JoJo Siwa Looks So Different With Bombshell Blonde Curly Hair
Originally appeared on E! Online JoJo Siwa is channeling Old Hollywood for her latest hair transformation. The "Karma" singer ditched her pin straight hair—which she typically styles in a high ponytail—for a short curly bob in honor of her cover of Kim Carnes' 1981 hit "Bette Davis Eyes." In a video posted to TikTok July 7, JoJo evoked the titular movie legend with her new voluptuous 'do, singing, "She knows just what it takes to make a pro blush / All the boys think she's a spy, she's got Bette Davis eyes." To top it all off, the 22-year-old also did her makeup like Bette, opting for a classic red lip and rosy cheeks as opposed to her signature sparkly eyeshadow look. "After performing this song live and then seeing the beautiful response to it, I decided to go record a studio vocal," JoJo wrote in the video's caption. "I'm undecided if I should release it on Spotify or not…. Would you want me to?!!!" Fans weren't only excited about new music, but they were equally thrilled about her dramatic hair change. "OBSESSED WITH YOU, THIS LOOK, THIS SONG, YOU ARE AN ICON, YOU ARE UNBELIEVABLE," one TikToker wrote in the comments section, while another gushed, "you look INSANEEEE." A third fan also agreed that JoJo looks "amazing," but cheekily suggested that the Dance Moms alum change the name of her cover to "Chris Hughes' eyes" after her boyfriend, who she started dating this summer following their appearance on Celebrity Big Brother U.K., which inspired JoJo to make the lyric swap during her live shows this summer. 'It's a beautiful journey,' JoJo said of their relationship during a June episode of Gyles Brandreth's Rosebud podcast. 'I don't know how the universe aligned for Chris to come in my life.' She continued, 'Serendipity is Christopher and I's favorite word now. If you read the definition of it, it's essentially finding love when you're least looking for it." Indeed, JoJo wasn't looking for love during her and Chris' run on the reality show. After all, she was still dating Kath Ebbs at the time. "After Big Brother, there was no other way," JoJo recently told E! News. "It was so crystal clear. We get along very, very well. We have so much fun together. We understand each other very well. We complement each other very well. We're patient with each other very well.' Plus, the former Nickelodeon star said she never "second guessed" her feelings for Chris, which has helped her block out the criticism surrounding her decision to now identify as queer instead of lesbian. "I feel so content with my happiness, and I feel so relaxed and at ease with where I'm at," she added. "I feel so happy and peaceful that the love I feel is so real and so in front of me." Lewis Capaldi Performs ‘Survive,' Talks Stage Return and Upcoming EP on ‘Good Morning America'
Lewis Capaldi dropped in to Good Morning America on Monday morning (July 7) for his first TV performance in more than two years as part of the show's Summer Concert Series. In addition to performing a pair of songs with a full band during the visit — including an emotional run through his new single, 'Survive,' as well as his breakthrough 2019 smash 'Someone You Loved,' the most-streamed song of all time in the U.K. — Capaldi broke some news during the chat. 'I don't know about an album, but hopefully it will be… I'm doing an EP at some point this year,' he said, joking that he wasn't sure if he was allowed to share the news, but was going to do it anyway. 'And then an album will follow maybe next year.' Capaldi did not provide the name of the EP or a targeted release date, but he also teased that there will be a another new song later this summer and then, 'another song after that and another song after that until the day I die.' During the previous gig, he'd struggled with a strained vocal cord and his Tourette's syndrome diagnosis, which manifested in a series of tics during his performance. That same day Capaldi announced that he was taking a break from touring to focus on his health. 'The fact that this probably won't come as a surprise doesn't make it any easier to write, but I'm very sorry to let you know I'm going to be taking a break from touring for the foreseeable future,' he wrote to fans in June 2023. 'I used to be able to enjoy every second of shows like this and I'd hoped 3 weeks away would sort me out. But the truth is I'm still learning to adjust to the impact of my Tourette's and on Saturday it became obvious that I need to spend much more time getting my mental and physical health in order so that I can keep doing everything I love for a long time to come.' Prior to his 2023 Glastonbury set, Capaldi had canceled a series of planned, sold out shows in Glasgow, Dublin, Norway and London. The singer discussed the intensive therapy he's been undergoing over the past two years on GMA, saying that his time out of the spotlight has involved, 'lots and lots of therapy. It's been nice, talking a lot about myself. Crying quite a lot over the last two years… I've just been locking in and putting it all together and here we are.' Watch Capaldi on GMA below. Fans Say Black Sabbath's Final Show Ended 'Coldly,' But What Really Happened?
Fans Say Black Sabbath's Final Show Ended 'Coldly,' But What Really Happened? originally appeared on Parade. Black Sabbath played its final show on Saturday, but it wasn't a happy ending for some fans. Those who tuned in to the July 5 livestream watched as , Tony Iommi, Bill Ward, and Geezer Butler played together one final time. In front of a sold-out Villa Park in their hometown of Birmingham, England, the heavy metal pioneers performed their songs 'War Pigs,' 'N.I.B,' 'Iron Man,' and 'Paranoid.' For many, this was the epic farewell that these living legends deserve. But some fans were left feeling a bit 'cold' with how the night ended. After Ozzy finished singing the last bit of 'Paranoid,' the singer known as the 'Prince of Darkness' said goodbye to the crowd. The livestream then showed confetti being shot into the crowd and fireworks exploding over the top of Villa Park. And that was it. Some fans voiced their displeasure that they didn't get to see the four take a final bow together. Some even accused Ward, Iommi and Butler of walking offstage while leaving Ozzy—who performed that night seated in a gothic throne due to his well-documented issues with Parkinson's Disease—all by himself. However, what the livestream didn't show was that Iommi and Butler went over to speak with Ozzy after the song. According to a video shared by Metal Hammer, Tony warmly shook hands and spoke with Ozzy while Butler gave him a cake featuring Ozzy's likeness on the front. Butler then allowed Ozzy to 'soak up the adulation from the crowd,' per Metal Hammer. The Rock Experience With Mike Brunn also said that there was camaraderie between the Black Sabbath brothers that didn't make it to the live stream. The event, dubbed "Back to the Beginning," featured appearances from modern-day metal royalty, who performed throughout the day. The night capped off with Ozzy performing a handful of songs from his solo career before delivering one final performance with the band that helped make him an Say Black Sabbath's Final Show Ended 'Coldly,' But What Really Happened? first appeared on Parade on Jul 7, 2025 This story was originally reported by Parade on Jul 7, 2025, where it first appeared.
