The funding will be allocated to the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters for two key projects, she said.
The first is the creation of aerial photo maps of Thailand at a 1:4,000 scale, covering 11 provinces: Nonthaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Ang Thong, Sing Buri, Samut Songkhram, Bangkok, Samut Prakan, Pathum Thani, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Samut Sakhon, and Suphan Buri. This project accounts for 312.93 million baht of the budget and will primarily fund procurement efforts, such as leasing aerial photography and topographic survey equipment, purchasing regional data survey tools, 3D mapping devices, and drones for survey operations.
The second project involves upgrading the integrated state land boundary mapping system (One Map System), with a budget of 30 million baht. Most of this will go toward operational expenses, including per diems, accommodation rentals, and vehicle hire.

Thai govt tells the world Cambodia broke ceasefire agreement
The Thai government on Tuesday complained to the international community, accusing Cambodia of continued and indiscriminate attacks on Thai soil after their ceasefire agreement came in to effect at midnight. The government said in a statement on Tuesday that Cambodian military forces broke the ceasefire agreed on at talks in Kuala Lumpur on Monday betwen the two prime ministers. 'The Thai Government sincerely upholds that agreement and strictly adheres to the jointly announced ceasefire agreement," the statement said. 'However, the Cambodian military forces have violated the agreement by launching continuous and indiscriminate attacks on Thai territory across various areas along the border even after the agreed ceasefire time had passed.' The ceasefire agreement was to take effect at midnight. The government said it informed the international community of Cambodia's violation of the ceasefire agreement, and the message went especially to China, Malaysia as the chair of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, and the United States 'who bore witness to yesterday's dialogue and negotiation – to inform them of Cambodia's lack of sincerity". The government said it ordered the armed forces to maintain their positions to protect the sovereignty of Thailand and the safety of Thai people. However, the government said it remained 'ready to proceed with dialogue at the regional command level between both sides as previously agreed in order to end the violence and prevent further losses to both civilians and military personnel". The government made the announcement after the army protested that Cambodia had violated the ceasefire agreement on Tuesday. Thai government spokesman Jirayu Houngsub said the cabinet on Tuesday ordered the military to maintain its forces along the border and do its best to defend Thai sovereignty and territory. The Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters rejected the statement by Cambodian defence spokeswoman Lt Gen Maly Socheata that both countries had fully complied with the ceasefire from midnight. Thailand had clear evidence showing that Cambodia fired their weapons in many areas on Thai soil after the ceasefire deadline, it said. 'Lieutenant General Maly Socheata is not only misleading the Cambodian public but also deceiving herself -- trapped in the very illusion she has fabricated. Her actions go beyond misinformation; they represent a deliberate attempt to construct a false reality to obscure her side's misconduct and evade accountability," the Royal Thai Armed Forces Heaquarters statement said. 'The Royal Thai Armed Forces call on Lieutenant General Maly Socheata to end this campaign of deception, which undermines trust and damages the fundamental principles of international cooperation. The international community must not allow such 'verbal illusions' to obscure the truth.' RAdm Surasant Kongsiri, spokesman of the Ad Hoc Centre on the Thailand-Cambodia Border Situation, said Thai troops occupied 11 areas along the border with Cambodia - Chong An Ma, Chong Bok, Chong Chom, Chong Sai Taku, Don Tuan, Phra Wiharn, Phran Yao, Phu Makhuea, Satta Som, Ta Kwai and Ta Muen Thom. He also said that the border clashes had killed 15 Thai civilians and injured 38 others, and more than 188,000 Thai civilian evacuees remain in shelters in safe areas.

Thai military says Cambodia's chemical weapons claim part of 'daily lies'
The Thai military denies Cambodia's claim that Thailand used chemical weapons and says it is an example of the daily lies told by the Cambodian side. 'Thailand Denounces Cambodia's Daily Lies and Deceptive Tactics Aimed at Manufacturing Legitimacy,' the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters wrote on its Facebook page ahead of its written dismissal of Cambodia's chemical weapon use claim. The armed forces headquarters said that the allegation by Lt Gen Maly Socheata, spokeswoman of the Cambodian Ministry of National Defense, was baseless. She accused Thailand of 'violating Cambodian sovereignty and employing chemical weapons during military operations,' the headquarters said. 'These claims are completely unfounded and constitute a serious distortion of facts,' it said. 'Thailand has never adopted a policy to develop, produce, possess, or use chemical weapons under any circumstances. We remain fully committed to our obligations under the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC), and strictly abide by the principles of international humanitarian law, with utmost regard for the safety of innocent civilians. "In contrast, the Spokesperson for the Ministry of National Defense of Cambodia has resorted to the strategic use of disinformation in an attempt to fabricate legitimacy in the eyes of the international community," the Thai armed forces headquarters wrote. "This conduct is not only irresponsible but also deceitful, manipulative, and detrimental to peace and stability in the region.'

Cambodia continues to attack Thailand while claiming ceasefire intention: Thai govt
Cambodia is continuing to attack Thailand and deploy more weapons near the border despite its claimed intention to cease fire, according to Thai authorities. Acting Prime Minister Phumtham Wechayachai said on Sunday that Cambodia had opened fire on Thai soil and Thailand had called for a ceasefire long before Cambodia did. Cambodia attacked Thailand and just called for a ceasefire while claiming that Thailand was the invader, he said. 'Cambodia has opened the firing frontier for as far as 800 kilometres from the Northeast to Trat province (in the East),' Mr Phumtham said. 'The attacks affect civilians along the border. We condemn the acts of Cambodia as international crimes against civilians, which violate international laws,' he said. During his visit to Trat province which borders Cambodia on Sunday, Mr Phumtham said Cambodia had used heavy weapons which damaged houses, hospitals and a petrol station in Thailand. Thai authorities had no choice but to take defensive measures, he said. Cambodia could prove that it sincerely wanted a ceasefire by withdrawing its forces from the border, he said. Army spokesman Maj Gen Winthai Suvaree said Cambodia continuously fired its long-range weapons, and shells hit many non-military locations in northeastern provinces, including Ban Sammoeng hospital in Kantharalak district of Si Sa Ket Saturday afternoon. There were no casualties because the facility had been evacuated beforehand, he said. Movements on the Cambodian side suggested the possible deployment of high-performance multi-barrel rocket launchers, including PHL-03, RM-70 and BM-21 systems, prompting concern from Thailand, the army spokesman said. 'Cambodia has not stopped attacking Thailand with all kinds of weapons. The army confirms it will exercise its full capacities to respond to the attacks and aim only at the military targets which threaten public safety,' Maj Gen Winthai said. RAdm Surasant Kongsiri, deputy spokesman of the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters, said Cambodia fired artillery and multi-barrel rocket launchers at hospitals and houses and used its citizens as human shields by deploying the weapon launchers in its citizens' communities. 'Such actions represent an inhumane use of innocent people and are a clear violation of the Geneva Conventions,' he said. RAdm Surasant also claimed Cambodia had been reinforcing its military presence along the border, laying anti-personnel landmines, levelling unfounded accusations against Thailand, and increasingly deploying heavy weaponry, including the PHL-03, RM-70 and BM-21 systems. He said Cambodian attacks had killed 13 Thai civilians and injured 36 others, including 11 who were seriously wounded. Deputy Defence Minister Gen Natthaphon Narkphanit said Cambodia had repeatedly shown its insincerity. A clear example occurred when Cambodian troops withdrew from Chong Bok on June 8 – but left landmines there. Cambodia again showed insincerity by firing at Thailand early Sunday morning after discussing its ceasefire intention with United States President Donald Trump at 11pm Saturday, Gen Natthaphon said. "Cambodia started firing at 2am after a talk with Mr Trump at 11pm. That's insincerity. The armed forces feel sorry that its targets were civilians," the deputy defence minister said. He admitted he was concerned about Cambodia's long-range weapons which could fire rockets at distances of over 100 kilometres.
