I'm a pro mattress tester — these are the 5 rival Prime Day deals I'd shop
For example, you won't find any deals for the best mattress of 2025 at Amazon. I'm talking about Saatva Classic Mattress for $300 off in all sizes, which brings the cost of a queen-size down to $1,799 (was $2,099).
And while Nectar and DreamCloud do feature in this year's Amazon Prime Day sleep and mattress deals, you'll need to head to their respective brand websites to score the lowest prices on their newest releases.
As a veteran deal hunter and a professional mattress tester, here are the five mattress rival Prime Day deals I think you should check out...
1. Saatva Classic Mattress: twin was $1,399 now $1,099 at SaatvaFor most sleepers, I recommend the Saatva Classic because not only can you select the firmness you want, but you can also choose between two heights so it can suit your space and your level of mobility. It's our highest-rated hybrid mattress at Tom's Guide, and it even scored a perfect 5/5 stars in our Saatva Classic Mattress review. After $300 off, a queen-size Saatva Classic is $1,799 (was $2,099). Although it has been cheaper recently, that's still a stellar deal for a hotel-quality mattress that includes free White Glove Delivery, a one-year trial, and a forever warranty.

2. DreamCloud Classic Hybrid Mattress: twin was $419 now $356 at DreamCloudIf the Saatva is out of your price range, go for the DreamCloud Classic Hybrid. This mattress-in-a-box boasts a similar level of comfort, although it only comes in a medium-firm. We haven't had a chance to test the DreamCloud Classic, but since it's not a drastic change from what we experienced in our DreamCloud mattress review, you can expect a similar level of full-body support and cozy pressure relief. After an additional 15% off the sale price, a queen-size is now $595 (reg. $699), which is the lowest price we've tracked. As always, DreamCloud includes a 365-night trial and a lifetime warranty.
Our review: ★★★★½User score: ★★★★½ (9,500+ reviews)
3. Nectar Classic Memory Foam Mattress: twin was $349 now from $297 at NectarIf you're expecting the classic sink-in feel of the memory foam, you won't quite get it with the Nectar Classic. Instead, you'll enjoy all-over pressure relief without feeling like you're being swallowed by your mattress. It's also one of the best memory foam mattresses we've tested for couples who don't want to feel their partner's movements, as motion isolation here is stellar, as we discovered in our Nectar Classic Memory Foam Mattress review. Thanks to an extra 15% off — which drops the price of a queen-size from $649 to $552 — this is hands-down one of the best mattress values out there, especially when you consider that it comes with a risk-free trial for one year and a forever warranty.
Our review: ★★★★½User score: ★★★★½ (50,000+ reviews)
4. Helix Midnight Luxe Mattress: twin was $1,436 now $1,048.28 after TOMS27 at HelixThe Midnight Luxe tops our guide to the best mattresses for side sleepers. The lead tester in our Helix Midnight Luxe mattress review has been indulging in its cushy foams and plush pillow top for over a year. Meanwhile, I tested this mattress with the ErgoAlign lumbar support upgrade, and not only did I wake up with virtually no lower back pain, but I also managed to sleep comfortably on my back (which never happens!). Use our exclusive code TOMS27 to drop the price of a queen Midnight Luxe to $1,751.03 (was $2,398.66). Upgrades include the aforementioned ErgoAlign layer and cooling options for hot sleepers. It comes with a 100-night trial and a lifetime warranty.
Our review: ★★★★½User score: ★★★★½ (7,000+ reviews)
5. Sleep Number c1 Smart Bed: twin was $599 now $499 at Sleep NumberIf high costs have prevented you from upgrading to a smart bed, take a look at the affordable Sleep Number c1. Granted, this is a no-frills model that lacks extras such as climate control and Zero Gravity, but it still boasts adjustable firmness and built-in sleep tracking so you can ditch the wearables if you want. (You can learn more about it in my Sleep Number c1 Smart Bed hands-on review.) After pledging not to discount its entry-level smart bed when it was released last year, the current Sleep Number sale cuts $100 off, which drops the price of a queen-size to just $899 (was $999). It comes with a 100-night trial and a 15-year warranty; however, delivery costs extra.

4 Ways To Avoid Getting Stuck in Free Promotion Traps
If you've ever signed up for a free trial and then cringed when you saw a charge come through your bank account for a subscription you swore you'd cancel, we're here to help. Free trials are not only offered, they've come to be expected in many cases. In fact, it seems like you can get a free trial for almost anything — a quick Google search turned up 24 free trial opportunities, including Amazon Prime Video, BritBox, Spotify, Discovery, Kindle Unlimited, and more. Consider This: Learn More: Some companies even partner with other companies to promote their products or services when you sign up. For instance, Amazon Prime members receive two free audiobooks and a 30-day free trial from Audible that auto-renews at $14.95 per month after the trial, and certain T-Mobile plans come with Apple TV+ On Us for a promotional period. This all sounds great, but it's all too common for people to forget about the subscription only to be surprised by a charge for a service they don't want or need. GOBankingRates talked with Sarah Keish, a financial expert and founder of RBT Practice Exam, and Melanie McGovern, director of public relations at Better Business Bureau. They recommended these four ways to avoid getting stuck in these free promotion traps. Read the Fine Print and Watch for Pre-Checked Boxes One mistake McGovern sees when it comes to promotional deals is you may not realize you're opting into a subscription. If you're not checking or unchecking boxes or not reading the fine print, you may be agreeing to a trial without realizing it. The Federal Trade Commission also warns of this. By leaving certain boxes checked or unchecked, you may unknowingly be giving the company permission to charge you after the trial. According to Keish, it's important to check the fine print — 'particularly the subsection regarding how long the free trial is and when the billing starts.' Trending Now: Pay Attention to Deals That Require a Credit Card If the deal requires a credit card, McGovern said, 'there's a likelihood that there's a charge associated with the 'free' trial.' Keish backs this up saying, 'Just because it's advertised as 'free' doesn't necessarily mean that it won't eventually cost you.' Entering credit or debit card information means that the company will have the means to charge you when the free trial ends, so you'll have to be extra vigilant about cancelling before the subscription auto-renews. Cancel During the Trial If you wait until the trial is over to cancel it, you run the risk of missing the deadline and watching as the subscription auto-renews. Keish recommends you cancel flat-out — 'yes, even during the trial.' 'In most cases, you can cancel the trial whenever you want and still keep access through the length of the time. If it's a 30-day trial, canceling on Day 1 typically doesn't take away your access — it just halts the auto-renewal,' she said. Do a Periodic Subscription Check Keish recommends taking about five minutes a month to review your accounts and check for unwanted charges. Accounts can include your bank account, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay accounts. She calls it a 'subscription audit' and makes sure her clients do one each month. If you have a lot on your plate, she said that there are programs like Rocket Money or Trim that can scan your accounts for subscriptions and then help you cancel any unwanted ones. If charges show up that you disagree with, the Better Business Bureau recommends disputing the charge with the company directly, and if that doesn't work, contact your credit card company to dispute the charge. Hot deal: Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro record-low price keeps dropping!
Ryan Haines / Android Authority The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro's record-low prices keep going even lower. Today, they're only $109.99! That's a massive discount on Samsung's best earbuds, which usually go for $249.99. Buy the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro for just $109.99 ($140 off) This offer is available from Woot, an Amazon-owned deals website. They're only available in Silver, and there's a limit of two units per customer. One thing to keep in mind is that this is an international version of the earbuds. This means you don't get a full manufacturer warranty, but Woot throws in its own 90-day warranty. The sale is available for three days or 'until sold out.' Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro Situational awareness, and utility lights Compared to the nearly identical Buds3, the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro offer better sound quality, thanks to 2-way speakers, and enhanced situational awareness, thanks to advanced Ambient sound offerings. Audio is delivered through a 10.5mm DD speaker, and a 6.1mm Planar speaker. Bluetooth 5.4 offers solid connectivity and features such as Siren Detect can automatically switch ANC and Ambient Noise levels on the fly. The new Interpreter mode works with your phone to offer translations. See price at Woot! Save $140.00 This is a really hot deal, guys! The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are excellent earbuds, but we had a hard time justifying the $249.99 retail price. At just $109.99, though, they are quite the steal. These earbuds offer excellent sound quality and really good ANC performance. Based on the objective tests from our sister site, they can block out 76% of external noise. Of course, these are premium earbuds, so the rest of the experience has to be just as good as the audio. These offer a pretty nice 4.5-hour battery life. And this is without even counting the juice in the case. They also offer a pretty neat IP57 rating, so you won't have to worry about a bit of sweat, rain, or dust. The design is also pretty nice and unique. Ryan Haines / Android Authority While these will work very well with any device, some features are Samsung-exclusive. These include auto-switching between Samsung products, live translation, and sound detection. The latter will disable ANC if it detects essential noises, such as emergency vehicle sirens. As you can see, while really cool, those features aren't exactly essential to the experience. Non-Samsung phone owners can still take advantage of gesture support, including touch, swipe, and press gestures. You'll also enjoy capabilities like 360-degree audio, Find My support, and more. At just $109.99, it's hard to beat this offer. Go get them before they are gone! We can only assume these will be flying off the shelves. If you're not quite convinced, though, our audio experts at have put together a comprehensive list of the best wireless earbuds. You'll find plenty of great alternatives there!
