, recently took to Instagram and said:
'I really kind of started in my early thirties. I was moving through life really with no intention, no passion, no anything really. I was just doing what I thought I needed to do and being a mom. And I was doing that very well if I should say so myself, but I had a daughter and she told me that she wanted to be just like me and it scared me half to death and I felt right then and there I had to buckle down…'
She further shared her own experience and continued:
'And luckily I had a friend who was going through her own personal journey and she was willing to share her child's tribulations, her processes just what she was doing at the moment. And I was able to take bits and pieces of that into my own journey and just start to process and think of who I wanted to be for my daughter…'
She finally concluded:
'So I am a student of what we've created.
I think that is very important to be on every evolving journey. And that is what I love about what we've created is that I can do just that while going through my own personal things and do it with a community of women who are all on the same path of just trying to be their best selves..'
