They finally put the pesky rumor to rest earlier this year during the premiere of her Wonder Land podcast from Dear Media, where the two looked back on the early days of their friendship.
They didn't hold back—diving right in to shut down the long-standing rumor that they had ever hooked up.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star said Scott was 'the number one person' her fans requested as a podcast guest.
And the number one question they wanted asked was about her relationship to her sister's ex.
'My number one question was... Have you and I ever hooked up?,' Khloé said.
'F*** yeah,' Disick said sarcastically, while Khloé clarified, 'No, we haven't.'
She then asked if he finds it 'strange' that 'for years, people have always ran with this narrative about either you hooking up with Kendall Jenner...or me.'
'I don't think it has any truth [to it], so they just run with anything. Just like, "Oh look at their relationship, they're close." boom. Let's just say something ridiculous,' Scott said.
He added: 'And then people with us, because we get along well, people are like, "They're soulmates!" Like, bro, I have children with her sister. We're not soulmates.'
The two continued their banter on the subject with Khloé callng it 'nasty' and 'wild.'
'The fact that people think that is psychotic,' Disick said. 'But I guess if I was watching a show and I wanted it to be, you know, entertainment, I guess I would jump to those [conclusions] too.'
'The crazy thing is, if we actually were together, we would be annihilated for it,' Khloé pointed out. 'No one's ever happy.'
'It would be pretty crazy,' Disick said of the notion of dating Khloé, who agreed, saying, 'Yeah, it's disgusting.'
'But it would be totally fine in two weeks, these days, Like after two weeks of annihilation, it would be like, "And it worked." It's psychotic.'
Khloé called Scott her 'brother' and 'best friend' and thanked him for coming on the podcast, given his general aversion to interviews.
'I would do anything for you though, Khlo, you know that,' he said, adding that he just doesn't want 87 texts from the family chat picking apart something he said.
The two also reflected on how they met. Kourtney started dating Scott when she was 27 and he was 22. The couple were together on and off until 2015 and share sons Mason, 15, and Reign, 10, as well as daughter Penelope, 12.
'Your sister was older than me by five years so I was trying to be more mature than I really was, but I was a kid,' Disick recalled. 'It was my first real relationship. It progressed fast and then we're living together.' he added.
Khloé said she felt like didn't even give him a chance when he started dating Kourtney.
'I felt like I was gung-ho on like, "This guy's a dick and I just don't like you,"' Khloé said.
'There came a time where you were like, "F*** you," but it wasn't from the get-go ... You were totally fine. I just was not a great person and you were like, "I like you, but you're a f---ing asshole."'
'When I look back, I can't believe anybody tolerated that kind of s***,' he said of his past behavior.

They contained delicious baked goods from the 1879 Rosa Salva Bakery, a local business Jeff Bezos and his wife Lauren Sanchez have chosen to cater for some of their wedding events this week. Wanting to invest in local Venician businesses, the billionaire is using the artisanal bakery to design treats that will be handed out in goody bags for the attendees. Staff at the bakery told me guests can expect the traditional bites they offer including the bussola buttery biscuit, known to locals as the fisherman's staple. The doughnut shaped biscuit is lemon flavoured. The other is Zaletti cookies, a cornmeal and raisin flat and round cookie and dates back to Venice for many years. The bakery sells them for €1.80 each. Andrea Rosa, Venice's oldest bakery began as 'home delivered meals' for the cities most luxury villas and homes. When his son inherited it from him in 1879, he transformed it into the pastry shop it is now famously known as. It's been in the family for six generations since. Sat in there for just an hour, the queue was constantly out of the door with multiple locals, and tourists coming in and out. The 1% Club eliminates 11 players on tricky bird question – could you have worked it out in 30 seconds?
THE 1% Club wiped out 11 contestants on a tricky bird question - but could you have got it right? The popular ITV quiz hosted by Lee Mack is the "ultimate leveller" - testing logic and common sense rather than general knowledge. 3 3 100 players begin the game, but are eliminated round-by-round with increasingly hard questions. In one episode, a puzzling bird question left several participants stumped. 11 players failed to answer the 60% question - which combined sport and birds. Lee asked the remaining contestants: "Which of these sporting events would you most associate with a magnificent bird?" The available options were, in lower-case: a) fa cup, b) super bowl or c) olympic games. The hopefuls had just 30 seconds to input their answer, in the hope they'd answered correctly. Once time was up, it turned out the correct answer was b) super bowl. By combining the two words, you get "Superb Owl" - associated with "magnificent bird". In a different episode, seven players were wiped out instantly on an "easy" 90% question. The 90% is the very first question to be asked - and is generally the most straightforward. The 1% Club knocks out 8 players with 'easy' picture question Reading the question aloud, Lee said: "Which of the following words still makes a valid word if you change the first letter to the next letter in the alphabet?" Continuing, Lee then told the players of the three choices they had to pick from, which were - Page, Rage and Wage. With 30 seconds on the clock, the 100 players did their best to attempt to answer the question. However, for seven of them, they could not get to the right answer. The 1% Club's Most Difficult Questions The 1% Club sees 100 contestants try and make it to the 1% question and be in with a chance to win a share of the jackpot. Here are just some of the show's most difficult teasers. Players had to compare and contrast three images of butterflies then explain which of the butterflies were exactly the same on both sides. Find the image and answer here. Players were shown groups of six symbols then asked which were in the same order whether you read them from left to right or right to left. Find the image and answer here. Players were asked how many different combinations were there of displaying four digits on one hand. Find the answer here. Peter had recently found his old diary that he'd written in secret code but he couldn't remember how to decipher what he wrote. Players were tasked with working out how many eyes they could see in an image, which was made up of letters, symbols and emojis. Find the image and the answer here. A 1% question was based on a grid of numbers going in ascending order from 1 to 49. Starting on 25, the middle square, SEEN took you to square 27. From there, NEW took you to 20. From there, which square would SEWN take you to? Find the image and the answer here. And finally, an easy one - What common food in bold has had its letters rearranged into alphabetical order? ABDER If you really don't know you can find the answer here. Lee then confirmed that the answer was in fact, Rage. By switching the 'R' to an 'S' - the following letter in the alphabet - players were left with the word, Sage. Page would have produced "oage", whilst Wage would have read "xage".
