Paul Geaney owns a pub in the coastal town and summed up the merry occasion they savoured every minute of across the evening.
The now three-time All-Ireland winner hailed: "We're out in Dingle tonight. A few weeks ago David asked ye all to come out and back and ye did."
As the camera panned over the whole street the 34-year-old went on to compare it to New Year's Eve such was the turn-out.
He added: "This is unbelievable to be a part of. It's probably the best we've ever seen for Kerry and emotional but we're enjoying every minute of it."

The instance he referenced about talisman David Clifford imploring their supporters to make a mockery of the stereotypical image of the county's fanbase being a bit lazier than the likes of Armagh or Tyrone came
Looking ahead to returning to Croke Park for another year, the 26-year-old outlined: 'I'd like to call for our supporters to get behind us. I'm not sure they realise the impact they can have on us in Croke Park.
"When we hear that Kerry crowd behind you it's worth five and six points to you in a game.'
So it proved as while their 2024 semi-final saw their followers vastly outnumbered by those in orange, there was a noticeably bigger Kerry presence among the crowd as they exacted revenge on Armagh.

The question mark hanging over their 2026 tilt for number 40 is whether Jack 0'Connor can be tempted to stick around for another year.
He's given mixed messages since he led them to the promised land for the fifth time as it's clear he's not going to make any rash decisions.
Immediately post-match he said: 'I think I was on record earlier in the year that it would probably be my last hurrah, do you know, so. I don't want to be telling ye lads before I tell anyone else.
'There's a lot more people down the corridor. Look, we'll do that in due course. There's no hurry.

'I was going out the door Thursday evening with the bag and my mrs took a picture of me going out the gate.
'I have a fair idea that will be up on the wall as my last hurrah. I'd say now she'll be firm on that one.'

Rhasidat Adeleke out of National Championships in Santry due to 'lingering' injury

RHASIDAT ADELEKE HAS said a recurrence of an old injury has ruled her out of the National Track and Field Championships in Santry this weekend. The 22-year-old is seeking to be fully fit for the World Athletics Championship which begin in Tokyo on 13 September. She withdrew from a Diamond League event in Monaco earlier this month. Hey guys, Unfortunately, I won't be competing at the National championships this weekend. I've attended nationals every year since 2021 & there's nothing like competing in-front of a home crowd. (1/2) — Rhasidat Adeleke (@rhasidatadeleke) July 31, 2025 Advertisement 'Unfortunately, I won't be competing at the National championships this weekend,' Adeleke posted on social media. 'I've attended nationals every year since 2021 & there's nothing like competing in front of a home crowd. 'An injury I had earlier this season has transcended into additional lingering setbacks so I'll be supporting from afar. 'I'll hopefully be back to get some Morton magic next year. I'm forever grateful for all the support. Best of luck to everyone racing.' Kerry and Cork to be seeded in separate 2026 Munster semi-finals

KERRY AND Cork will be seeded on opposite sides of the draw at the semi-final stage for next year's Munster senior football championship. The Munster Council have tonight ratified a new proposal whereby the seeding will be determined by league placings rather than featuring in the previous year's provincial decider. This means newly-crowned All-Ireland champions Kerry, along with Cork, will be seeded for the 2026 championship, based on their 2025 league positions. The Munster Council statement in full reads: Advertisement 'At tonight's Munster Council meeting, a proposal that the highest two ranking teams from the Allianz Football League are placed on opposite sides of the Semi Final Draw for the following year's Munster Senior Football Championship draw was ratified for a three-year period beginning in 2026. 'For the 2026 Munster Senior Football Championship, Kerry and Cork, as the two highest ranking Munster teams in the 2025 Allianz Football League, will be placed on opposite sides of the Semi-Final draw.'

Dublin and Meath name teams for All-Ireland final showdown

DUBLIN AND MEATH have named their starting teams for Sunday's All-Ireland ladies senior football final. Dublin have made one change in personnel, with Orlagh Nolan replacing Caoimhe O'Connor, while Meath are unchanged. Nolan is in line for a first inter-county start since the 2024 All-Ireland series after recovering from an ACL injury. O'Connor suffered a hamstring setback in Dublin's All-Ireland quarter-final win over Galway, but she's fit enough to make the bench. Nolan replaced O'Connor after 27 minutes on that occasion to make her return, capping an impressive substitute appearance with 0-1 — and an assist for Carla Rowe's brilliant back-heel goal in extra-time. Meath have announced the same starting fifteen that dethroned Kerry in the semi-final — and for the seventh successive game — but key defender Katie Newe is a doubt after suffering a knee injury that day. Rivals Dublin and Meath renew their rivalry in a repeat of the 2021 final, when the Royals ended the Drive for Five to win their first All-Ireland title.
