Signed by Borussia Dortmund this summer, Jobe scored on his first start for 'BWB' in the Bundesliga side's 4-3 win over Mamelodi Sundowns on Saturday before big brother Jude hit the target for Real Madrid in Los Blancos' 3-1 success over Pachuca on Sunday.

The comparisons between the brothers are inevitable, particularly given the fact that Jude also scored on his first start for Dortmund back in 2020 when he netted in a 5-0 German Cup win over Duisburg.
With older brother Jude now valued by Playmaker at a whopping €185m and Jobe given a market price of €22m, the Bellinghams are certainly hot property - and they are currently the most highly coveted brothers in the business.

Having both come through the Birmingham City academy, the Bellingham brothers have both been on a stratospheric career path from their early teens - and Jobe's summer move to Dortmund from Sunderland paves the way for him to elevate his game to another level in the Bundesliga next term. Still only 21, Jude Bellingham has established himself as a dyed-in-the-wool Galactico at Real Madrid and it will be interesting to see if 19-year-old Jobe can progress into the senior England squad and play with his brother on the international stage soon. Since the 1950s, only three sets of brothers have played for the Three Lions: Nathaniel Chalobah and Trevoh Chalobah, Gary Neville and Phil Neville, and Bobby and Jack Charlton.

The idea of him and Phil Foden alternating roles on the pitch may be the dream scenario. But in the case of Rayan Cherki alone, playing a free role may bring out the best in him as a City player. Rayan Cherki showed glimpses of what he will add to the Manchester City squad in the United States. But looking ahead, perhaps if he is unleashed to drift all over the pitch that will see him quickly become a dangerous weapon for Pep Guardiola's side.

Aitana Bonmatí making 'very positive' progress, could play in Spain's Euro 2025 opener
Spain star Aitana Bonmatí is making good progress after recovering from viral meningitis and might even be available for the world champion's opening match at the UEFA Women's Euro 2025, coach Montse Tomé said Wednesday. Lovable on track to raise $150M at $2B valuation
Lovable, one of the darlings of the vibe coding world and one of Europe's fastest-growing AI startups, is working on raising a fresh round of over $150 million at a near $2 billion valuation, the Financial Times reports. The raise and giant step-up in valuation comes just months after the Swedish startup raised a $15 million round led by Creandum in February. The company described that round to TechCrunch as 'pre-series A,' but with numbers this large, it's safe to say that Lovable has jumped from seed rounds to priced growth rounds, whatever the serial alphabetic label should be. Accel is said to be leading this new raise, with Creandum and others like 20VC participating. While the company is technically two years old, founded in 2023, it released its web-app building product in late November. In May, Lovable CEO Anton Osika tweeted that Lovable hit $50 million in ARR in six months. Lovable, like competitors Replit and Bolt, builds entire web apps from an initial text prompt, including a user interface/front end (often via the popular UX coding tool React) and connected to a database like Supabase. Some users say it's affordable, starting at $25 a month for 250 'credits.' One Reddit user documented an app with 29,000+ lines of code and dozens of functions built for $250. On Monday, Lovable announced that it was releasing a beta version of an AI agent that could automate more tasks like editing code after reading project files or debugging. Lovable will charge on a usage-based model for this: the more the agent is asked to do, the more credits it will charge. While this may increase fees for users if they turn over their app management to the agent, this pricing model is shaping up to be the default business model for agents. This is because the AI startups themselves have to pay variable fees to model providers like OpenAI or Anthropic. All this to say, such business model strategies would make investors happy.
