Guardian: "Israel" escalates forced displacement in Gaza
The British newspaper The Guardian published a report on Monday depicting the recurring tragic scene of tens of thousands of Palestinians forced to flee the eastern neighborhoods of Gaza City due to the ongoing and escalating genocide in Gaza.
The Guardian reported that the displacement from Gaza City's eastern neighborhoods followed Zionist warnings of an imminent military attack that would "escalate and intensify," pushing westward toward the heart of the city.
The newspaper noted that the Zionist enemy forces had posted messages on social media urging residents of densely populated areas to evacuate their houses and head south toward the coastal area of Al-Mawasi—a narrow, already overcrowded stretch of land lacking sufficient infrastructure to accommodate more displaced people.
Eyewitnesses described scenes of chaos in Gaza's streets, with entire families rushing to gather their remaining belongings and food, loading their possessions onto donkey carts, bicycles, or dilapidated cars amid an atmosphere of fear and anxiety.
The report highlighted that this latest wave of displacement comes as Gaza suffers a severe humanitarian crisis, culminating in a famine threatening the lives of hundreds of thousands.
The ongoing genocide, now in its 20th month, has destroyed food, water, and medical supply networks, pushing the population to the brink of catastrophe.

Gaza Civil Defense: 70 Martyred in strikes on 25 homes, five civilian gatherings
Gaza – Saba: The Civil Defense in the Gaza Strip confirmed on Tuesday evening that 70 citizens have been martyred in Gaza City since dawn following direct strikes on more than 25 homes, in addition to five gatherings of civilians. Spokesman for the General Directorate of Civil Defense in Gaza, Mahmoud Basal, stated that the attacks led to the martyrdom of approximately 70 people, including 11 who were gathered awaiting aid, 12 children, and 14 women, in addition to more than 200 injured—some of them in critical condition. He noted that rescue teams are still working to save and recover individuals from the Abu Samra family's home, which was targeted this afternoon on Kashko Street in the Zeitoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City. Over 30 citizens are believed to still be under the rubble of the six-story targeted building. Basal added that more than 25 people, both alive and martyred, remain trapped under the rubble of a house belonging to the Dahdar family near Al-Joulani Mosque in the Tuffah neighborhood, also east of Gaza City, after the home was struck this afternoon by the Zionist occupation forces. He confirmed that rescue teams have not been able to reach the area due to repeated Israeli bombardments.
