Is Ubisoft really working on Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag Remake? This is one of the most burning questions in the gaming community right now. Black Flag was one of the most popular games of the Assassin's Creed franchise.
This was the first AC title to introduce open-world naval exploration, which fans really liked a lot.
Set during the Golden Age of Piracy (1715) in the Caribbean Sea, with over 50 explorable locations like Havana, Nassau, and many more., this 2013 title won everyone's heart with its seafaring fighting scenes like rogue waves, carron barrages, rammings, and etc. as well. So, will it ever grace the modern gen consoles with improved visuals and gameplay?
Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag: Is Ubisoft really working on it?
As of now, Ubisoft has remained tight-lipped so far about the current state of Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag Remake.
There might not be any official confirmation about this highly awaited title, but insiders and leakers have hinted that the developers are definitely working on it. These leaks and speculations haven't stopped yet, as a Twitter user named TheReallZephyrus has noted some activity by Ubisoft on the game's page on Valve's storefront.
According to this user, Black Flag Remake is potentially getting updates on Steam regularly.

The user also shared some screenshots which suggest that four micro trailers have been added to the game as well. These micro trailers are short clips which play automatically besides the details and listings when the Steam page of any game is opened.
There is no way these changes are made for the 2013 version, so it might well be a sign of Black Flag Remake being in the works. There is further evidence of it in the form of some recent modifications of the game's Steam content packages on June 4 and 12.
However, the details of those content packages are still unknown.
The original Black Flag title sold over 15 million copies, making it one of the best-selling AC titles of all time. That proves how good this title actually was. However, this brilliant game was available only on older-gen consoles like PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and others.
So, there is no doubt fans have been yearning for years to get this title on modern consoles, which will take the gameplay and visuals to newer heights with significant upgrades. That's why there is no reason for Ubisoft to not develop the remake of the game.

From watching in awe to being in the frame: Hitesh Bharadwaj shares Aahat to Aami Dakini journey

Television's Aami Dakini is already making waves with its gripping storytelling and unexpected turns. Set against the beautiful backdrop of Kolkata, the show marks a return to deeply immersive storytelling for the channel, bringing back the eerie thrill that once defined their iconic series, Aahat. The show stars Hitesh Bharadwaj as Ayaan, Sheen Das as Dakini, and Rachi Sharma in a pivotal role. Sharing his excitement, Hitesh Bharadwaj says, 'Aahat was a childhood ritual. There was something about its silence and sudden chills that drew me. It scared me, but I couldn't stop watching.' He recalls, 'I remember watching it with my cousins, all of us squeezed under one blanket—acting brave, but jumping at every sound, these memories are still vivid.' He adds, 'To now be part of a world that carries the same energy feels surreal. I've gone from being the kid on the couch to someone in the show. It's not just a role—it's personal. My Character Ayaan is a deeply layered man, stuck between reason and instinct, logic and belief. Playing him meant confronting fears that aren't always visible—emotional fears, internal battles. And that's what makes him real.' He further shared, "Ayaan is a layered character, emotionally driven and spiritually connected to his past. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Perdagangkan CFD Emas dengan Broker Tepercaya IC Markets Mendaftar Undo Since he is a native of Kolkata, learning Bengali felt essential. It's helping me bring authenticity to my performance and truly inhabit Ayaan's world. This is not just about delivering lines but about honouring the character's heritage and emotional journey." Earlier, the actor quipped, "Aami Dakini isn't your typical story—it's layered, emotional, and quietly intense. As Ayaan, I had to strip away the usual dramatics and focus on stillness, on what isn't said. That was the real challenge. It taught me that in stories like this, mood matters more than spectacle. Every glance, every pause holds meaning. You're not just reacting to a scene—you're responding to an atmosphere where husn bhi hai, maut bhi. That duality stays with you, even after pack-up."

Russell Crowe remembers shooting 'Gladiator' at Mediterrane Film Festival's Festive Awards ceremony

Actor and film director Russell Crowe made a surprise appearance at the Mediterrane Film Festival's Golden Bee Awards, returning to the island where he shot "Gladiator" more than two decades ago, reported Variety. Actor and film director Russell Crowe made a surprise appearance at the Mediterrane Film Festival's Golden Bee Awards, returning to the island where he shot "Gladiator" more than two decades ago, reported Variety. "If you want to know what I love about Malta, it's everything," said Crowe, who was given the Malta Film Legend Award. "26 years ago, in a funny way, I became a man in Malta," he said, "For whatever films I had done before then, nothing had the majesty, ambition and budget and ultimately reach of 'Gladiator.' It wasn't an easy production. I had to fight every day for the integrity of the character I was playing, just like the journey of the character himself in the movie. And sometimes, you get lucky enough to make something that resonates with people." Crowe talked about a young man who asked him for a photo last week while he was travelling in Italy. "I shook his hand and he started to cry. His friends told me later he's the head lifeguard of the local beach, he's got muscles on they'd never seen him like that. I ended up hugging him. When he got himself together, he said, 'You don't understand, when I was 8 years old, my mother sat me in front of a TV and put on a videocassette of "Gladiator" and told me, 'If you are ever wondering what type of man your mother expects you to be, it's this type of man. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Adidas Three Shorts With 60% Discount, Limited Stock Available Original Adidas Shop Now Undo ' The honor, the integrity, the faith - a man made in Malta," reported Variety. 'The Last Emperor' producer Jeremy Thomas received the Lifetime Achievement award, while Pierre Agius and Joseph Formosa Randon were honoured with the Career Achievement awards for their extensive location work on films shot in Malta. The festival's top Golden Bee award for best feature film went to Tunisia's "Where the Wind Comes From," with the film's star Eya Bellaga winning best performance. Julio Medem won best screenwriting for his film "8," which also received the Jury's Choice award. The Mare Nostrum award went to "Miyazaki: Spirit of Nature," reported Variety. While the festival welcomed numerous industry guests to network, screen their recent work and check out famous film locations on land and by boat, locals and industry members alike turned out for outdoor screenings of several films shot in Malta, from "Popeye" and "Troy" to "Gladiator II," "Clash of the Titans" and the classic "Malta Story," reported Variety.
