SBI Clerk Mains Result 2025 soon: Candidates will be able to check their result by visiting the official website of SBI at sbi.co.in.
State Bank of India (SBI) has not yet declared the result of Clerk (Junior Associate – Customer Service and Sales) Mains Exam 2025. It is expected to announce the result soon. Candidates will be able to check their result by visiting the official website of SBI at sbi.co.in.
The SBI Clerk Mains exam was conducted on April 10th and 12th, 2025 at various examination centres across the country. A total of 190 questions were asked in the exam carrying a total of 200 marks.
The Main Exam consisted of questions from General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability and Computer Ability. Negative marking of one-fourth marks will be applicable for each wrong answer.
SBI Clerk prelims exam was conducted on February 22, 27, 28 and March 1, 2025. Its result was released on March 28, 2025. Candidates who qualified in the preliminary exam were called for the main exam.
This year, a total of 13,735 posts are being filled under the SBI Clerk Recruitment drive.

The SBI Clerk Mains result will be accompanied by a scorecard that provides the candidate's individual performance, category-wise cut-off marks, and selection marks. While there are no minimum marks required for individual subjects, candidates must meet the overall qualifying criteria established by the bank.
To be eligible for these positions, candidates must have graduated from a recognized institution. Applicants must be between 20 to 28 years of age, with their date of birth falling between April 2, 1996, and April 1, 2004.

PCMC to post draft DP in Marathi for wider reach deadline to send views long over
Pune: The state govt has told Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) to translate its draft Development Plan (DP) into Marathi and republish it online for better public understanding. The original draft, published in English this May, was open for public suggestions and objections until July 14. The demand for a Marathi version came from Maval's Shiv Sena MP Shrirang Barne who wrote to the state govt last month stating that many residents were unable to submit their objections to the proposed reservations mentioned in the draft due to lack of understanding of English. In response to his letter on July 6, the state govt, on July 30, instructed PCMC to act on the request, citing instructions from the office of deputy chief minister Eknath Shinde. "The civic body has put reservations on many religious temples, which must be cancelled, and the hearings of all the objections must happen in an unbiased manner," he said. ED arrests MD of city co in fake bank guarantee case
Bhubaneswar: Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Sunday arrested Partha Sarathi Biswal, managing director of a Bhubaneswar-based private company, in connection with an alleged fake bank guarantee case. The ED probe stemmed from a case registered by the economic offences wing of Delhi Police against the company and its directors for allegedly providing a fake bank guarantee submitted to a central PSU. "The company fraudulently arranged and submitted fake bank guarantees of Rs 68.2 crore along with forged SBI endorsements and fabricated confirmations for a tender of the PSU. For providing this bank guarantee, Rs 5.40 crore was received by the company from Reliance Power Ltd," an ED statement said. The investigating agency confirmed counterfeit documents were used under names of various banks and false email addresses created under SBI's name. Investigation revealed the private company, established in 2019, operated several undeclared bank accounts and conducted transactions inconsistent with its stated turnover. Investigation also uncovered breaches of the Companies Act. "No statutory records are found at registered address — such as books of accounts, shareholders' registers, etc. Dummy directors are found to be used just to sign the documents. India dismisses Fake News claiming govt reviewing list of US goods exempted from tariffs
The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) fact-checking handle on Sunday dismissed a fake news which claimed that the Indian government is currently reviewing a list of US-made products exempted from the tariffs after US President Donald Trump announced 25 per cent tariffs plus a penalty on domestic exports to America from August 1. An X handle named 'China in English' claimed 'The Indian government begins reviewing the list of U.S. products exempted from tariffs… and declares: No privilege without mutual respect' However, MEA FactCheck, the official social media handle of the fact-checking arm of the Ministry of External Affairs on the social media platform X, said, "This is FAKE News!.' MEA FactCheck on Sunday, 3 August 2025, refuted the post on U.S. products exempted from tariffs on the social media platform X. The fact-checking account also debunked another 'fake news' report floating around social media in order to prevent the spread of further disinformation amongst the people through the platforms. MEA FactCheck also refuted the claim that the government is 'considering suspending or reviewing certain bilateral agreements with the United States if hostile economic policies continue.' 'Fake News Alert! This is FAKE News. No such statement made,' according to the post from MEA on Sunday, highlighting that no such statement was made by the Indian government. Last week, US President Donald Trump imposed 25% tariff on all imports from India along with some additional undisclosed penalties. Trump cited the Asian nation's high tariff rates and its relationship with Russia as being the 'vast majority' buyer of military equipment and crude oil. "The government attaches the utmost importance to protecting and promoting the welfare of our farmers, workers, entrepreneurs, exporters, MSMEs and all sections of industry. We will take all necessary steps to secure and advance our national interest," he said. The commerce minister also said that in just over a decade, India has rapidly transformed from being one of the fragile five to the fastest growing major economy in the world and it is also widely expected that India will become the third largest economy in a few years.
