That's just the half of it! Top plastic surgeon casts doubt on Khloe Kardashian's cosmetic procedure confession - 'here's what she's really had done'

Daily Mail02-07-2025
Khloé Kardashian's face has attracted a fresh wave of public attention over the last week, due to her recent appearance at Jeff Bezos ' Venice wedding.
The mother-of-two debuted an extraordinarily sculpted look that sparked speculation among fans she may have sought a little help from the surgeon's knife.
One top UK cosmetic doctor, London-based Dr Jonny Betteridge, agreed that her face bears all the hallmarks of a range of cosmetic procedures.
The reality star took the assessment in her stride, responding the next day with a detailed breakdown of what she has had done—which consisted mostly of non-surgical procedures like Botox and volume-boosting injectables.
Now, in a new post, Dr Betteridge has cast doubt over her claims, suggesting she may have had other 'more permanent procedures', including an eyebrow lift.
Social media users also claimed she had 'missed off a very large number of surgical procedures', to which he responded 'I think so too'.
'What about a BBL, they want us to believe it's all natural,' one said.
Another responded: 'It's interesting she tagged all the providers, like a marketing, PR move.
To fans surprise, Khloe took the assessment in her stride, responding the next day with a detailed breakdown of what she has had done—complete with doctors and service providers
'This is a nice start to transparency, but she is definitely leaving out the eyebrow lift and the chin and a lot of lip filler.'
In his post, Dr Betteridge said: 'Her openness is appreciated, especially in an industry where transparency around aesthetics can still be limited. That said, the original analysis was based on more than just photos.
'It looked at long term facial changes and anatomical shifts that professionals often associate with surgical intervention.
'While non-invasive treatments can deliver impressive results, some features still typically reflect more permanent procedures.'
In his original analysis he said: 'Alongside noticeable weight loss, I think she's had a temporal brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, lip filler, a face and neck lift, and a chin implant.'
Her 'tucked' earlobe and 'smaller sideburn' also suggested she had undergone a facelift, he added.
'Apart from the jawline being contoured and the neck tighter, what I want you to notice here how in the before photo (pictured above), the earlobe is slightly detached and hanging away from the face, but in the after it's tucked inward, smaller and more flush with the jawline, indicative of a surgical procedure.
'In the after image, the hairline near the ear is more pulled back, which can result in a smaller sideburn.
'This can happen after a facelift when the skin is lifted and repositioned.
'It's a dramatic transformation, probable surgical procedures I mentioned earlier can be visualised here in relation to the lifting of the brow, the reduction in upper eyelid hooding, the lifted and more contoured nose, fuller lips, projected chin and tighter jawline.'
Visible scars around the hairline, temple and ears can be a telltale sign someone has undergone a facelift.
A rhinoplasty, commonly referred to as a nose job, meanwhile, involves an operation either performed from inside the nostrils—a closed rhinoplasty—or by making a small cut on the nose.
By breaking and repositioning the side nasal bone, a surgeon can also reduce the width of the nose and achieve a narrower appearance.
A blepharoplasty also involves removing excess skin or fat from the upper eyelid area to tighten the skin and change the look or hooded or droopy eyelids.
Typically a 45 minute to hour long procedure, it is performed under anesthesia.
But he claimed his analysis was 'purely speculative' and based on professional opinion.
In response Khloe wrote: 'I take this as a great compliment! First off I think these photos are about 15 years apart, but here's a list of things that I have done. I've been very open in the past about what I have done so here we go.'
Khloe listed each procedure, as well as which doctor she saw or clinic she attended.
'Nose job @drkanodia90210,' referring to Dr. Raj Kanodia, also known as Doc Hollywood according to his Instagram page.
'Laser hair for the hairline and everywhere else @sevlaseraesthetics, Botox and sculptra where my face tumor was removed in my cheek @7qspa, soft wave laser for skin tightening @softwavetherapy.' she continued.
'Filler in the past but not any over the last few years (I hear it never goes away, so I'm sure it's still there but calmed down, lost 80 pounds over the years (slow and steady) @coachjoe.paris.
'Collagen baby threads underneath my chin and neck @thethingswedo.co, salmon sperm facials/regular facials, peptides, vitamins and daily skin care.
'In 2025 there are many other things we can do before surgery but when it's timed, and if I choose to, I know some great doctors.'
Salmon sperm, known medically as polynucleotides offer a 'natural' alternative to other traditional 'tweakments' such as Botox and filler, advocates say.
This picture of Khloe was posted by the reality star in May 2020, prompting a lot of debate among fans over whether she had undergone surgery or if it was merely facetune
It typically uses purified and sterilised DNA molecules extracted from salmon or trout sperm, known as polynucleotides which have anti-inflammatory effects.
When polynucleotides, DNA molecules extracted from fish sperm, are injected into human skin, fibroblasts are activated.
Fibroblasts are stretchy molecules found in skin that help to maintain the structural framework of the tissue. As we age these fibroblasts decrease.
So, when the polynucleotides are injected under the eyes, in the cheekbones or in the neck, it theoretically 'rejuvenates' the skin.
But while polynucleotide treatments are not illegal in the UK, their use in aesthetic treatments is largely unregulated, meaning there's wide variation in practitioner qualifications and treatment standards.
It comes as surgeons last year told MailOnline they had seen a rise in younger women needing facelift surgery, because their looked had been 'ruined' by years of having filler injections.
Recently, Dr Andrew Peredo, who specialises in aesthetic procedures of the face, also speculated that Khloe had possibly had work to 'her lips, nose, jawline and the area around the eyes'.
He told this website: 'A lot of people start with filler in the cheekbones. They do that to help with lifting them and getting more definition so they don't have to use make-up contouring.
'Her jawline appears a lot more chiseled. That may either be down to fillers [to tighten the skin and give it a stronger shape] or just a little bit of liposuction to help with definition.
'In the eyelid area too, her eyebrows appear a little more lifted as well.
'Her eyes do look like they are a little bit more lifted in the corners to give her a more exotic or cat-eye look that some people go for.'

Chart topper Tyla confesses huge success of hit record Water left her feeling ‘trapped' as she releases hot new track

BECOMING an overnight sensation has proved to be a blessing and a curse for Tyla. The South African singer felt 'trapped' after her single Water reached No4 in the UK charts and was a global hit in 2023. While her self-titled debut album was a top 20 hit the following year. At an exclusive Q&A in London last week, she explained: 'For a while, especially last year, I felt so trapped. 'Like, 'Oh my word, I blew up and I just have to have everything right and everything has to be perfect now because the world is looking.' 'It was kind of stressful for me.' But on Friday she released her brilliantly fun and upbeat four-track EP WWP — which stands for We Wanna Party — and has finally given her the chance to 'experiment.' She said: 'I wasn't planning on doing this. I was just making music at the beginning of the year. It was mainly for an album. 'But as I got closer to summer, I was like, 'Hey the songs I was making were too good . . . where are the summer songs? 'We need some summer songs right now' and I am just too excited to hold on to them. 'I really just want people to hear it and party to it, and see how I've grown through the years and just see who I am now.' And it seems like she's more confident than ever, which isn't something she will apologise for. Tyla — who will perform at All Points East festival in London's Victoria Park next month — said: 'I just always knew I had something in me. 'I just always had that kind of peace knowing that this is the life I'm gonna live. 'I don't let anybody or anything limit me or put me in a box. I think I'm just confident. 'A lot of people say arrogant, but I think everyone needs a little bit of arrogance, especially to make it in this industry and to make people believe in your music. 'If you're not that proud and you don't believe in your stuff as strongly as you should, why would someone else?' SIR MICK JAGGER turned 82 on Saturday and his long-term girlfriend Mel Hamrick celebrated by sharing this adorable photo of him with their son. In the snap posted on Instagram, The Rolling Stones rocker was seen grinning and wearing matching bunny ears with his youngest kid, Deveraux. 9 While the eight-year-old lad is most definitely the cutest, Mick was no doubt spoilt by all eight of his children on his big day. In the past, Mick's admitted fatherhood can be a bit of a handful. He said: 'You get a bit out of practice – it's not like riding a bike. The more children you have, the more laissez-faire you get about them, to be honest. 'It's fun to have children, at any age. But if you're working, and always away, you don't get to enjoy it as much.' It looks like he found time for a hoppy birthday, at least. ROBBIE'S LOTTERY WINNER THE LOTTERY WINNERS have been flying high thanks to Robbie Williams, inviting them to be the support act on his Brit Pop tour. Lead singer Thomas Rylance revealed how the friendship flourished. Speaking at the Together Again Festival at Bolesworth Castle, Cheshire, he said: 'Robbie reached out because he'd heard a few of our songs and read some interviews and he wanted to be friends. We spent months chatting on FaceTime. And then one day he asked if we fancied coming on tour. 'It's been stadiums every night. And to watch Rob do those shows, he's just magic. 'He's just as lovely off stage as he is on stage. He's just such an inspiring man to be around. I think he's my soul mate.' Despite his late night headliner slot, Olly Murs won the prize for the weirdest rider request of the weekend – asking for boxes of Coco Pops and Cornflakes. IT'S little wonder Jennifer Lopez has such a huge smile on her face. She performed to more than 70,000 fans in Poland, this weekend and looked proud as punch as she headed out with friends afterwards. 9 9 9 Jen, who looked chic in this nude coloured blazer dress, has been riding high on the success of her shows which have seen her take repeated swipes at her ex Ben Affleck. Last week, insiders told Bizarre's Howell that J-Lo had a whole new album ready to go, with Jen saying on stage she had 'scorned woman energy.' With songs like Up All Night and Wreckage Of You taking pops at Ben, I think he should be running for cover when that album drops. RED CARPET RAIN A PAIN FOR EDITH AS a regular host of glitzy film premieres, Edith Bowman knows all about the ups and downs of a red carpet. But her very worst experience was at one of the biggest events in the showbiz calendar – the Bafta Film awards. 9 In an exclusive chat, Edith said: 'I was eight months pregnant and it was really wet. 'My dress was like a sponge. And so it had literally come up past my knees. 'My dress was kind of waterlogged. And I've got this massive, child-bearing belly in front of me. And so that was probably not the best look and not fun.' But she said one of her highlights in recent years was interviewing Joaquin Phoenix at the 2023 premiere of his film Napoleon – because he did so by accident. Edith recalled: 'We were told beforehand, 'He's not doing anything'. And then he came up not realising what he was coming into. So I was like, 'Nice to see you'. 'I was like, 'You were late the last time we chatted'. And he's like, 'What?'. 'I did a thing for Joker and he went to the loo and then he got lost, and then he came in late. 'So we just got into this really funny conversation, him going, 'I wasn't late, I'm never late!' kind of thing. 'And then he realised his voice was coming out of the speakers. And he was like, 'What am I doing here?'' lIT wasn't just Tom Cruise who headed to Wembley Stadium to catch Oasis in action. My pals spotted Dua Lipa in a VIP box with her fiance Callum Turner. 'Dua and Callum were going absolutely wild when Noel and Liam Gallagher came on,' my mate said. 'They were hanging out with Noel's daughter Anais. 'Jarvis Cocker was there too and looked like he was loving it.' BEYONCE took her fans back to where it all started on the final night of her Cowboy Carter world tour after reuniting with her Destiny's Child bandmates on stage. She bought out Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams for a medley of some of their best loved hits, including Bootylicious and Lose My Breath. 9 9 Kelly and Michelle even put on matching chaps when they got up on stage at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The duo also helped Bey with her 'mute challenge' much to the delight of the packed out crowd. Although Bey's 32-show tour may be over, the hard work isn't stopping here. She's now hard at work on her next album, which is understood to be called Betty Black, and has its roots in rock. The record's title is, we understand a bit to reclaim Ram Jam's 1977 song of the same name - which has been controversial in recent years due to its connection to a whip used on enslaved people in prisons. WEDDING bells can't be far away because Becky Hill spent the weekend in glamorous Lake Como on her hen do. The two-time Brit Award winner flew her nearest and dearest gal pals over to Italy for the celebration, which came off the back of a gig she played there on Friday night. It came a week after her fiance Charlie Gardner flew off on his stag do, which was attended by his close pal Gareth Gates. I'm told Gareth is a surprisingly close mate of Becky and her fella and will definitely be there when they tie the knot later this summer. Between touring and working on her next album, it's a wonder she's had time to plan a thing. Kelsey Parker breaks social media silence to share family photo as she heads off on holiday a month after tragically losing her third child

Kelsey Parker has taken a much-needed family holiday one month after tragically losing her third child. Tom Parker 's widow sadly suffered heartbreak in June after her unborn baby - Kelsey's first with boyfriend Will Lindsay - was 'born sleeping.' The last month has been incredibly tough for the family-of-four after the devastating news, with Kelsey sharing that they have taken some needed time out. Taking to Instagram on Sunday, she shared a family photo as she, Will and her two children with Tom - Aurelia, six, and Bodhi, four - looked out to sea in a hot location. Kelsey didn't confirm where they were, but she shouted out budget-friendly airline Jet2 for making the process so easy. The doting mum simply wrote: 'Exactly what we needed. Thank you @jet2 for making it so easy. X' In the comments section, she was showered with love by other stars, including Brooke Vincent and Gogglebox's Lisa Baggs. Last month, Kelsey took to Instagram to share her heartbreaking news. She confirmed the loss of her unborn third child, a son she had planned to name Phoenix, one week before his planned due date. Breaking the news in a poem, she wrote: 'The world grew quiet as you arrived, So loved, so longed for, yet not alive. Our precious boy, our angel light, Born with wings, took silent flight'. 'We named you Phoenix, brave and bright. A soul of love, of warmth and light Though we never heard you cry, You'll live in hearts that won't ask why. 'No breath you drew, no eyes to see, Still, you mean everything to me. You'll journey with us, softly near, in every sigh, in every tear. Taking to her Instagram stories: she added: 'Before I receive an influx of lovely messages and heartfelt wishes, I wanted to just say that I truly appreciate everything you are all going to say and share. 'But with the news being so raw, I would really like to ensure that we as a family are given space and time to process this devastating and earth-shattering news. 'I love you all and thank you for your understanding and space. Love always, Kelsey, Will, and the Parker Family'. Kelsey was left devastated after husband Tom lost his battle with brain cancer, but found love again last year, meeting Kent tree surgeon Will on a night out and announced their romance in September. The podcaster later admitted to being targeted by online trolls for moving on with her new partner. Speaking on ITV's Lorraine, in their first joint interview together in March, she explained: 'It's been three years, this is Tom's three year anniversary of his death and it's almost like people want me to feel guilty for moving on.' She added: 'I'm always going to have guilt but what's so hard is that Tom's not here anymore so what do people want me to do?', 'Our house was full of so much sadness but now it's full of happiness, the kids deserve that more than anything. 'They've been through so much, I feel like we are taking the steps forward to heal but I just want other women to feel like it's OK to move on, it's not taking anything away from the love I had for Tom.'

Love Island fans insist returning Islander ‘did their research' as they expose ‘game plan'

LOVE Island fans insist a returning Islander 'did their research' as they expose their 'game plan.' Irish star Megan made her villa return this week in shock scenes, alongside fellow dumped Islander Blu. 3 3 Megan was voted least favourite girl after dumping Tommy for Conor, before being axed. But her return has seen her head straight for Conor to pick up where they left off. However, Love Island viewers aren't convinced, with some saying that the brunette beauty has returned to the dating show with a game plan. Taking to Reddit, one person speculated: 'Irish Megan really did her homework. Notice how when Yasmin first came in irish Megan threw the blame on her calling her 'boring and sloppy' and never held Harry or Dejon accountable. 'But now she's flipping the script, telling the girls 'Oh the boys were the problem' and 'It's not Shakira it's Harry.' They continued: 'Since her return, Helena who's always laughing and scoffed 'I'm not threatened by Shakira.' is now crying….its no coincidence that both Helena and Megan are shifting the blame onto Harry instead of Shakira after irish meg came in because they would've jumped guns blazing on Shakira if they hadn't known what the public say about them.' And the poster finished by saying: 'They're even openly acknowledging the 'divide' for the first time and Megan who was confidently arguing with 4+ girls during movie night is now shedding crocodile tears for people to sympathise with her…irish meg TRUST and believe that you will be on that spirit flight back to england i've had enough of them rigging this season and painting shakira and toni as the villains.' The comment was liked by thousands of people in agreement, but not everyone agreed with the theory. Some said it was a good thing that Megan was calling out the boys for their actions, while others fumed that the word 'game player' was being thrown about too easily. Love Island fans praise Megan as she calls out Harry for his actions in brutal speech On her villa return, Megan revealed the real reason she decided to come back. She said: "I'm excited to go back in, I think I left quite abruptly and I'm going back in for some clarity. "It was an easy decision to make. "When you can't speak to people for a couple of weeks and have to watch them on telly every night, you want some answers." Some Love Island fans ended up complaining to Ofcom about Megan and Blu's return to the villa. "Producers are ****s, they bring Megan back now that Shakira + Conor are happy + now I've seen that they've put the clip of Shakira + Toni talking about meg + demon in the grafties? "I hate them and ofcom will be hearing from me." Someone else added: "And the voting was rigged - I'm complaining to ofcom too, sick of the lies." A third penned: "@itv bringing back meg over alima is disgraceful. And I will be complaining to ofcom. "Megan recieved the lowest amount of votes. Alimas was never voted out by the public but by somone stealing her man. "S10 molly was kicked out the same way and eventually brought back." A fourth then said: "Everyone needs to complain to ofcom after that episode!!!!!!!" While a fifth added: "I'm actually gonna file an ofcom complaint cause how can they disregard our votes like that? "Megan literally had the lowest votes for favourite girl FOR A REASON." 3
