'Despicable Me 4' is currently the most popular movie on Netflix, according to the platform's public ranking system.
The 2024 animated comedy is the sixth installment in the 'Despicable Me' franchise, which includes the previous three titular films, as well as the spin-offs 'Minions' and 'Minions: The Rise of Gru.'
Written by Mike White and Ken Daurio, the latest movie follows reformed supervillain Gru and his family as they adjust to life in a safe house hiding from his rival Maxime Le Mal.
'Despicable Me 4' features the voices of Steve Carell, Kristen Wiig, Joey King, Miranda Cosgrove, Stephen Colbert, Sofía Vergara, Steve Coogan, Chloe Fineman, Will Ferrell and more.

Based on the real events of the 1972 Summer Olympics, the historical drama follows the ABC Sports crew covering the Games as they must pivot to broadcasting the news of the hostage crisis and massacre. 'September 5,' which was nominated for an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay, stars Peter Sarsgaard, John Magaro, Ben Chaplin and Leonie Benesch.
'Dead Money' is the most popular movie on Hulu at the moment.
The 2024 thriller tells the story of a professional poker player and his girlfriend who wind up on dangerous adventure with life-and-death stakes. 'Dead Money' stars Emile Hirsch, David Keith, India Eisley, Rory Culkin and Jackie Earle Haley.
The top movie on Max right now is 'The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim.'
Set two centuries prior to the events of 'The Lord of the Rings' and 'The Hobbit' trilogies, this anime fantasy film is also based in the universe created by J. R. R. Tolkien. 'The War of the Rohirrim' revolves around Rohan king Helm Hammerhand, who unintentionally starts a war following an ill-fated marriage proposal.
Another Academy Award nominee is available for streaming on MGM+.
'Nickel Boys' is an adaptation of Colson Whitehead's 2019 novel about two young Black boys sent to an abusive reform school in Jim Crow-era Florida. The movie was nominated for Best Picture and Best Adapted Screenplay at this year's Oscars.

The service will continue to be available for free and ad-free through the NASA app and website. NASA wrote that they hope to bring even more awareness to their work through Netflix's global audience of more than 700 million people.
