B&M shoppers spot iconic discontinued Kellogg's cereal from the 2000s back on shelves for first time in 15 years

Naughties kids are going wild after spotting a childhood cereal classic back on supermarket shelves.
B&M has brought back one of the most iconic breakfast treats of the 2000s after 15 long years.

Coco Pops straws have also returned to stores after 15 years
The Kellogs Cocoa Krispies Straws have made a surprise return to shelves, and nostalgic Brits are rushing to snap them up.
One shopper couldn't contain their excitement and posted the discovery on Facebook, sparking a frenzy among foodies.
She wrote: 'Omg they're back."
Another wrote: 'I love these, haven't seen them on the shelves in ages.'
Others said: 'I need to try these,' and 'The kids love these, need to make another trip already!'
Walkers confirm they've discontinued fan favourite flavour
But that's not all, because Kellogg's isn't just stopping at Cocoa Krispies.
The real blast from the past is the Coco Pops Straws, the original choccy cereal straws that had us all drinking up the best bit of the bowl - the leftover chocolate milk.
These bad boys are this week's undisputed throwback snack champion, and the buzz is real.
The legendary snack, which first hit cupboards in 2005 was discontinued just five years later in 2010.
Fans at the time were distraught.
Consumer news editor Ellie Smitherman said: "No idea whose bright idea it was to get rid of these, but it was possibly one of the worst moves in cereal history. Coco Pops Straws, too!
"If I had known the last time I'd have one would be the last time, I'd have savoured it far more."
But cereal fans can rest easy now that the iconic breakfast snack has made a return to B&M stores across the country.
Shoppers on social media are lit up with joy as one user wrote: 'new memory unlocked, 'these are so good.'
While another added: 'Bringing it back- yes!'
Return of the snack
It's part of a growing trend of food giants reviving long-lost legends from the snack world, tapping into the power of pure, unfiltered nostalgia.
Earlier this year, Mars melted hearts by resurrecting its cult classic Crispy Rolls, first for a fleeting week, then sneaking them back into Morrisons' meal deals, after over 8,000 chocoholics signed a petition.
Chocolate scientist Lizzy from Mars said: 'I think that's the most demand for a product I've seen in a while!' Clearly, Brits are hungry for the good old days.
Walkers also listened to the people when they brought back the dearly missed Worcester Sauce crisps, axed in 2023 to the horror of fans.
It turns out crisp lovers weren't shy about voicing their outrage and Walkers took note, bringing the tangy favourite back with a bang thanks to a saucy team-up with Lea & Perrins.
But it's not just down to luck.
Brands are actually watching what we say.
Lizzy revealed Mars has a whole team scrolling through social media, scouring posts, comments, and even petitions to track what treats people want to see again.
And there's hope yet for other iconic snacks.
Steph from Walkers said fans constantly reach out with flavour requests, with over 60 different varieties asked for in the last two years alone.
One of the most wished-for returns was the Galaxy Truffle from Celebrations.
So if your childhood favourite is still MIA, don't give up hope.

People are only just realising what Monster Munch shapes actually are

Monster Munch is a popular snack which many associate with their childhood, but it turns out there's a big debate when it comes to what shape they actually are - a foot or a monster A crisp fan is questioning everything they know after being told Monster Munch is actually a different shape than they originally thought. Monster Munch, the corn snack known for its distinctive shape and delicious flavours, including Pickled Onion and Roast Beef, is a classic. ‌ But there's long been a debate among snack lovers as to what the actual shape of it is. Some people might think it's very obvious, but the fact is, not everyone agrees. Some people believe Walkers ' Monster Munches are shaped like feet, while others think it's a monster with a head, legs and arms. ‌ One Monster Munch fan has come to the realisation they may be a different shape than they originally thought. Filming herself holding up a Monster Much to show the camera, TikTok content creator Tiffany wrote: "POV [point of view] you spent your whole childhood thinking Monster Munch where giant feet, to be told they're actual monsters." ‌ Originally holding it in a way which made it look like a foot with four toes, she simply flipped it upside down - and you can clearly see the big head with two arms and two legs. Food content creator @FoodWithASB also saw a similar video from someone else, and simply asked: "What is going on?" He explained that he used to love Monster Munch "so much as a kid", particularly the Pickled Onion flavour. He added: "If you've eaten a Monster Munch before you'll know that you always ate them this way up [with the toes pointing up], it looks like a foot or a claw or something. [...] ‌ "Wrong. We were all wrong. It turns out if you turn them upside down they are just a full-on monster. It actually makes so much sense. I don't know why I've never seen that before." This created a huge debate in the comment section, as many had no idea they could be seen as monsters. Others refused to believe it. "They're claws," said one person. Another added: "I refused to believe that my childhood has been ruined." "I thought they were claws," said a third. "I know that but still refuse to believe it," added another. ‌ Luckily, Walkers previously put an end to the debate about whether the iconic Monster Munch is the shape of a claw with four fingers, or a monster with two arms and legs. They actually put it to the fans to have a decisive say on the official shape with a poll on social media in 2020. More than 60,000 people had their say, with the 'Claw' shape emerging as the winner. Will Robinson at Walkers Snacks said: "Claw or Monster is a debate that has continued to divide British opinion as much as whether or not you put jam or cream on your scone first, or whether that famous dress was gold or blue. "Therefore we felt it was only right to settle the debate once and for all, through launching our 'Monster' and 'Claw' shaped packs and asking the fans to decide – and now they have spoken. "So moving forwards it won't be open to debate – they are officially 'claw' shaped forever more. Or until our innovation team gets restless, at least."

B&M shoppers say 'no way' after spotting 'vegetables' available to buy in stores

People were divided over the items - with some claiming they were arriving 'to early' B&M shoppers might feel like they missed a few weeks of the year when they see the latest homeware range. However, some were fully embracing the spirit of the new seasonal items, and they're not particularly summery. ‌ Posting the the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group, Ashleigh found a whole display of the newly released products on a shelf in her local B&M branch. However, they stood out against the paddling pools and other 'hot weather' items for a glaringly obvious reason. ‌ They are all autumn-themed, with many items in the shape of one particular vegetable - pumpkin. The wreaths, cushions, and throw blankets might seem a little early, given that it's not even August yet, but, some shoppers seemed just as thrilled as Ashleigh to be able to stock up and plan their seasonal decor in advance thanks to B&M's latest collection. ‌ The pictures Ashleigh uploaded from around her local B&M showed a huge door wreath adorned with red, orange, and yellow leaves and pine cones. There was also a £10 boucle throw blanket in a rich pumpkin orange shade and £6 decorative pumpkins to add to displays around the home. Ashleigh also found a variety of scented candles for the upcoming cooler months, including the classic pumpkin-spiced latte and caramel apple latte in small tins. Some bigger options included an Apple pie-scented dish candle for £4 and a tiny toadstool tealight holder for £3. ‌ People raced to the comments to have their say about the new items. One loved the wreath and said: "I am HAVING this!" Another wrote: "I love them colours!" A third commented: "Never too early! Love those candles!" Someone else put: "Can't wait for this season!" A fifth fan added: "The pie candles are gorgeous. Hope they smell nice too!" And, one more said: "Ready for these and cosy nights in!" Not every item is showing online, as it appears to be very new to B&M. It would be best for shoppers wanting to get their hands on items to visit the closest branch and scout out the collection in person. ‌ Others were less than thrilled to see them. One put: "Let us have summer please!" Another posted: "It'll be time for the Christmas bits soon!" And, a third person commented: "Getting earlier every year this!" B&M isn't the only place getting into the autumnal spirit early as, recently, shoppers at Primark issued their own 'code orange' alert after spotting 'fruit' for sale in stores. Not your typical produce, this was also a display of autumnal homeware, including pumpkin-shaped and scented items. Some claimed the brand was "wishing away" summer, while others were 100% here for the early arrival of the next season. TikTok use Abby captioned her now viral video, as: "Never too early for us autumn gals!"
