Justin Bieber Pushes Chris Brown Out Of A Historic Top 10
Justin Bieber's surprise album Swag might not debut at No. 1 on several Billboard rankings the pop star was hoping to conquer, but that doesn't mean the project isn't successful. The surprise release opens in the runner-up spot on the Billboard 200, coming in behind JackBoys 2, the latest full-length from Travis Scott and his group JackBoys.
While Swag's starting position might be slightly disappointing for Bieber, the collection produces more than a dozen new hits on the Hot 100. As the Canadian singer-songwriter ups his career total, he joins some elite company and passes one of the most successful R&B artists of all time.
16 New Hot 100 Hits
16 of the 21 tracks featured on Swag debut on the Hot 100 this week. None of the tunes were released ahead of the album's arrival, and some weren't eligible as they were either too short or spoken word interludes. With 16 new hits to his credit, Bieber lifts his career count to 121 Hot 100 smashes.
Justin Bieber Passes Chris Brown
Thanks to this influx of new wins, Bieber jumps into the top 10 on the list of artists with the most Hot 100 hits. He narrowly edges past Chris Brown, who currently claims 119 appearances, though these figures are known to shift regularly, and the R&B powerhouse could snag new placements on the tally at any point.
Justin Bieber and Travis Scott Advance Together
At the same time Bieber increases his career total, Travis Scott does the same. Several cuts featured on JackBoys 2 debut on the Hot 100, giving Scott a total of 131 career appearances. He now sits in ninth place among all acts.
Drake leads all musicians with 359 Hot 100 entries, followed by Taylor Swift with 264 and Future with 224.
'Daises' Almost Debuts at No. 1
'Daisies' is the biggest hit from Swag, and it nearly brought Bieber back to the summit of the Hot 100. The tune, which has been selected as the lead single from the album, launches in the runner-up position on the tally, coming in behind only 'Ordinary,' Alex Warren's breakout smash.
Seven of the 16 songs from Swag that appear on the Hot 100 this week debut inside the top 40. Several musicians join Bieber with his roundup of just-shared tunes, including Sexyy Red, Gunna and newcomer Eddie Benjamin, among others.

Hailey and Justin Bieber Show PDA on Date Night After She Opened Up About Navigating Their 'Crazy Life' Together
Justin and Hailey Bieber are proving the rumors wrong with swag. On July 24, the couple were spotted hand in hand after a celebration event for his new album Swag, which was released on July 11 and marked his first record since 2021. In photos taken outside of Bird Street Club, the Rhode founder and Grammy winner held hands with Hailey's arm wrapped behind her husband. The parents of son Jack Blues, 11 months, dressed casually for the night, with the "Daisies" singer, 31, choosing an oversize lilac hoodie, jorts and beige slip-on sandals. He accessorized with a belt covered in heart embellishments, neon green socks, sunglasses and a white beanie. Hailey, 28, slipped into a black tank top, trousers and sunglasses, but added a pop of color with her lime green sandal heels. She also wore her brunette hair in a relaxed down hairstyle. Justin and Hailey's outing comes only a couple days after she opened up about navigating their "crazy life" deflecting speculation about their marriage. In her Vogue Italia interview published on July 23, the former model spoke about the difficulty of being scrutinized after giving birth to her son, a time that she called "the most delicate period I've ever been through in my life." "And having to do all this while constantly reading falsehoods on the internet like 'They're getting divorced' or 'They're no longer happy together' is something that really drives you crazy. I'm not even sure I can explain it. It's a crazy life." Never miss a story — sign up for to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer, from celebrity news to compelling human interest stories. She noted that most of what's written about her online "isn't true" and she does, in fact, "have a real life. It's the one I share with my wonderful family, with my friends, with the people who know me and love me." The couple first met at a Today show event in 2009, and after denying any romantic connection in 2014, Justin publicly acknowledged their relationship in a 2016 GQ cover story, but denied exclusivity. Two years after splitting in 2016, the two got back together in June 2018 and got engaged one month later. That fall, the two tied the knot in a civil ceremony in New York City and celebrated their marriage in South Carolina in September 2019. In recent months, rumors grew about the health of their marriage following the birth of their little one. However, the two have dispelled the rumors in their own ways. Hailey fiercely defended their love in a Vogue profile published on May 20, saying: 'So I guess these bitches are going to be mad.' Justin, meanwhile, has referenced his wife in several songs, including 'Go Baby,' where he sings: 'That's my baby, she's iconic / iPhone case, lip gloss on it.' The two stars have also been supporting each other's business endeavors. "Hailey was by Justin's side for the whole creation of the album," a source told PEOPLE of how they're celebrating the record, which Justin made on his own terms. "Everyone knows Justin as a star and a performer. They now get to know the artist that Hailey has known all these years." When Hailey's beauty business was acquired by e.l.f. Beauty in a $1 billion deal, an insider told PEOPLE that Justin was "beyond proud." Read the original article on People
