Maya sat down with the four remaining couples - and took a swipe at Harry.
Harry and Shakira have had a tumultuous history throughout the series.
Meanwhile, Maya asked whether they were more shocked at being in the final - or being there together.
Harry answered: "I'm the most surprised man in here, in the final.
"I wouldn't be here with anyone else other than Shakira."
While Maya quipped back at him: "Probably wouldn't."
The pair hooked up in the Hideaway after just 56 hours in the villa - despite not being coupled up at the time.
They were coupled up twice throughout the series - but their relationship ultimately came to an explosive end.
Writing online, fans have been left divided over whether Harry and Shakira should win the series.

One penned on X: "Shakira and Harry getting my vote to win is something I never thought I would say."
Another wrote: "Surely Harry and his disgusting behaviour isn't going to be awarded 25k."
While a third chimed in: "I want Shakira to win only, Harry does not deserve it."
A fourth added: "I still can't believe Harry is in the final never mind the bookies favourite to win it."
It comes as Harry's ex Emma Munro revealed what he messaged her before entering the villa.
Harry, 30, was initially left stunned when his real-world ex Emma entered the compound, and he could be heard saying: "Oh my god, it's my ex."
However, Emma was later dumped from the series alongside fellow bombshell Boris.
She has since let slip their last conversation before he entered the ITV2 series as a show OG.

The Sun can reveal that both Ben and Tommy kissed Towie star Dani Imbert that night. 'Dani spent ages chatting to Ben at the event and they did share a snog,' an eyewitness tells The Sun. 'But then later in the night when everyone had hit the free bar, she ended up kissing Tommy too. 'As far as she was concerned they were both single - and so is she!' Dani's rep had no comment when contacted by The Sun. The next day it was revealed that Tommy had split from Lucy, who he left the villa with after a shock dumping. Speaking on Aftersun last night he vowed to stay friends with her, saying xxxx But it sounds like Ben's ex Andrada isn't keen on staying friends with him. The taxi driver, 23, and the nail technician, 27, vowed to give their romance a go on the outside after they were dumped from the villa following a public vote. But just days after they gushed over each other on Love Island 's Aftersun, the pair seemed to have already called it a day. Returning to the villa, the gang voted to sent Meg and Dejon home, but before all the votes had been cast, Andrada brought some extra drama as she confronted her ex, Ben. Maya asked what had happened and Andrada revealed: "So we came outside the villa he went exclusive with me, and he was about to meet my family next week. "It took one event where I wasn't there and his head turned." Ben replied: "I wouldn't say it turned." But Andrada was having none of it, spinning her finger in the air and saying: "360 baby. Turned. Just be a man, like if you're going to do it, do it with chest and stand on it." 8 8 8 8
