WILDSIDE Yohji Yamamoto and NEEDLES Unveil New Butterfly-and-Rose Capsule

Summary WILDSIDEYohji YamamotoandNEEDLEShave reunited for a new collaboration launching July 30, 2025, blending Western-inspired silhouettes with poetic embroidery. The drop includes two items: a pocket T-shirt and a cowboy shirt, both featuring NEEDLES' signature butterfly motif reimagined to flutter around WILDSIDE's iconic rose emblem. Notably, the pocket tee keeps things subtle, with the butterfly-and-rose design tucked just above the chest pocket—available in either a navy base with gray embroidery or black with bold red stitching. Meanwhile, the cowboy shirt leans into a classic Western aesthetic, crafted from a satin fabric with a soft sheen and finished with tonal striping. The embroidery appears on both the front and back, framed by a boxy, cropped silhouette. The collection is priced at ¥37,400 JPY ($250 USD) for the cowboy shirt and ¥19,800 JPY ($133 USD) for the pocket tee and will be available through WILDSIDE Yohji Yamamoto stores and select retailers. This thoughtful pairing of Yohji's dark romanticism and NEEDLES' Americana flair yields garments that feel both timeless and collectible.

Pharrell's Latest Louis Vuitton Collection Dresses the Modern Dandy

Pharrell'sLouis Vuittonhas just unveiled an all-newFall 2026capsule collection, twisting classic Ivy League fashions to fit the contemporary dandy. The trans-seasonal line is set to drop in September as a precursor to the House'sSpring/Summer 2026collection, with a design manifesto that cites the cross-Atlantic exchange that informs university wardrobes. On a muted color palette imbued with lively color pops much like collegiate pennants, the line takes cues from rowing's preppy aesthetic and students' laid-back sportiness. In mode, the collection employs a wealth of signature patterns, including a studious Monogram Tartan, which takes over flannel shirts, hooded blousons, and denim sets. Elsewhere, a Monogram Heritage stripe decorates windbreakers and workwear tops, while a Monogram Seeds motif turns Louis Vuitton's flower iconography into a Damier-inspired stamp on leather overshirts and denim statements. Given the line's between-seasons mentality, outerwear moves into center stage. Double-face wool and cashmere blousons meet single-breasted bouclette coats and camel jackets with double-face jacquard, while cargo pants and shorts offer a contemporary spin on the dandy's classic wardrobe. What's core to the dandy, though, is the line's neckwear, including woven jacquard Monogram Heritage scarves, which reverse into various hues. Footwear is equally as posh, with LV Oxford loafers in calf leather and the boat-shoe-inspired LV Remix leading the pack. See Louis Vuitton's full Fall 2026 capsule in the gallery above.
