These Noyz Body Mists Are So Unique — & Linger On Your Skin All Day
All linked products are independently selected by our editors. If you purchase any of these products, we may earn a commission. ICYMI, body mists have very much re-entered the chat. What used to be a teenage beauty staple has emerged as one of the fastest-growing categories in fragrance. It's not hard to see why body mists have received so much love on TikTok: they present a low-commitment and affordable way to trial a scent — something many perfumes don't offer. But among the sea of body sprays that will make you smell like tropical fruit punch and sugary desserts, there's one editor-favorite brand that has unveiled something decidedly edgier and more grown-up. Enter: Noyz. Advertisement ADVERTISEMENT They're just as interesting and complex as the brand's eaux de parfum — only breezier, more affordable, and far more wearable for summer. Ahead, three R29 beauty editors each picked their favorite from the lineup. 'I am not speaking from personal experience here, but I can only imagine that Listen, Honey smells like what it felt like to be popular in high school. It reminds me of an elevated version of the beloved Victoria's Secret body mists, which is to say that it's sexy, feminine, but also a little unexpected. Personally, I find that gourmand scents can go from delicious to overpowering very quickly, but Noyz has really nailed the blend of honey, caramelly notes with amber, jasmine, and cardamom for a hint of spice. It lingers beautifully on my skin, hair, and clothes all day, and lasts longer than most other body sprays I've tried. It's warm and sensual, but not heady whatsoever. Plus, the 8.1 fluid ounce bottle will last me ages before having to repurchase.' — Karina Hoshikawa, senior writer Advertisement ADVERTISEMENT Salty Hair & Body Fragrance Mist 'The office erupted in compliments when Venus sprayed this last week, and I think that tells you everything you need to know about this body mist. I was thrilled to be the one taking it home to test. Beachy fragrances are my go-to; anything that smells like sipping a piña colada while wrapped in a sun-warmed towel after a dip in the ocean gets my vote. This one's fresh, thanks to pink sea salt and marine accord — like sea spray in the air — but golden waterlily and pineapple add a lusher, lightly floral edge. Salty reminds me so much of Floral Street's Arizona Bloom, but it's a touch more wearable — lighter, airier, and perfect for hot, humid days when you want to feel (and smell) clean but not soapy. While the staying power isn't as impressive as the brand's eau de parfum range, it sticks around much longer than most mists I've tried. I can't get enough.' — Jacqueline Kilikita, beauty director 'I normally steer clear of citrus scents since I find the smell too similar to cleaning products, but Juicy Chaos surprised me in the best way. By injecting spicy ginger extract and earthy vetiver into the mix, perfumer Jérôme Epinette has managed to capture the energizing aspects of Spanish orange and mandarins while giving it dimension. There's a slightly bitter zestiness to the scent — like biting on an orange rind straight from the fridge — which makes it refreshing without being too basic or saccharine. After the juicy top notes fade, the grounding moss and warm amber keep you company for the rest of the day. The dry-down unfolds with the nuance of a high-end eau de parfum, which makes this an absolute steal at $42. If you're the type of sophisticated adult that stocks your bathroom with hand wash from Aesop or Malin + Goetz, this one is very much up your street.' — Venus Wong, senior writer Shop Noyz's body mist collection Advertisement ADVERTISEMENT

Who Needs a Labubu When You Could Have a Fried Chicken Bag Charm?
is the commerce writer at Eater, and an award-winning writer with bylines in GQ, VICE, The Daily Beast, and other publications. A curious home cook with a deep love of Polish cabbage rolls, her devotion to food service journalism knows no bounds. As lovers of all things food-related, the Eater shopping team is understandably passionate about paying sartorial homage to our love of filthy vodka martinis, mall pretzels, and Aperol spritzes. There's a special sense of camaraderie in the air when a fellow pickle-lover is spotted in the wild courtesy of a realistic pickle keychain; our love of food can feel so personal that it's a bit like spotting someone on vacation in a T-shirt of your favorite local band. When it comes to food-themed style moments, there's the bold (a radicchio-print dress) but also the more understated (a martini cell phone chain). The current accessory du jour: bag charms, which have taken off amid the popularity of 'Birkinifying' bags — named for Jane Birkin's practice of adorning her Hermès bag with scarves, tags, and keychains — and in the context of a larger consumer shift towards quirky accessories. In an interview with the New York Times about the trend, Marissa Galante Frank, Bloomingdale's fashion director for accessories and beauty, said that she noticed shoppers 'craving a way to show their personal style,' and that charms are 'a way to make a more serious handbag feel unique.' So it only makes sense that we, as food lovers, would want to deck out our bags with unique food-themed charms and keychains. There's the classic hot-sauce-as-keychain bit, which truly never gets old — check out this interchangeable sauce keychain flight from Tabasco — as well as newer bag swag splendors, like the Instagram-viral Loewe tomato bag charm: Fashion and lifestyle brands have become increasingly smitten with food-themed apparel and accessories recently, and the exploding popularity of bag charms has yielded a treasure trove of options for every kind of food freak and every budget. Thankfully, you don't have to spend $650 at a luxury Spanish fashion house to bring home a tasty food- or drink-themed bag charm or keychain, and your devoted Eater shopping team (hi) has trawled the internet to bring you the coolest bag charms for making your farmers market tote turn heads at the berry stands. Let's accessorize — and maybe make those Labubus a little jealous. This homage to Diet Coke The Japanese-inspired brand Smoko makes all kinds of cute food-themed home goods that are worthy of your next White Elephant party (see: this ambient dumpling light), including this metallic diet soda bag charm. For the lover of martinis and tapas Prove your martini fealty with a string of Castelvetrano olives as a keychain, or go for Michael Kors' metallic gold and silver martini bag charm. This designer banana is 60% off This Italian-made banana is admittedly a splurge, but it's one that will always stay ripe. Plus, it comes with the option of either a lobster clasp or a keychain. This tiny orange bag charm can hold your loose change Things that this delightful five inch-wide orange bag charm can also hold: mints, lip balm, condoms, magic beans — the options are endless. Auntie Anne's has entered the chat In addition to both the lobster clasp and keychain, this faux pretzel is made out of brass, which means it can handle all of the brouhaha of big city life (i.e. clanging against subway poles, your crush's drink spilling). Fasten a bundle of fruit to your farmers market tote Take your pick of these miniature avocados, oranges, lemons, potatoes, or peppers in recycled produce bags. You're partial to ketchup on your chicken nuggets, fries, and fried chicken I had a dream last night that every one of these was fastened to Jane Birkin's Birkin. Fendi's deliciously detailed leather bag charms Somewhere, there is a timeline in which I dip my fries into Kewpie mayonnaise on a yacht off the coast of Mallorca, whilst paying close attention not to stain my truly artisanal, $1,000 leather bag charms from Fendi. You save all of your ketchup packets In the poetic words of Moda Opernadi, it's 'a sachet of sauce, made from glossy red capra leather' complete with a tear marker. Details, my friend. It's always an Aperol spritz summer The beauty's in the details of the sparkling bag charm, which has different crystals and beads to bring dimension to its design. This elegant egg Next stop? Boston's Age Strong Commission expands senior programming

'The Three Amigos,' Giacalone calls them. Get Starting Point A guide through the most important stories of the morning, delivered Monday through Friday. Enter Email Sign Up The longtime friends, who live in the neighborhood, participate in the programming any chance they get, with some of their favorites being Broadway dancing class and aerobics. They began attending events after the Covid-19 pandemic as a way to get out of the house and physically strengthen themselves, as well as strengthen their minds and foster new friendships. They all agree: The programming is 'life changing.' Boston's Advertisement Demand has been high, and since January, five new satellite locations for seniors opened at community centers to help meet it. The extra day of programming at the Elks Lodge , adding Wednesdays to their previous Tuesday/Thursday schedule, is the final satellite expansion the commission has planned for this year. It is in partnership with Wu was at the Elks Lodge to help kick off the celebration, as were Age Strong's commissioner, Emily Shea, City Councilors Benjamin Weber and Erin Murphy, state Representatives Rob Consalvo and William McGregor, and state Senator Michael Rush. 'For Boston to be a home for everyone, it needs to be a home for every generation,' Wu told a Globe reporter after her speech to the West Roxbury seniors. 'It's so important because each neighborhood is so different,' Shea said. The commission hosts a variety of drop-in classes throughout the week at these new locations. Participants can enjoy physical activities such as chair yoga and ballroom dancing, and creative activities such as watercolor painting and jewelry making. Participants just looking for good conversation and company can enjoy snacks, coffee, and board games throughout the day. Advertisement The programming also includes classes with field trips. One of Lyons's favorite memories is of a rowing class she and her two friends took together, which ended with an excursion: rowing on the Charles River. 'It's something I always wanted to do,' Lyons said. Corinne Balsamo joins the gentle pilates class. Craig F. Walker/Globe Staff Shea cites Age Strong's programming as one the city's efforts to decrease social isolation in its elderly population. The 'It's healing in mind, body, and spirit,' Giacalone said. She described how the regular group at the Elks Lodge looks out for one another, from celebrating birthdays to checking on friends who have missed a few classes to helping those who can no longer attend. 'The place is beyond friendship,' Lyons chimed in. 'It's family.' Isabella Bernstein can be reached at
