Titleist Pro V1, Pro V1x golf balls (2025)
Titleist updated the cores of the Pro V1 and Pro V1x to give them more iron and wedge spin while maintaining distance off the tee.
Anytime Titleist releases a new product, it's a big deal in the golf world. When Titleist releases a driver...it's an event.
The new Titleist GT1 driver dropped earlier this year, along with accompanying fairway woods and hybrids.
As is often the case when a new golf club gets released, it is not available to the public until weeks after the announcement. Luckily for golf fans everywhere, the Titleist GT1 is available in stores now.
Extremely lightweight, the GT1 was designed to increase swing speed and add forgiveness, helping with both distance and control off the tee.

Titleist drivers are trusted by Justin Thomas, Jordan Spieth, Wyndham Clark, Russell Henley, Ludvig Aberg and so many more players on the PGA Tour.
Here's what Golfweek equipment guru David Dusek had to say in his initial Titleist GT1 review:
"Titleist enhanced the aerodynamics, used new materials and designed the GT1 to create a higher launch that maximizes carry distance for golfers who need more height off the tee...Titleist designed the GT1 with a slightly higher crown piece and lifted the back section of the sole to make the head slip through the air more efficiently, as it did with the other GT drivers. And to keep the center of gravity low, designers used a thermoform polymer crown. It weighs less than titanium, but it is extremely strong, so the GT1 gets the benefits of better aerodynamics without elevating the center of gravity. In fact, the GT1 has the deepest center of gravity of any Titleist driver, and that results in it creating more spin and a higher launch angle."
The new GT1 driver, fairway woods and hybrids are available for men and women.
