for the first group dinner on the Grenada trip, the topic arose again, with Porsha citing Drew's repeating gossip about her dating life as an example of why they couldn't move forward with a friendship. When the latter pointed out that she'd done the same to her, the Pampered by Porsha founder attempted to defend herself once again.
"I literally brought up Black because the whole narrative that you say you've been trying to clear up is that you [and Dennis] aren't sleeping together, right?" she said. "So, if you're already dating this guy named Black, why did you let it go so far? Just say this is who I'm really with."

Drew, again, denied the dating rumors, however, telling Porsha to not "throw out … what the streets are saying."
Nobody, according to Drew — at least not seriously, anyway. While chatting with Cynthia Bailey in Grenada, she revealed, "I am not dating. … I've been, obviously, meeting people. And it's good to have, like, a friendship, I'll say that."
When Cynthia suggested Drew has "friends with benefits," she shot that down, too, maintaining that her "friendship" was strictly platonic and, again, blaming her ongoing divorce and "very petty" estranged husband for why she's avoiding any serious romance.
More recently, Drew updated Cynthia on The Real Housewives of Atlanta After Show that she had casually "gone out on dates," but a "real commitment" still wasn't even on her radar. Citing Ralph-induced trust issues, she further admitted to not being "in the healthiest of places to even date someone" or "100 percent available to want to go down that road."

Stephen A. Smith hits back at Michelle Obama, ‘still … salty' at her Trump vote comments

Stephen A. Smith has hit back at Michelle Obama. The former First Lady took a jab at Smith's employer, ESPN, name-dropping the longtime host and saying the network's shows were like watching reality television, namely 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta.' Advertisement 'It's all a sociological study. They think that sports is better reality TV, I'm like, 'It's the same thing.' If I listen to ESPN for an hour, it's like watching the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta,' you know?' Obama said on her brother Craig's 'IMO' podcast. 'It's the same drama, and they're yelling at each other, and they don't get along, you know? I mean, Stephen A. Smith, he's just like every other. . . . 'So, that's why I'm like, 'what's the difference?' It's just, you know, it's just sociological drama,' added Obama. 'I mean, the fact that people over seasons of working still can't get along. They still have the same arguments, you know, and it's not just women. But this happens in sports, too. I find it fascinating.' Those comments found their way to Smith himself, and he used them as an opportunity not necessarily to respond back, but voice his opinion on one of her strategies while campaigning for Kamala Harris last year. 3 Michelle Obama on her podcast 'IMO' talking about how ESPN is reality tv. Michelle Obama / YouTube Advertisement 'When you were campaigning on behalf of the former Vice President Kamala Harris … you said a vote for [President Donald] Trump was a vote against you and a vote against y'all as women. I want to say for the record – I took major offense to that.' Smith admitted. 'I think to this day is the only thing that I didn't like that you said, I didn't appreciate it. Because there's so many things that go into deciding where your vote is going to go. For some people, it's all about the economy. For others, it's all about national security. 'For some people, it is immigration. For some people, it's safety in the streets of America. Long before they think about pro-choice or pro-life.' 3 Stephen A. NBAE via Getty Images Advertisement Smith reiterated that he voted for Harris and 'wouldn't vote for Trump,' but 'wasn't excited' how casting his vote for the former vice president 'particularly after I heard about some of the shenanigans that the Democratic Party was engaging in leading up to the election. 'But I'm talking specifically to you, Madam First Lady. You are not just beloved, you are revered. You are sensational in so many ways. I've been on the record on this show and many others stating had you run for president, you would have beat Trump. I still believe that … I believe if your husband elected to come back, he would beat Trump. That's my personal belief . . .' Smith continued. Smith then got into Obama's comments about ESPN, saying he disagreed with those as well. 3 A logo sign at the entrance to the ESPN headquarters on November 03, 2024 in Bristol, Connecticut. Getty Images Advertisement 'So this doesn't have anything to do with what you were talking about, how sports and reality TV mirror one another, even though we would beg to differ. Because a lot of things on reality TV are made-up situations and scenarios to provoke reactions and all of that stuff. 'We're at sports, that's live entertainment, and you're actually competing against one another is big time. No, reality TV is not like that. You're so wrong about that, about that assertion, but that's neither here nor there. . . . 'You will never hear me utter a negative word about you, but I respectfully disagreed and still remain pretty salty about what you said about us,' Smith said, adding that he felt Obama 'sort of blackmail[ed] us emotionally into trying to compel us to vote one way or another.' Perhaps we may get another episode of this apparent Obama-Smith beef.

General Hospital's Nina is heartbroken, but I'm finding it hard to feel bad for her

When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. Finally! The worst-kept secret in Port Charles is finally out as General Hospital's Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) has learned about Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) sleeping together before she got involved with the loathsome congressman. Curtis (Donnell Turner) spilled the beans to Willow before she walked down the aisle to marry Drew, hoping Willow would end things with Drew and Drew would pack up and move to Washington, DC. Considering she spends the end of the July 25 episode walking down the aisle of the church, I can't say whether she'll break up with Drew for good or not. I'm holding out hope that this spells the end of #Drillow, but her thinking is so warped these days, she may marry him if she believes it will help win her kids back in court. Now, before Willow actually started walking down the aisle in her wedding dress, she had the ultimate showdown with Nina in a room in the back of the church. MacMullen offered some great scenes as Willow, blasting her bio mom for holding this salacious secret for over a year. Willow blamed Nina for watching as she destroyed her marriage and family by falling for a man who had been lying to her from the beginning. She even blamed Nina for losing custody of her children to Michael (Rory Gibson). In an especially gut-wrenching scene, Willow claimed to be envious of Nelle (Chloe Lanier), who was fortunate enough to go to her grave not knowing Nina was her biological mother. Talk about an 'ouch moment.' Before Nina slunk off in tears, Willow made it crystal clear that she was done with Nina and wanted nothing more to do with her. This all brings me to my point. Although Nina was sobbing in tears, knowing she hurt her only living child and realizing Willow may never speak to her again, I don't feel bad for her. The Crimson Magazine editor has had ample opportunity to tell Willow the truth. She could have told her daughter about her romps in the hay with Drew way back when Willow first expressed an interest in Drew and kissed him. Nina could have also shared the truth with Willow any time before she officially divorced Michael. Heck, Nina revealing the truth could have spared Willow a painful custody hearing, one she lost. What doesn't help my callous feelings toward Nina is the fact that she didn't learn a lesson from her marriage to Sonny (Maurice Benard). That relationship imploded because Nina kept lying instead of being honest. They'd arguably still be together if she realized that most people don't like being lied to, no matter how hard the truth is to receive. Perhaps if Nina is subjected to more cruelty from Willow, I'll find an ounce of sympathy for her. But for now, I'm just shrugging my shoulders. On a final note, do you think like I do that Willow may be headed for a stint in Ferncliff? New episodes of General Hospital air on weekdays on ABC. If you miss an episode, you can catch up on Hulu. General Hospital spoilers: Willow and Michael face two big obstacles to a reunion?

When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. You'd be hard pressed to find a General Hospital fan that's not applauding the downfall of Drew (Cameron Mathison) and the end of the dreaded #Drillow. Finally aware that he slept with her mother, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) scolded Drew in an epic showdown on her would-be wedding day and swore to be done with him for good. It may have taken over a year for us to get here, but thankfully, we've made it and Willow has woken up. While we suppose there is always a chance that Drew could manage to sweet-talk Willow back into a reconciliation, we actually think she meant what she said when she professed to being done with the congressman. Sleeping with Nina (Cynthia Watros) was one thing, but manipulating her children (i.e., making sure Wylie [Viron Weaver] heard him stating Michael [Rory Gibson] didn't want him anymore) placed him in a place there's no coming back from. With that being said, and now that Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) is out of the picture, some General Hospital fans believe a reunion is in the cards for Michael and Willow. Since this is the soap world, we certainly can't rule that out. However, there is so much bad blood between the exes that they'd have to be really committed to doing the hard work and have a love that's still there to get past all of their transgressions. We've taken the liberty to come up with two of the biggest hurdles to a #Millow reunion, and that starts with Willow herself. In the aftermath of losing custody of her children, Willow stalked Sasha and baby Daisy as payback. Willow's actions went so far that she sent Sasha packing, leaving Michael without ready access to his newborn daughter. If Michael were to ever learn that, he'd likely become enraged. Sadly, with Drew having an inkling of Willow's heinous actions and him being Drew, we can't rule out that he'll tell Michael to sabotage a reconciliation. A second obstacle comes in the form of Mini-Carly, aka Josslyn (Eden McCoy). We'd usually say Mama Bear Carly (Laura Wright) would be strictly opposed to Michael and Willow getting back together, but Carly, at her core, has always liked Willow. She loathes that Willow hurt her son, but Carly was like a mother figure to Willow at one point, and they shared a close bond before Drew. Carly may have blasted Willow several times when news of the affair broke, even likening Willow to Nelle (Chloe Lanier), but we think Carly always felt bad that Willow allowed herself to be manipulated by Drew. Plus, Carly may not cause too much of a fuss about a possible reunion if she knows it will make her grandchildren happy, and a reunion is done in a truthful and non-toxic manner. This brings us back to Josslyn. The newly minted WSB agent loves her brother and has scolded Willow more than anyone has. Josslyn is very protective of her brother and may not want to see him go down a path with Willow that sees him hurting again. While soapy affairs aren't new, and Josslyn herself has cheated in a relationship, Willow cheated with her husband's uncle, good friend and business partner wrapped in one. That's pretty low. And Josslyn may love her nephew and niece, but we wouldn't put it past her to devise a scheme to ensure Michael and Willow become nothing more than good co-parents. So, are Willow and Michael going to try and reconcile? Would they stand a chance with her secret about Sasha and Daisy out there, or with Josslyn around Port Charles?
