Miley Cyrus reveals how she hid her mistakes
The singer-songwriter, 32, took a deep dive into where she was mentally for each of her albums like 'Bangerz and Endless Summer Vacation', in an episode of The Ringer's 'Every Single Album' podcast, reports 'People' magazine.
During their discussion of her 2015 album, 'Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz', she revealed where some of her money went without her accountant's knowledge.
"The drugs were the biggest cost, which to hide those from my accountant, we called them vintage clothes', she said. "And so she would get these checks. That happens on touring all the time'.
As per 'People', Miley said over time her accountant would wonder about the "vintage clothes" costs but she always made sure to keep her purchases discreet.
"And every time she saw me, she'd be like, 'Where's that, like, $15,000 original John Lennon T-shirt that you bought?' It's like, 'Oh, it's upstairs', she said. "We just really want to protect it. It's really delicate. The fabric got to take care of it. So I bought a lot of vintage clothes that year'.
Continuing to reflect on 'Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz', the 'We Can't Stop' singer admitted she's grateful for how far she's come since that period in her life.
"I'm so glad I survived that time in my life', she said. "I would definitely not encourage anyone else to go this hard, but the fact that I got through it, I'm very glad I got to do it'.
The singer has been open about her sobriety throughout the passing years. In a 2017 interview she said she was "evolving' after giving up substance abuse.

The selections were ratified by the Chamber's board of directors on June 25. "We are excited to announce the newest selections of 35 esteemed individuals who will be enshrined on the Walk of Fame as part of the prestigious Class of 2026," Peter Roth, former CEO of Warner Bros. Television and chairman of the Walk of Fame selection committee, said in a statement. "These talented individuals have made significant contributions to the world of entertainment, and we are thrilled to honour them with this well-deserved recognition."

Rihanna on donning multiple hats in Smurfs: 'It was invigorating and exciting'
Singer and actress Rihanna has donned multiple hats in the upcoming movie "The Smurfs". Along with lending her voice to Smurfette, she is also the producer and musical head of the project. Shedding light on playing multiple roles in the drama, Rihanna called it equally thrilling and challenging. Speaking during the global promotions, the 'Battleship' actress talked about her experience of being a part of the movie. She's also a powerful leader, independent, strong, beautiful, sassy, witty, and very empathetic. I was super-inspired by all of that. I think she loves music too and her favorite genres are hip-hop, reggae, Afrobeats, ballads, and house. That's Smurfette. She needs options," she said. Charlize shares what her daughters thought about her hairdo for ‘The Old Guard 2'
Hollywood actress Charlize Theron has shared what made her daughters terrified about her. The 49-year-old actress adopted the hairstyle for her part in the new movie 'The Old Guard 2' and it was something that didn't sit well with her daughters. The actress shared that her adopted daughters — Jackson, 12, and August, 9, were far from impressed with the look, reports 'Female First UK'. Charlize told the chat show Late Night with Seth Meyers, 'I have two girls, and they're very, very... they're mostly very girly. And they think of me as a princess. Shooting 99 per cent of it on a real helicopter as it's trying to shake me off like a rag doll'. 'We took like two weeks to shoot this sequence and I was like, 'Wow, I just did that, that's really amazing'. And my child yesterday just looked at this poster of Tom Cruise and went, 'It's weird, he looks so much cooler than you did when you were hanging off the helicopter'.
