Social Sharing One person is dead after being struck by a vehicle while riding an e-scooter in North York Wednesday evening, Toronto police say. The collision, in which the motorist failed to remain at the scene, happened in the area of Codsell Avenue and Goddard Street around 9 p.m., Toronto police said on X. Prince Albert death investigation deemed homicide
Police say an autopsy was completed on July 30, and the man has been identified as 39-year-old Wayne Keller. (Photo: Prince Albert Police Service) A death investigation that began on Tuesday afternoon in Prince Albert, has now been deemed a homicide. Officers and Parkland Ambulance responded to the 1500 block of 5th Avenue East for a report of a dead man around 3:30 p.m., according to a release from the Prince Albert Police Service (PAPS). Upon arrival, officers located the man's body and called in the Saskatchewan Coroners Service to the scene. Police say an autopsy was completed on July 30, and the man has been identified as 39-year-old Wayne Keller. His next of kin has been notified. This is the city's 3rd homicide of 2025. According to the police, at this time no arrests have been made, and they continue to investigate. Anyone with information or who has recent contact with Keller is asked to contact police.

Police say the driver remained at the scene. The circumstances that led to the collision are unknown.
