They wed in 2010 and have three children together - Gabriel, 15, Daniel, 12, and Oliver, 10.
But their hectic working lives mean Lorena and Arteta often find joy doing the simplest things together, like going for a coffee.
Lorena shared the secrets behind her happy marriage to the Arsenal boss, revealing it is important to grow as people while maintaining separate lives.
She told Hello!: 'There isn't just one secret to our marriage, but I'd say it's important to understand and to accept that you're two individuals sharing a life, not completing each other.
'You're not there to teach them how to live; you're there to grow next to them and support their growth. But you need to accept that each person has their own rhythms, pace and journey, and that acceptance makes it amazing.
'And of course, there's the love underneath it, the foundation of admiration, respect for the other person… and having fun together.
'When we have time together, we do pretty normal things, because our life is the opposite of normal. So we go for a walk or we sit and have coffee. Doing nothing together is beautiful.'
Lorena has a busy working life, combining her role as an actress with her job as a spiritual life coach.
Lorena has helped fellow models and actors, and other footballers' wives, leading to her publishing a book - It Starts With You.
She finds peace in the every day, finding appreciation in the small things.
Mikel Arteta will be sacked by Christmas if Arsenal are not in top two, warns former Gunners star
Lorena said: 'It's a state of being that I have and apply in my daily life.
'No matter where I am in my life, if I'm mothering or acting or being the wife of my husband, I enjoy it, embracing every day. Because every day is one day less that I have to enjoy all this.'

Kylie Jenner fans think beau Timothee Chalamet is 'secretly' with her on yacht vacation in Greece

Kylie Jenner fans think her A Complete Unknown actor beau Timothee Chalamet is secretly with her on yacht vacation in Greece. That is because a man in black briefs was spotted resting on a seashore in one of her latest Instagram posts shared on Tuesday. 'That guy on the shore is Timothee,' said one fan on X while another piped up: 'He is secretly with her in Greece, I feel it in my bones.' The couple were last photographed together in St Tropez in the south of France on July 5. On the luxury trip Jenner was modeling a white, leopard print and polka dot swimsuit from her Frankies Bikinis/Khy collaboration while on a very large yacht. Also on the getaway with the 27-year-old reality TV star were her kids Stormi and Aire that she has with rapper ex Travis Scott. And her pal Stassie Karanikolaou, aka as Stassie Baby, was also spied during the European holiday. Rumors of their relationship between Jenner and Chalamet began circulating in April 2023, following the makeup mogul's split from Scott. They were first spotted together publicly in September 2023 at Beyoncé's Renaissance World Tour concert. The couple then made their first official public appearance together at the U.S. Open in September 2023. 'Greeeece,' the mom of two captioned her update. Most of the pinup shots were of Kylie in bikinis. In the first image, The Kardashians star wore a tiny yellow and black Chanel string bikini as she sat on her knees on the yacht. Kylie tipped her head to one side in the shot and looked like she was rolling her eyes. In another snap, the reality TV star showered off as she climbed back onto the boat after a swim in the sea. In another photo, Kylie poured herself into a tiny leopard print bikini that highlighted her toned figure. Kylie turned up the heat with a photo of herself leaning against the railing of the yacht in a skin tight, curve hugging white dress. Other photos in the group included a shot of five women's feet in flip flops, a photo of her pink Chanel tote bag and a bunch of nature shots. On the luxury trip Jenner was modeling a white, leopard print and polka dot swimsuit from her Frankies Bikinis/Khy line while in Greece Khloé Kardashian commented on her sister's post: 'Are you ever coming home?' A fan also mentioned seeing her on the yacht, writing, 'We saw your yacht in paxos!!! We drove past on a boat. hope ur having the best time.' A bunch of other fans commented along the lines of 'Oh girl your life is so fun' and 'what a life.' And many others complimented her beauty with comments such as 'How is someone this perfect' and 'sun-kissed beauty ❤️.' Kylie's trip to Greece comes after she introduced her collaboration with Frankie's Bikinis. The new swimwear collaboration is called Cloud Cups by Frankies Bikinis x KHY. 'I've always loved Frankies Bikinis, and I'm so excited to partner with them to create this collection – with incredibly flattering silhouettes in super soft material, these are the perfect pieces for summer,' Kylie told in a statement. 'We've incorporated so many fun prints – from polka dots to leopard – and the styles are so comfortable, it feels like they float on your skin while lifting and sculpting. 'One of my favorite pieces is the Heavenly Satin top – the lace detail is so sweet, and it showcases the vintage aesthetic that this collection is all about.' 'Designing this collection with Kylie felt so natural, like two girls dreaming up their perfect swim drawer,' said Aiello, founder of Frankies Bikinis. 'We wanted each piece to lift, shape, and sculpt while wrapping the body in delicate support.' Liverpool willing to pay £120m for Alexander Isak as they approach Newcastle

Liverpool have made an approach for Alexander Isak at Newcastle United. The Premier League champions would be willing to offer around £120 million but that has prompted the Newcastle hierarchy to reiterate the message that their star player is not available this summer. It remains to be seen whether that deters Liverpool. The suspicion is they would not have made an approach if they had not been encouraged to do so. Liverpool have been looking for a new No 9 for some time and with Darwin Nunez expected to leave this summer, they have made their first move. Should they force Newcastle's hand it will be the second time this summer they have broken the British transfer record, having already signed Florian Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen for a fee that could rise to £116 million. Liverpool are also understood to hold an interest in Newcastle target Hugo Ekitike and could bid for the France Under-21 international if the club do not budge on Isak. Newcastle have been braced for this moment for months and are now mobilising to fight off Liverpool's approach. But there is naturally concern the player will have his head turned by Liverpool's enquiry. Senior sources told Telegraph Sport on Tuesday that Newcastle do not want Isak to leave and will do everything in their power to keep him. As things stand, Isak has not indicated he wants to leave but Newcastle are well aware of the fact the leaking of Liverpool's interest into the public domain is designed to unsettle the player. The fact Liverpool's enquiry mentioned a fee well below Newcastle's valuation of the 25-year-old, which is in excess of £150 million, suggests this is just the first play in what could become a protracted transfer saga. The chase for Ekitke further complicates matters. As revealed by Telegraph Sport, Newcastle have been pushing hard to sign the 23-year-old this week and are making steady progress, despite having an initial bid of around £65 million rejected by Eintracht Frankfurt.

Alexander Isak transfer odds: Liverpool favourites to sign Newcastle striker in £120m deal – ‘there's a 58% chance'

LIVERPOOL are leading the race to sign Newcastle United superstar Alexander Isak, according to bookmakers Betfred. The Reds were priced at 7/4 this morning to land the Swedish striker - but those odds have since plummeted to 8/11, making Liverpool the clear favourites. The dramatic shift comes in the wake of a report from David Ornstein of The Athletic, who claims Liverpool are prepared to break their transfer record for a second time this summer in a bid to bring Isak to Anfield. Ornstein reports that the Merseyside club have made an initial approach for the 25-year-old and are willing to pay in excess of £120million for his signature. Although no formal offer has yet been submitted, Liverpool have made acquiring a top-class striker their priority this summer as they look to bolster their attacking options. SunSport understands that Newcastle, who recently saw a £69.5m bid for Eintracht Frankfurt forward Hugo Ekitike rejected, have made it clear they have no intention of selling Isak. Since joining from Real Sociedad in 2022 for £63m, Isak has scored an impressive 54 goals in 86 Premier League appearances. Newcastle are believed to value the striker at around £150m - a figure that could prove a stumbling block, even for a club with Liverpool's financial muscle. Nevertheless, Liverpool remain firm favourites in the betting markets, now odds-on at 8/11 with Betfred. Betfred 's Robert Ford said: 'After it was reported this afternoon that Liverpool have made an approach for Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak, we've slashed the Sweden international's odds of moving to Anfield to odds-on (8/11) after previously being priced at 7/4 this morning. 'There's a 58% chance of the move happening, increasing by 22% since the news broke, and it has the potential to be the most expensive transfer in Premier League history after a £120 million figure was reported.' It appears to be a one-horse race, with Arsenal the next most likely contenders at 25/1 - a price expected to drift if they confirm the signing of Viktor Gyokeres. Barcelona and Real Madrid are priced at 25/1 and 33/1 respectively, while European champions Paris Saint-Germain are long shots at 50/1. *New customers only.
