CSBC Bihar Police Constable Recruitment 2025: The Central Selection Board of Constables (CSBC) recently released exam city information slips for the Constable recruitment examination, 2025 and next, it will release admit cards. When released, candidates can download the Bihat Police Constable admit card by visiting the official website, csbc.bihar.gov.in. The written exam will be conducted on July 16, 20, 23, 27, 30 and August 3.
Previously, the board informed when the admit cards will be released. Candidates can check the details below. CSBC Bihar Police Constable admit card 2025: Exam date-wise admit card release dates For the July 16 exam, CSBC will release the Bihar Police Constable admit card on July 9.
For the July 20 exam, Constable written exam admit cards will be out on July 13.
For the exam scheduled for July 23, CSBC Constable admit cards will be out on July 16.
CSBC will release the Bihar Police Constable admit card for the July 27 examination on July 20.
The admit card for the July 30 exam will be out on July 23.
For the last exam day – August 3 – Bihar Police Constable admit card will be out on July 27.
The admit card will mention the roll number, exam centre name, father's name and other details. Candidates need to download and take a printout of the admit card. They will not be allowed to appear for the exam without admit cards.
CSBC has asked candidates to carefully read the instructions given on the Bihar Police Constable written exam admit card and follow them on the test day.
On the exam day, along with the admit card, candidates must also bring a valid photo ID such as Aadhar card, passport, driving license, PAN card or voter ID.
For candidates who are unable to download the admit card from the website, CSBC will issue duplicate admit cards according to the schedule given in this notification.

Garg said. 'The dead bodies of two minors have been recovered from Jaisalmer's Gajasar village on Saturday noon. Some documents recovered from them revealed that both are Pakistani nationals,' Garg said. According to the documents, the boy was born in 2008 and the girl in 2010. A Pakistani SIM card was also recovered from them. Police said that a preliminary investigation suggests they may have died due to dehydration. The bodies were sent to the mortuary at Ramgarh Hospital for postmortem. An investigation is underway to determine how the couple managed to cross the heavily guarded international border and the circumstances that led to their deaths. 'We are also examining the direction of their movement and any possible motive behind the border crossing,' Garg said. Calling the case 'extremely sensitive,' inspector general of police (Jodhpur Range) Vikash Kumar said, 'Several suspicious and sensitive items have been recovered from them, including some technical equipment. We are still investigating if the couple crossed the international border or were already present on Indian soil.'

DLSA identifies 1,200 destitute kids to connect them with govt schemes
Ranchi: The district legal services authority (DLSA), Ranchi, has identified around 1,200 destitute children under SAATHI programme for linking them to Aadhaar and subsequently to various social welfare schemes of the state administration, an official said on Saturday. According to the DLSA official, SAATHI — Survey for Aadhar and Access to Tracking and Holistic Inclusion — is being implemented by the Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority in the state under the auspices of the National Legal Services Authority. The survey covers minors who are living on streets, slums and railway stations, orphans, abandoned children, those rescued from trafficking, begging and child labour, missing children not restored to families and others. DSLA Ranchi secretary Ravi Kumar Bhaskar said, "The phase for identifying the children from May 26 to June 26 is complete in Ranchi district. We have identified around 1,200 children but if more come up during the process of linking them with Aadhar and covering them under various government schemes, they will also be added." The DLSA would coordinate with women and child development, social welfare and education departments to ensure various govt benefits apart from school admissions and health check-ups. Notably, the state govt is implementing a sponsorship scheme under which a person or institution takes up responsibility for children and Ashram Yojna for providing food and accommodation to them. It also provides Scholarship Yojna for financial aid to the poor and destitute. The DLSA would also conduct community dialogue to reduce stigma against orphans and institutionalized children.

Defamatory, false reporting by 2 news channels during ‘Op Sindoor': Poonch court directs police to register FIR
A local court of sub judge/special mobile magistrate in Poonch headed by judge Shafeeq Ahmed has directed the SHO of police station, Poonch to register a formal FIR under Sections 353(2), 356 and 196(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) with Section 66 of the Information Technology Act against two national news channels for their defamatory and false reporting during Operation Sindoor. The court also directed that a copy of this order be sent to the senior superintendent of police, Poonch for supervisory compliance. However, the two news channels without verification branded the deceased cleric as a 'Pakistani terrorist' affiliated with Lashkar-e-Taiba thereby defaming the deceased causing distress to his family and also damaged the reputation of the deceased as well as hurt the religious sentiments of the community. On receipt of the application, the sub-judge/special mobile magistrate, Poonch sought a report from the SHO P/S Poonch and in his report, the SHO confirmed that on 07-05-2025, due to shelling from across the border, there was considerable loss to the property and lives including the death of the deceased Qari Mohd Iqbal. It was also acknowledged in the police report that the two news channels had initially aired information stating that the deceased Qari Mohd Iqbal was a 'Pakistani terrorist'. However, the SHO noted that after receiving clarification inputs, the two channels withdrew their earlier assertions and issued an apology. The SHO further stated that no complaint was received from the family of the deceased teacher, hence no FIR was registered in that specific context. It was also noted in the said report that a general FIR No. 75/2025 had already been registered regarding the shelling incidents under Sections 103, 109, 324(5), 3(5) BNS and 7/25 Arms Act.
